Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a concrete formwork, and a wall structure in which a concrete formwork and a concrete are integrated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in order to raise the standard of the house by increasing the heat insulation and airtightness of the house, and for the purpose of facilitating construction and drastically reducing the cost of housing construction, Synthetic resin molding combined formwork to form fabric foundations and rebar concrete building walls, reinforcing bars placed in the formwork, and squeezed into the formwork The building walls made of concrete are attracting attention and their spread is greatly expected.
[0003]
Such a composite resin mold of a synthetic resin molded body is roughly divided, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-129099, having a concavo-convex structure as a joint end, and from the joint end. In order to fix the interval between the side panel members made of synthetic resin such as polystyrene foam having a T-shaped groove extending toward the center and the side panel members facing each other, it is inserted into the side panel. A spacer member (such a spacer member is a tensile member because it is subjected to a tensile force functionally, but is also referred to as a spacer member in this specification) is assembled into a mold. For example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-346536, a bridge member that bridges between facing panel members is cast into the panel member to form an integral building component. Things There are things to be formed overlapping seen.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the hydraulic pressure of the concrete is applied to the formwork on which the concrete is struck, and a considerable tensile force is applied to the spacer member. The spacer member used in the above-described prior art formwork material has a poor ability to stably fix the relative position of the formwork. Therefore, the number of spacer members per unit area of the panel member has to be increased, and there is a disadvantage that the amount of concrete decreases accordingly.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problems]
As a result of diligent research to solve the above problems, the present inventor has found that the above problems can be solved by using two or more end plate portions of the spacer member. The present invention has been completed.
[0006]
That is, one of the present invention is
(A) A) A molded body for forming a facing surface of a concrete mold, in which end surfaces are complementary to each other in order to connect a plurality of them,
(B) an integral spacer member that is used to maintain a distance between the opposing surfaces and includes an end plate portion including two or more plates at one end, and a web portion existing between the end plate portions as both ends;
And the end plate portion of the spacer member is cast into the molded body, that is, is integrally molded and embedded in the molded body, or the end plate of the spacer member In order to insert two or more plates of the part into the molded body, the molded body has a slot having a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the cross section of the end plate portion and extending from the end surface toward the center.
A formwork formed of a concrete formwork material characterized by:
(B) a reinforcing bar arranged in the formwork;
(C) including concrete that has been struck and solidified in the mold so as to form a structure integrated with the mold, and if necessary, unnecessary portions of the mold material are removed. It consists of reinforced concrete structures such as building foundations, reinforced concrete building walls, reinforced concrete fences, and reinforced concrete basement walls.
[0007]
Another aspect of the present invention is
A) A molded body for forming the opposing surface of the concrete mold, the end surfaces of which are complementary to each other in order to connect a plurality of them.
B) Used to maintain the distance between the opposing surfaces, and is composed of an end plate portion including two or more plates at one end and a web portion existing between the end plate portions as both ends. Spacer members,
And an end plate portion of the spacer member is cast into the molded body, or two or more plates of the end plate portion of the spacer member are included. In order to insert the molded body into the molded body, the molded body has a slot having a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the cross section of the end plate portion and extending from the end surface toward the center. -It is made of a mold form material.
[0008]
Still another aspect of the present invention is a spacer member including an end plate portion having two or more plates at one end, which is used for the above-mentioned mold material.
[0009]
Method of attaching spacer member to molded body One end of the spacer member to the molded body is attached to the molded body as shown in the plan views of FIGS. The end plate portion of the spacer member is inserted into the slot 5 having a corresponding cross-sectional shape provided inwardly from the joining end surface on the inner plane of the molded body before joining at the joining end surface of the molded body. Made by fixing. For example, when the end plate portion 1 has a “U” -shaped cross section, a “U” -shaped slot (the U-shaped leg portion forms a groove on the inner surface of the molded body) when viewed from the joining end surface. The end plate portion of the spacer member is inserted therein. FIG. 3 shows an example in which it is easy to provide a slot by increasing the width of the molded body only at the insertion position of the spacer member. When the concrete is poured, a very large pressure is applied to the molded body forming the concrete mold. Therefore, in order to withstand this, the end plate portion of the spacer member is perpendicular to the web portion. It is preferable to have at least two molded product slot insertion plates having a surface. If there are two or more plates for inserting the molded product slot at one end, the effect of fixing the molded product by the spacer member becomes much better. The molded body slot has a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the end plate portion of the spacer member.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 4, the attachment of one end of the spacer member to the molded body is performed by casting end plate portions at both ends of the spacer member in each of the opposed molded bodies. This is done by integrating.
[0011]
Space - Sa - member <br/> b) Material <br/> space - Sa - Material of the member include polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin, other plastic, or metal which is a material of a material having rigidity such.
[0012]
B) Function of the spacer member The spacer member stably fixes the relative position of the opposing surface of the mold, and pushes the opposing surface due to the hydraulic pressure of the concrete shot again. It has a function of countering the force to be applied by its tensile force, but may have other functions. The concrete form frame composed of the spacer member and the molded body forms a wall structure integrated with the reinforcing bar concrete without being removed even after the concrete has hardened. Therefore, a hole for inserting the end plate portion of the spacer member is provided in the molded body so that the outermost plate of the end plate portion of the spacer member is exposed to the outer surface, or If the spacer member is embedded in the molded body, the plate forming the inner surface or the outer surface of the spacer member is provided with a female screw hole for attaching the interior material or the exterior material, or the interior material. Or it is possible to attach exterior materials etc. with a nail, a screw, adhesives, etc. For example, a plate is provided on the outer side of a plate inserted or embedded in the molded body of the spacer member and is connected to a U-shape at the upper end, and the molded body is a notch that accommodates the joint portion. It is conceivable to provide a plate that forms the inner or outer surface by providing a plate. In addition, the web portion of the spacer member can be provided with a protrusion or a recess so as to easily hold the reinforcing bar. In addition, in order to accommodate the reinforcing bars sold as a plurality of assemblies, the spacer member is convenient if the web portion has a large U shape and the assembled reinforcing bars are supported by U-shaped voids. good.
[0013]
Molded body a) Material The material of the molded body is preferably foamed polystyrene, foamed polyethylene, foamed polyurethane or the like. It is also possible to use a wood-based molded product made of large sawdust or the like. Also, one side of the mold can be a foamed molded body as described above, and the other side of the mold can be a concrete molded body. For example, such a form may be suitable when the outside of the wall is concrete and the inside is a heat insulating material.
[0014]
B) Shape of the end of the molded body The joint between the molded body and the molded body must be free of concrete. Accordingly, in general, each molded body has a valley-like concave portion continuous to the end face of one side, and a ridge-like convex portion continuous to the end face of the opposite side in a complementary shape, In general, in order to increase the joint strength of the joint, the continuous peak-shaped convex part has a polygonal columnar or cylindrical one-step higher convex part at the top of the peak, and the corresponding valley-shaped concave part is correspondingly continuous. Also, it is preferable to have concave portions that are recessed in one step in a polygonal column shape or a cylindrical shape in places on the valley.
[0015]
【Example】
The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the spacer member of one embodiment of the present invention has end plate portions 1, 1 ′ and a web portion 2. The end plate portions 1 and 1 'have two plates 3, 4 and 3' and 4 ', respectively.
[0016]
The example of the shape of the continuous convex part and concave part for connecting the end surface of a molded object is shown to FIGS.
[0017]
[Effect of the present invention]
1) The spacer member of the present invention has a large ability to stably fix the relative position of the opposed surfaces of the mold.
2) Therefore, the number of spacer members per unit area of the panel member can be reduced, and the disadvantage that the amount of concrete decreases correspondingly is eliminated.
3) The concrete wall thus constructed is used as a heat insulating material after completion of the concrete formwork, and the spacer member also serves as an interior / exterior mounting base or paint base, or a place for fixing the base. Since it can be given, the work of removing the formwork, the work of inserting or attaching the heat insulating material, and the work of attaching or attaching the installation base for interior and exterior, the base for painting, or the fixing place of the base become unnecessary. As a result, the building wall can be completed very quickly and easily.
4) Highly airtight and highly insulated high-standard housing construction is realized at low cost by integrating the insulation with the concrete wall.
