【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、油類が内部を流通する筒状の通油体において、その接続部の漏油防止や退化防止を行なう通油体接続部の保護装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
油類が内部を流通する筒状の通油体、例えば、高電圧から通常の使用電圧に変換する変圧器には、この本体の内部の絶縁と冷却とを行なうための鉱油等の変圧器油が流通する管路がフランジ付き配管により連結され構成されている。
この配管の接続部は、パッキングを介して管外へ漏れ出さないようにボルト締めされているが、変圧器等の運転中に発生するジュール損失等の発熱によって、更には、絶えず風雨にさらされているので、前記パッキングは短期間に劣化を来し、また、各部の凹部に水が溜まって腐食を生じ、その箇所から、あるいはボルト・ナットのねじ部と通孔部から漏油を起こしてしまう。

したがって、本発明者は、この漏油を確実に止めるために、一方および他方鍔体の接続部における外周へ、これらを包囲するように装着した被覆体を設け、この被覆体の内部にシーリング剤を充填した通油体接続部の保護装置を提供した(特開平9−72486号公報参照)。
これにより、一方および他方鍔体の接続部の漏油は、確実に防止することができ、かつ、風雨からの悪影響も解消された。

しかし、メンテナンス等においてこの通油体である変圧器を定期的にオーバーホールするときは、一方および他方鍔体の接続部は外されて分解されるものであるが、前記した装置にあっては、この接続部は、被覆体によって包囲された漏油防止の手段のため、該接続部を簡単に取り外すことができないばかりか、再度の組み付けにあって、その作業時間が比較的掛かるため、停電時間が長くなると共に、施工費のコストアップとなる問題点を有するものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は前記した問題点を解決するためになされたもので、一方鍔体および他方鍔体の外周端面における全周へ、それぞれ当接して包持する第一鍔当て部材および第二鍔当て部材と、これら第一鍔当て部材と第二鍔当て部材との外周部全体に接続させた繋ぎ部材とからなり、第一鍔当て部材および第二鍔当て部材は、通油体の軸方向において二つ割りに形成し、一方鍔体および他方鍔体との当接面には、該一方鍔体および他方鍔体へ弾力的に当接する弾性部材を介在させたことにより、簡単な施工により短時間に漏油を防止することができて、外形状をコンパクトに形成できて体裁を良好とすることができる通油体接続部の保護装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した目的を達成するための本発明の手段は、油類が内部を流通する通油体の接続部において、該一方の通油体の鍔体と他方の通油体の鍔体とを当接して、両鍔体を締結部材により結合する通油体接続部の保護装置にあって、前記一方鍔体および他方鍔体の外周端面における全周へそれぞれ当接して包持する第一鍔当て部材および第二鍔当て部材と、これら第一鍔当て部材と第二鍔当て部材との外周部全体に接続させた繋ぎ部材とからなり、前記第一鍔当て部材および第二鍔当て部材は、前記通油体の軸方向において二つ割りに形成し、前記一方鍔体および他方鍔体との当接面には、該一方鍔体および他方鍔体へ弾力的に当接する弾性部材を介在させ 前記繋ぎ部材に、窓孔を開口させ、該窓孔を蓋体により開閉自在にさせた通油体接続部の保護装置の構成にある。

【実施例】
次に本発明に関する通油体接続部の保護装置の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。図1および図2においてAは、第一の実施例の通油体接続部の保護装置で、この通油体および接続部は、送電のための変圧器等の一部あるいはその付近に配管されたものや、管路に取り付けられたバルブV等の部位であって、この変圧器等の内部の絶縁と冷却とを行なうための鉱油等の変圧器油sが流通する管路であり、一方の通油体1の鍔体2と他方の通油体3の鍔体4とをコルク等のパッキング5を介して当接し、該一対の通油体1,3の鍔体2,4をその連通孔2a,4aを通したボルト・ナット等の締結部材6により結合してある。なお、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4は、円形のフランジ形状を有しているものであるが、外形は角形であっても構わない。また、図示してないが、バルブVは設けない状態で、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4がパッキング5を挟んで締結部材6により結合させた通油体接続部にも適用することができる。

そして、前記した通油体接続部の保護装置Aは、前記した一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の外周端面における全周へそれぞれ当接して包持する第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8と、これら第一鍔当て部材7と第二鍔当て部材8との外周部全体に接続させた繋ぎ部材9とにより基本的に構成される。

この弾性部材10によって、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の周端面に多少の凹凸や歪みなどを生じていても、万遍なく接触して密封性を向上させ、油漏れや気体漏れ等を防止する。

この二つ割りの半円筒状に形成された第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8は、その重ね合わせ部において、ボルト・ナット等の止着手段13により緊締して、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4へ確実に固着するもので、図1および図4に示すように、第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8における半割部において付設させた取付部材14,15の通孔16,17へボルト18を通し、ナット19により締結する。

なお、通油体1,3内の変圧器油sにあってその流通は、適宜送油とその停止とが行われるもので、図1に示すように、一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4との間に配設したバルブVにより開閉の操作が行われる。このバルブVは、その一端部に突設させた操作つまみ20の回転操作によって管路の開放と閉塞とが行われる。
したがって、バルブVの操作つまみ20の操作を円滑に行うために、図6に示すように、繋ぎ部材9の適所において設けた凸部21において窓孔21aを開口させ、この窓孔21aから操作つまみ20の操作を行うもので、該窓孔21aを蓋体22により開閉自在にさせれば便利である。この蓋体22は、ビス等の止着部材23により取り付けおよび取り外しがなされる。

また、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4への第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8の当接にあっては、シーリング剤24をこの両者2,7および4,8の間に塗布して介在させる。
このシーリング剤24は、A液とB液とからなるものであって、このうち、A液は、塗料や接着剤等によるシーリング剤24の基剤(主剤)とするもので、液状エポキシ樹脂または液状変性エポキシ樹脂(ビスフェノールAタイプエポキシ樹脂やポリサルファイド液状変性エポキシ樹脂)と、変圧器等よりの発熱に対する十分な耐熱性を得るための酸化アルミニウム粉末とを所定の比率により混合してある。
このA液の主成分であるエポキシは、分子構造については特に限定するものではないが、モノマーの状態で液状であるか、あるいは、少量の有機溶剤に溶解して流動性を有するものであることが必要であり、また、シーリング剤24が硬化した後に可撓性を有することが望まれる。
また、前記したB液は、A液の硬化剤として用いるもので、その基剤となる液状ポリメルカプタンと、液状三級アミンと、このアミンの補強剤および前記基剤の増量用として、軽質炭酸カルシウム等の無機質充填剤と、耐衝撃性や耐候性および流動性の調整、または揺変性の付与を得るために、硅酸アルミナートとを所定の比率により混合してある。
前記したようにその主成分のポリメルカプタンは液状であって、硬化の促進性と適度の流動性を有し、三級アミンを添加することによって、常温、または比較的低温でもエポキシ樹脂を急速に硬化でき、硬化後、該エポキシ樹脂に可撓性を付与できる性質を有している。

また、締結部材6による一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の連結にあっては、該一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4に穿設した連通孔2a,4aから変圧油sの漏れ出しを防止するため、油止め座金体25を用いてあるもので、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の外側面において、締結部材6におけるボルト26が螺合するゴム体27を当接し、このゴム体27を包囲するように被覆させた押さえ体28を添設し、更に、この押さえ体28の外面に、平座金29を添えてナット30により緊締する。

これにより、連通孔2a,4aからの漏油は、ゴム体27が一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の外側面とボルト26のおねじとに密着して防止される。
また、押さえ体28を平座金29により押圧するため、ナット30の締め付け力がゴム体27の全体へ均等に伝達されて、一層の漏油防止となる。

なお、図1において31は、加圧空気の挿入孔で、第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8と繋ぎ部材9とにより、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4が包囲されたその内部に加圧空気を圧送することで、該包囲内部の密封度を検査させることができる。
すなわち、この挿入孔31より加圧空気を圧送したとき、前記密封性が悪い場合には、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の周りからエアー漏れを生ずるもので、当該部分の漏れの原因を調査し、弾性部材10の密着度やシーリング剤24の塗布加減、あるいは締結部材6や止着部材13に締結加減などを調整する。

したがって、前記した実施例による通油体接続部の保護装置Aおよびその方法は、以下に述べる作用を奏する。
まず、一方の通油体1の鍔体2と他方の通油体3の鍔体4とをバルブVを挟んだ後、コルク等のパッキング5を介して当接する。

これら一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4とを締結部材6により緊締するもので、締結部材6におけるボルト26の頭部側へ油止め座金体25を取り付け、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の通孔2a,4aに通した後、該ボルト26の外端部において更に、油止め座金体25を取り付け、平座金29を添えてナット30をボルト26へ螺合して締結すれば、一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4とは締結部材6により緊締される。
このとき、油止め座金体25におけるゴム体27の内孔27aは、ボルト26のおねじに密着状態で螺合するめねじ状に成形しておけば、変圧油sは、このおねじ・めねじを伝わって漏れ出すことはない。

この状態で、一方の通油体1の鍔体2および他方の通油体3の鍔体4の外周端面へ、シーリング剤24を所定厚層となるように万遍なく塗布しておき、この一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の周端面へ、二つ割りとなった覆体c,dにおける第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8を、その弾性部材10,10が一定の押圧力によって押し潰されて、均一に当たるように対応させる。
なお、この覆体c,dの二つ割りされた当接端面にも、シーリング剤24を所定厚(所定量)塗布しておく。(図4参照)

そして、取付部材14,15において止着部材13により両覆体c,dを緊締すれば、覆体c,dにおける第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8が、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の外周端面へ、その当接面に隙間を生じさせることなく密着状態で当接する。

これにより、一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4のパッキング5の部分から変圧油sの漏れ出しを生じても、該一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の外周端面には弾性部材10を介して第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8とが当接して、この覆体c,d外への漏れ出しが防止され、油漏れに起因する変圧器の故障や火災発生、あるいは、外観の体裁を低下させることがない。

また、第一鍔当て部材7および第二鍔当て部材8に設けられた弾性部材10,10は、その周囲をシーリング剤24の塗布によって、油や空気等へ直接触れることがないので劣化しにくく、長い年月に使用に対して十分な耐候性を発揮させることができる。

なお、覆体c,d内へ溜まった変圧油sは、窓孔21aより適宜取り出すことができるもので、該窓孔21aが下方に設けられていれば、一層その作業性が向上する。

次に、本発明に係る通油体接続部の保護装置の第二の実施例を図8〜図12に基づいて説明する。
本発明の第二の実施例は、所定につなぎ合わせたパイプラインなどである通油体1,3の接続部、すなわち、この通油体1,3のフランジ等の一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4との外側部において、前記油止め座金体25a,25bをそれぞれ設けた例を示す通油体接続部の保護装置Aである。
すなわち、油類が内部を流通する通油体1,3の接続部において、該一方の通油体1の鍔体2と他方の通油体3の鍔体4とを当接して、両鍔体2,4を締結部材6により結合する通油体接続部の保護装置Aにあって、一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4とのそれぞれの連通孔2a,4aへ挿通させる締結部材6におけるボルト26と、このボルト26のおねじに取り付けられて一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4との外側面に対応する一方油止め座金体25aおよび他方油止め座金体25bと、一方鍔体2か他方鍔体4かに突出したボルト26のおねじ26aに螺合する締結部材6におけるナット30とを備えさせている。
なお、連通孔2a,4aは一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4とにおいて、それぞれ間隔的に多数穿設されているもので、これら連通孔2a,4aに対して、本実施例の通油体接続部の保護装置Aが施されている。

なお、ゴム体27a,27bと押さえ体28a,28bとが嵌着されたとき、ゴム体27a,27bの内側面mと押さえ体28a,28bの内端縁nとには、所定の寸法s(圧縮代)が形成されるように、ゴム体27a,27bの内側面mを押さえ体28a,28bの内端縁nより突出するように両者27a,27bと28a,28bとの寸法設定をする。

一方鍔体2および他方鍔体4の外側面への固着にあっては、接着剤45が用いられるもので、該接着剤45は、慣用な、例えば、エポキシ系樹脂などからなるものを用いることができるものであるが、前記したシーリング剤24を用いてもよい。
このキャップ44を用いることにより、一方油止め座金体25aおよび他方油止め座金体25bが外気や直射日光,風雨などに直接触れないので、耐候性に優れてその寿命を大幅に向上させて、油止め効果をできるだけ延長させることができる。

したがって、前記した第二の実施例による通油体接続部の保護装置Aは、以下に述べる作用を奏する。
まず、一方の通油体1の鍔体2と他方の通油体3の鍔体4とを、これら鍔体2,4の当接面に対応するように設けたコルク等のパッキング5を介して当接する。このときパッキング5のそれぞれの当接面にはシーリング剤24を万遍なく塗布しておく。

これら一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4とを締結部材6により緊締するもので、締結部材6におけるボルト26の頭部26b側へスプリングワッシャ46および平座金29を介して、他方油止め座金体25bを取り付ける。
このとき、ボルト26は、図8および図11に示すように、おねじ26aがそのおねじ26aの全長に設けられた全ねじタイプを用いることが好ましい。
そして、他方鍔体4および一方鍔体2の連通孔4a,2aにおねじ26aを通して一方鍔体2の外側面へこのおねじ26aを突出させた状態で、該ボルト26の突出した外端部において更に、一方油止め座金体25aを取り付け、平座金29およびスプリングワッシャ46を添えて、ナット30をボルト26へ螺合して締結すれば、一方鍔体2と他方鍔体4とは締結部材6により緊締される。

なお、一方油止め座金体25aおよび他方油止め座金体25bのゴム体27a,27bの取付孔40a,40bのボルト26におけるおねじ26aへの取り付けにあっては、該取付孔40a,40bのめねじ43a,43bとおねじ26aとが螺合するようにねじ込んで行うもので、めねじ43a,43bとおねじ26aとはゴム体27a,27bの弾性力により密着状態に圧接される。
このねじ込み操作以外にも、押し込みによってでも、ゴム体27a,27bの弾性力によって前記挿入は可能となる。

そのため、このゴム体27a,27bは、同図において矢印h,i方向へ膨出しようとするが、一方油止め座金体25aおよび他方油止め座金体25bにおける外周面押圧部材42a,42bがゴム体27a,27bの外周面に当接していて、その膨出を規制するので、この膨出力は、外周面押圧部材42a,42bへより密着する力と、取付孔40a,40bにおけるめねじ43a,43b面とボルト26におけるおねじ26a面とが密着する力となって、特に、同図において矢印i方向への膨出力が倍加されて、めねじ43a,43bとおねじ26a面との密着力が発揮される。
