本発明は、支柱で支えられている医療用台の下に敷かれる医療用床敷シートであって、

【発明の実施の形態】

また、シート１の裏面側（下側）は不透液性であることが好ましい。裏面側が不透液性であれば、汚れを裏側まで通さず、床面４０が汚れることがない。裏面側を不透液性にするためには、前記表面の不織布の裏に、不透液性シートを積層させたり、樹脂を塗工すればよい。不透液性シートとしては、合成ゴム、天然ゴム、ポリオレフィン系のポリエチレン（ＰＥ）フィルムやビニールシートなどである。この中でもシート１を床面４０に対して滑りにくくするため、裏面側の不透液性層は天然ゴムや合成ゴムで形成されることがさらに好ましい。特に合成ゴムとして、例えばエチレン系コポリマーやスチレン系ゴムや粘着付与樹脂が混合されたものを用いることが好ましい。裏面側を特殊ゴムなど滑りにくいもので形成しない場合は、裏面に数箇所滑り止めのゴムなどを塗布させても良い。または、接着テープによってシート１を床４０に固定させてもよい。

なお、シート１を不織布層とゴム層の２層構造とする場合、不織布の好ましい具体的構成としては、目付が２０〜１００ｇ／ｍ²、更に好ましくは３５〜４５ｇ／ｍ²、厚み１５〜７０ミクロン、更に好ましくは３０〜４０ミクロンのものである。このような不織布を、溶融押出によって形成するときにゴム層と圧着接合させてシートを形成する。この他、いわゆるドライラミネートと称される、接着剤を利用して２層を接合する方法や、ホットメルト接着剤を用いて予め形成された２層を接合する方法や、形成された不織布に、溶剤に溶かしたゴムを塗布してゴム層を形成する方法などもある。これらの方法は特にゴム層に天然ゴムを使用する場合において好ましい。
