Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for making a carton for storing tissue paper recyclable.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a tissue carton, as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 55-44748 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-41361, the periphery is formed in a window frame shape so as to form a takeout port on the upper surface of the carton body. It is known that a perforation is provided in an annular shape and a plastic film such as polyethylene having a slit is attached as a window sticker so as to cover a portion serving as a take-out port from the inside.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional tissue carton uses a plastic film for window sticking as described above, it has been necessary to peel off the plastic film window stickers one by one in order to recycle as paper. For this reason, it has been practically difficult to recycle a tissue carton provided with such a window sticker.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to make it possible to recycle a tissue carton with a window attached.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention finds that paper can be used in place of a plastic film as a window sticker for a tissue carton, and the tissue carton can be recycled without removing the window sticker by using paper for the window sticker.
[0006]
The paper used for window pasting has a tensile strength that can withstand a tensile load of 2.0 to 10.0 kg with a width of 15 mm, and has a rigidity corresponding to a load of 1 g or less per 1 cm width by a taper stiffness test. In this case, it is possible to make the tissue less likely to be shaken and to easily take out the tissue, and in terms of functionality, the level can be equivalent to that of the conventional plastic film sticking.
[0007]
In addition, the slits of the window paper are formed in a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the take-out port, the length of the slit is larger than the longitudinal width of the take-out port, and both ends of the slit extend beyond the periphery of the take-out port. It is desirable to reach the back side of the part. When tearing out the carton body outlet, the window paper may be torn depending on how it is torn, and at that time, the window paper is usually torn from the end of the slit. If it is too long, tearing of the window paper will not appear on the surface, so the appearance will not be greatly impaired, and even if the window paper is torn laterally with respect to the slit, the tear is inside the carton body, so take out the tissue. The functionality of is not significantly impaired.
[0008]
Moreover, it is good for a window sticker to make it substantially rectangular, for example, and to stick the four sides on the back surface of a carton main body except the both ends extension line of a slit, and its peripheral part. Conventional plastic film sticking has four sides attached to the back of the carton body so as to surround the take-out opening in a ring shape. However, if the window sticker is paper, the window sticker will be used to break the take-out opening or take out the tissue. In some cases, the window paper is torn laterally with respect to the slit from both ends of the slit. However, if the window paper is torn laterally from the edge of the slit in this way, even if the slit is long and the tear is inside the carton body and does not appear on the table, the window paper will float when taking out the tissue The appearance may worsen, and the extraction function may be affected. The present invention proposes to stick the four sides of the window paper to the back surface of the carton body except for the extension on both ends of the slit and its peripheral part as a means for solving such problems as described above. By doing so, the window paper is torn along the substantially extended line of the slit from the end portion of the slit, the appearance is not impaired, and the take-out function is not deteriorated.
[0009]
In addition, it is preferable to use a window paper having a high transparency with a transmission density of 0.20 or less. If the transparency is low and the tissue inside is not visible, it may be difficult to remove the first tissue.
[0010]
The paper satisfying the above-described tensile strength, rigidity, and transparent density is glassine paper, graphane paper, or the like.
[0011]
