Description

【0001】

[0005]
[Action]
The ball tray is placed on the front surface of the plate, and the projection protruding upward from the ball tray and the locking piece protruding rearward from the rear surface are engaged with the engagement holes of the plate, respectively. A ball tray is assembled on the front of the plate.
[0006]
【Example】
An embodiment of a ball tray assembly structure according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a pachinko machine to which the present invention is applied. In the figure, 1 is a pachinko machine, and 2 is a front frame that can be opened and closed on the front surface of the pachinko machine 1, and a glass door frame 3 and a front plate 4 are mounted on the front surface of the front frame. Further, a hitting ball supply tray 5 is attached to the front surface of the front plate 4, and a ball tray 6 according to the present invention is assembled to the lower front portion of the front frame 2. Reference numeral 7 denotes an operation handle provided on one side thereof.
[0007]
Thus, the ball tray 6 according to the present invention is assembled to a decorative abutment plate 8 attached to the lower front portion of the pachinko machine 1 as shown in FIGS. The corresponding plate 8 is provided with engagement holes 9a at three locations along the upper longitudinal direction, and is also provided with engagement holes 9b at three locations along the lower longitudinal direction. In the center of the plate 8, an outlet 10 is provided for discharging the pachinko balls paid out from the back side of the pachinko machine 1. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a shelf 11 that slightly protrudes forward is stretched on the lower edge of the front surface of the abutment plate 8, and the shelf 11 supports the lower surface of the ball tray 6. Reference numeral 12 denotes a through hole through which the operation handle 7 is inserted.
[0008]
On the other hand, the ball tray 6 is connected to the outlet portion 10, and a ball storage portion 13 for storing pachinko balls discharged therefrom is formed, and an ashtray 14 is mounted on one side. The upper surface of the rear surface 6a is provided with three protrusions 15 projecting upward corresponding to the engagement holes 9a, and the lower surface 6b is provided with three projections 15 corresponding to the engagement holes 9b. The locking piece 16 is provided so as to protrude rearward from the lower edge of the rear surface 6a. A downward claw portion 17 is provided at each of the distal end portions of the locking pieces 16.
[0009]
The assembly structure of the ball tray according to the present invention is configured as described above. The rear surface 6a of the ball tray 6 is applied to the front surface of the abutting plate 8, each projection 15 is engaged with each engagement hole 9a, and then each locking piece. The distal end portion of 16 is pushed into each engagement hole 9b, and the claw portion 17 at the distal end portion is engaged with each engagement hole 9b. As a result, the ball tray 6 is assembled integrally with the front surface of the abutment plate 8. Therefore, the abutment plate 8 is attached to the front surface of the front frame 2 as shown in FIG.
[0010]
In this embodiment, the protrusion 15 is made of a hard synthetic resin, and a material that is hard and strong in strength is selected. For example, when the pachinko machine 1 is carried, the contractor may turn the pachinko machine 1 upside down and lift the ball tray 6 by holding it. At this time, an excessive load is applied to the upper edge of the rear surface 6 a of the ball tray 6. This is because there is a risk of damage due to the addition of.
[0011]
Further, the ball tray 6 is assembled from the front side of the abutment plate 8 and can be removed from the front side by simultaneously releasing the claw portions 17 from each other. Therefore, for example, when the ball tray 6 is burned out or the ashtray 14 attached to the ball tray 6 is damaged, the ball tray 6 may be removed from the front side, and the front plate 8 is removed from the front frame 2 and then the ball tray 6 Since there is no need to remove the cover, the replacement can be performed easily and easily. For this reason, it is desirable to provide slits S and S on both sides of the locking piece 16 so that the locking piece 16 has elasticity.
[0012]
5 to 7 show an assembly structure of a ball tray 6 'according to another embodiment. In the figure, reference numeral 8 'denotes an abutting plate, which is provided with vertically long engagement holes 9c at four locations along the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, the ball receiving tray 6 'includes an upper half 61 and a lower half 62, and the upper edge of the rear surface 6'a of the upper half 61 is curved in a mountain shape. Further, four protrusions 15 'are provided on the upper edge of the rear surface 6'a so as to correspond to the respective engagement holes 9c. The lower surface 6'b of the lower half 62 has the one projection Three locking pieces 16 'project rearward from the rear surface 6'a at positions corresponding to the respective engaging holes 9c except for the engaging holes 9'c. Slits S, S are provided on both sides of these locking pieces 16 ', and downward claw pieces 17' are provided at their tip portions.
[0013]
Therefore, the rear surface 6'a of the ball tray 6 'in which the upper half 61 and the lower half 62 are integrated is applied to the front surface of the abutting plate 8', and the protrusions 15 'are engaged with the upper portions of the engagement holes 9c. Combine. Next, the distal end portion of each locking piece 16 'is pushed into the lower portion in each engagement hole 9c, and the claw portion 17' at the distal end portion is engaged. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, the ball tray 6 'is assembled to the front surface of the contact plate 8'. Of the engaging holes 9c, the engaging hole 9'c with which the protrusion 15'a engages has a recessed portion 18 formed around it. This is because the protrusion 15'a is first engaged with the engagement hole 9'c because the protrusion 15'a is located at the uppermost portion of the upper edge of the rear surface 6'a. Since the upper edge of the rear surface 6'a of the base end side of 'a can be held by the front surface of the abutting plate 8', the other projections 15 'cannot engage with the engaging holes 9c. This is to avoid such trouble by intervening in the recessed portion 18.
[0014]
The other parts are the same as those in the present embodiment, and are denoted by the same reference numerals. Of course, this embodiment can also be removed from the front surface of the pachinko machine 1. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the ashtray 14 ′ is provided with projecting shafts 19, 19 on which the ashtray 14 ′ is pivotally supported at the front part of both sides, and the rear side corners. Arc-shaped notches 20, 20 are provided in the part. On the other hand, bearing portions 22 and 22 on which the support shafts 19 and 19 are pivotally supported and the notch portions 20 are provided on both inner surfaces of the housing recess 21 provided on one side of the ball tray 6 'for mounting the ashtray 14'. , 20 are inserted and cylindrical support projections 23, 23 are provided in the front-rear direction so as to support the ashtray 14 '.
[0015]
The support protrusion 23 has an outer diameter that is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the notch 20, and its center point is slightly shifted from the center of the notch 20, so that the ashtray 14 'can be seen in FIG. When it is rotated rearward as in the case of an 8-chain line, the notch 20 is tightly fitted into the support protrusion 23, and unnecessary rotation of the ashtray 14 'to the front is prevented.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the assembly structure of the ball tray in the pachinko machine according to the present invention is that the ball tray can be assembled in a one-touch manner only by engaging the projection and the locking claw with the engagement holes respectively, so Thus, the work of assembling the ball tray can be easily performed and the work efficiency can be greatly improved.
