Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a turntable for an inking device that supports an inking device that projects inking by projecting laser light onto a construction surface such as a wall surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been provided a laser marking device that performs laser marking by converting laser light into fan-shaped line light using a cylindrical lens and projecting the line light onto a wall surface or ceiling surface.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, after laser beam is projected onto one wall surface using the laser marking device described above, the laser beam is projected onto a wall surface that is adjacent to this wall surface and substantially orthogonal to this wall surface. The laser marking device itself was moved directly on the floor to change the direction of the laser beam.
[0004]
By the way, if the laser marking device itself is moved directly to change the direction of the laser beam, the ground ink (that is, the center position of the laser marking device) will shift, so it is necessary to align the ground ink again. However, there is a problem that the workability decreases.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a turntable for a deinking device that does not require re-adjustment of the ground ink even if the direction in which the laser light is projected is changed. There is.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the invention of claim 1, in the turntable for the inking device that supports the inking device rotatably in a plane parallel to the floor surface, Three mounting parts are mounted on the peripheral edge of the substantially disk-shaped main part, each of which is mounted in a state in which the three support legs of the inking device are removable. Mounted on the turntable body and the floor The A pedestal that rotatably supports the main body of the turntable, and the main body of the turntable when viewed from the upper surface side. Main part of The pedestal rotatably supports the rotating base body to which the inking device is attached. When changing the orientation of the inking device, the pedestal is provided with a protruding portion protruding outward. Since the main body only needs to be rotated, the position of the ink mark does not shift when changing the direction of the ink discharger, and there is no need to realign the ink mark every time the direction of the ink discharger is changed. Workability of unloading work is improved. In addition, since the pedestal is provided with an overhanging portion, the rotating base body can be rotated while holding the overhanging portion, and when the rotating base body is rotated, the pedestal rotates together with the rotating base body, and the ground It is possible to prevent the position of the ink from shifting and to perform the ink-out work more accurately.
[0007]
In the invention of claim 2, in the invention of claim 1, there are at least three overhang portions, and one of these overhang portions indicates whether or not it is horizontal to the floor surface. In addition to the function of the invention according to claim 1, in addition to the function of the invention according to claim 1, the leveling device is provided with a screw and an adjustment screw projecting toward the floor surface into a screw hole provided in at least two overhang portions. However, by changing the amount of protrusion of the adjustment screw to the floor, the pedestal can be held horizontally with respect to the floor, and the level and adjustment screw are more Since it is provided in the overhanging portion that protrudes outward, the level and adjustment screws do not get in the way when the turntable body is rotated.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the turntable body Main part of At least one index for indicating the rotational position of the turntable body is formed on the peripheral edge of the rotary table and viewed from the upper surface side. Main part In the part of the pedestal located outside the peripheral edge of Main part In addition to the function of the invention according to claim 1 or 2, in addition to the function of the invention according to claim 1, the scale of the rotary base body and the position of the scale of the base are aligned. From the state where the orientation of the turntable body can be adjusted to a desired angle and the index is set to the scale corresponding to the reference position of the turntable body, the turntable body is rotated to another scale. By matching, the turntable body can be rotated by a desired angle from the reference position.
[0009]
In the invention of claim 4, in the invention of claim 3, the part of the turntable main body on which the index is formed is located above the part of the pedestal on which the scale is formed, and the floor surface becomes closer to each part outward. In addition to the operation of the invention according to claim 3, an indicator and a scale are provided on the inclined surface that is inclined so as to approach the floor surface as it goes outward. In addition, since the part of the turntable main body on which the index is formed is located above the part of the pedestal on which the scale is formed, the correspondence between the index and the scale is easy to see, and the part of the turntable main body with respect to the base is easy to see. The rotational position can be easily adjusted.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that, in the invention according to claim 3 or 4, a reference scale for adjusting the rotational position of the turntable body to the reference position in a state of being aligned with the index is provided on the overhanging portion. In addition to the operation of the invention described in claim 3 or 4, the rotational position of the turntable body can be easily adjusted to the reference position by matching the position of the index and the reference scale, and the reference scale is provided at the overhanging portion. Since it is provided, it can be easily confirmed where the reference scale is.
[0011]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the first to fifth aspects of the present invention, a cylindrical portion that protrudes toward the rotary base body is provided at substantially the center of the surface of the pedestal that faces the rotary base body, and the rotation opposite the cylindrical portion. An insertion hole through which the cylindrical portion is inserted is provided in a portion of the base body, and positioning means for positioning the pedestal with respect to a reference line formed on the floor surface is provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion, In addition to the effects of the inventions of the first to fifth aspects, the positioning means provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion and the reference line formed on the floor surface can be seen through the insertion hole from the upper surface side of the turntable body. The positioning means and the reference line can be easily aligned.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0013]
The turnout 1 for the marking device of the present embodiment includes a turntable main body 2 to which a laser marking device 50 is attached, and a pedestal 3 that is placed on the floor and rotatably supports the turntable main body 2. . In the following description, when there is no particular description, the laser marking device 50 is placed on the marking table turntable 1 and the floor side is the lower side and the laser marking device 50 side is the upper side.
[0014]
The turntable body 2 is made of a resin molded product of a thermoplastic resin such as ABS resin, for example, and is formed integrally with a substantially disc-shaped main portion 4 and a side wall 5 that protrudes from the entire periphery of the main portion 4 to the back side. In the center of the main portion 4, a round hole-like through hole 6 that penetrates the main portion 4 is formed. Three protruding portions 7 projecting sideways are provided on the peripheral edge of the main portion 4 at every 120 degrees, for example, and these protruding portions 7 support a laser marking device 50 described later. Legs 52 are respectively placed. Since the surrounding wall 33 is erected on the peripheral edge of each overhang 7 and the surrounding wall 33 surrounds the support leg 52, the turntable body 2 can be rotated by holding the surrounding wall 33. The rotation work of the turntable body 2 can be easily performed. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, an arcuate abutting rib 8 protruding toward the back surface is provided on the back surface of the main portion 4. The contact rib 8 is divided into three ribs 8 a to 8 c by notching a portion corresponding to the protruding portion 7, and the three ribs 8 a to 8 c are the same with the center of the through hole 6 as the center. It is arranged on the circumference.
[0015]
On the other hand, the pedestal 3 is made of a resin molded product of a thermoplastic resin such as ABS resin, and has a substantially disc shape, and has an outer diameter dimension slightly larger than the outer diameter dimension of the turntable body 2. A circular recess 9 into which the turntable body 2 is fitted is formed on the upper surface. In the periphery of the pedestal 3, three projecting portions 10 projecting sideways are provided, for example, every 120 degrees, and each projecting portion 10 is provided on the outer side of the turntable body 2 when viewed from the upper surface side. Since it protrudes, when the turntable body 2 is rotated, it is possible to prevent the base 3 from rotating together with the turntable body 2 by pressing the overhanging portion 10 by hand, and to accurately perform the ink marking work. Can do.
[0016]
A level 11 indicating whether or not the pedestal 3 is horizontal with respect to the floor surface is provided in one of the three overhanging portions 10 at the substantially upper center of the upper surface. Is provided with a screw hole (not shown) into which the adjusting screw 12 is screwed. Here, a protrusion 13 is provided on the back surface of the overhanging portion 10 provided with the level 11, and the screw portion of the adjusting screw 12 screwed into the back surface of the other two overhanging portions 10 from the upper surface side. The tip of 12a protrudes, and the base 3 is supported at three points by the tips of the screw portions 12a of the two adjusting screws 12 and the projections 13 coming into contact with the floor surface. Therefore, if the amount of protrusion of the screw portion 12a to the floor surface side is changed by changing the screwing amount of the two adjusting screws 12, the angle of the pedestal 3 with respect to the floor surface changes. By adjusting the screwing amount of the adjusting screw 12 while looking at, the pedestal 3 can be kept substantially horizontal with respect to the floor surface. In addition, since the overhang | projection part 10 in which the level 11 and the adjustment screw 12 are arrange | positioned is located in the outer side rather than the turntable main body 2 seeing from the upper surface side, when rotating the turntable main body 2, the level 11 or The adjusting screw 12 does not get in the way.
[0017]
On the bottom surface of the recess 9 provided in the pedestal 3, a circular sandwiching rib 18 centering on the center of the through hole 6 is formed in a double, and these two sandwiching ribs 18 are connected to the turntable body 2. When the pedestal 3 is coupled, the abutment rib 8 provided on the turntable main body 2 is provided at a position sandwiched therebetween. A cylindrical tube portion 15 that protrudes toward the turntable main body 2 and fits with the through hole 6 of the turntable main body 2 is integrally formed at the approximate center of the recess 9 provided in the pedestal 3. . For example, four elastic locking pieces 17 are provided on the upper edge of the cylindrical portion 15 every about 90 degrees, and an locking claw 16 protruding outward is provided at the upper end of each elastic locking piece 17. Yes. A cut groove 17a that is open to the upper end portion is formed on both sides of each elastic locking piece 17, and each elastic locking piece 17 is easily bent in the thickness direction.
[0018]
Thus, when the turntable body 2 is attached to the pedestal 3, the surface of the turntable body 2 on which the contact ribs 8 are formed faces the pedestal 3, and the turntable body 2 is attached to the pedestal 3 from above the pedestal 3. When inserted into the recess 9, the abutment rib 8 of the turntable body 2 is inserted between the sandwiching ribs 18 of the base 3 as shown in FIGS. A step in which the upper end of the cylindrical portion 15 is inserted into the through hole 6 of the turntable body 2 and the locking claw 16 of the elastic locking piece 17 is provided at the opening edge of the through hole 6. The turntable body 2 is attached to the pedestal 3 so as to be rotatable about the center of the through hole 6. The locking claw 16 is provided with a tapered surface 16 a that is inclined outward. When the cylindrical portion 15 is pushed into the through hole 6, the tapered surface 16 a of the locking claw 16 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 6. Since the elastic locking pieces 17 are in contact with each other and bent inward along the tapered surface 16a, the mounting operation of the turntable body 2 and the pedestal 3 can be easily performed.
[0019]
Here, as shown in FIG. 13, the height of the abutment rib 8 is such that the lower surface of the abutment rib 8 contacts the recess 9 of the pedestal 3 when the rotary base body 2 and the pedestal 3 are coupled. Since the lower surface of the side wall 5 is not in contact with the recess 9 when no force is applied to the rotary base body 2 toward the base 3, the rotary base body 2 and the base 3 are not set. Therefore, the contact between the rotary base body 2 and the pedestal 3 is reduced, and the rotary base body 2 can be smoothly rotated. Grease is applied to the groove 19 formed between the two sandwiching ribs 18 to reduce friction between the contact ribs 8 and the sandwiching ribs 18 and to rotate the turntable body 2 more smoothly. In addition, since the grease is applied between the two sandwiching ribs 18 and the contact rib 8, it is difficult for the grease to protrude from between the sandwiching rib 18 and the contact rib 8. Here, although grease is used as the lubricant in the present embodiment, it goes without saying that a lubricant other than grease may be used as long as it can reduce friction between the turntable body 2 and the base 3. .
[0020]
Further, the height dimension of the side wall 5 is set such that the bottom surface of the side wall 5 comes into contact with the recess 9 when a force is applied to the turntable body 2 toward the pedestal 3 side. The force applied to the turntable body 2 can be received by the abutment rib 8 and the side wall 5, and the turntable body 2 can be prevented from being damaged. 8, 10, 12, and 13 show a state in which a force that pushes the turntable body 2 toward the pedestal 3 is applied and the lower surface of the side wall 5 is in contact with the recess 9.
[0021]
On the other hand, the laser marking device 50 has a cylindrical marking device body 51 that is vertically elongated, and three support legs 52 that are openably and closably connected to the lower end of the marking device body 51. An optical system such as a light source such as a semiconductor laser or a cylindrical lens that generates line light that spreads in a fan shape in the vertical and horizontal directions by deflecting the laser light output from the light source is housed in the main body 51. It is disguised. One end of the support leg 52 is pivotally supported by the inking unit main body 51 so as to function as a tripod when opened, and continuously to the inking unit main body 51 when closed. It is in the form of Further, hook pieces 53 projecting inwardly project from the tip end portions of the support legs 52.
[0022]
The three support legs 52 of the laser marking device 50 are respectively placed on the three overhanging portions 7 provided on the turntable body 2. One of the three overhanging portions 7 is provided. A pair of locking claws 20 that are hooked and locked with the hooking piece 53 of the support leg 52 are fixedly provided. Further, the main portion 4 corresponding to the other two overhanging portions 7 has a locking recess 24 to be hooked and locked with the hooking piece 53 of the support leg 52. A slider 22 is attached to move freely between a locking position where the hook is locked and a non-locking position where it is not locked. Here, when the hooking piece 53 of each support leg 52 and the locking claw 20 and the slider 22 are hooked and locked and the laser marking device 50 is attached to the turntable body 2, the center position of the laser marking device 50 is set. And the center of rotation of the turntable body 2 substantially coincide with each other. Since the slider 22 is movably provided between the locking position and the non-locking position, the laser marking device 50 can be attached and detached by moving the slider 22 to the locking position or the non-locking position. Compared with the case where the support leg 52 of the laser marking device 50 is screwed to the turntable body 2, the attaching / detaching work of the supporting leg 52 of the laser marking device 50 is facilitated.
[0023]
Here, an opening 21 penetrating the main portion 4 is opened from the center side of the main portion 4 to the projecting portion 7 side at a portion of the main portion 4 to which the slider 22 is attached. Is inserted from the back side. The opening 21 has a wide portion 21a that is wider than the other portions at the end on the center side, and a mounting portion 21c that is one step lower when viewed from the back side is formed on both side edges of the narrow portion 21b. Has been.
[0024]
The slider 22 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, the dimension in the short width direction is slightly smaller than the dimension of the narrow portion 21 b of the opening 21, and the slider 22 is inserted into the opening 21 from the back side of the turntable body 2. The slider main body 23 is exposed from the opening 21 to the upper surface side, and the end of the slider main body 23 on the overhanging portion 7 side is recessed in the lower center of the front end surface, whereby the hook piece 53 of the support leg 52 is provided. A latching recess 24 for hooking and latching is provided, and a knob 25 projecting upward is integrally provided at an end of the main portion 4 on the center side. Here, the width of the knob 25 is smaller than the width of the wide portion 21a of the opening 21 and larger than the width of the narrow portion 21b.
[0025]
Further, on the back surface of the slider body 23, a rib 26 protruding downward is provided at a substantially center in the short width direction, and elastic pressing pieces 27, 27 are provided on both sides of the rib 26. The elastic pressing pieces 27, 27 are connected to the slider body 23 at the end on the side of the knob 25, and the opposite end is a free end. The lower part of each elastic pressing piece 27 protrudes toward the outside (that is, the side opposite to the rib 26), and is placed on the placement portion 21c when the slider body 23 is inserted into the opening 21 from the back side of the turntable body 2. A locking step portion 28 is formed. Further, projections 29 and 30 projecting outward are respectively provided at both end portions in the longitudinal direction of each locking step portion 28, and a trough-like engagement is formed on the distal end surface of the outer circumferential projection 30. A stop recess 30a is provided.
[0026]
On the other hand, when the slider 22 is moved from the back surface side to the unlocked position on the end surface of the opening 21 from the back surface side (see FIGS. 7 and 8) (see FIGS. 9 and 10), A projection 31 for preventing the slider 22 from coming into contact with the projection 30 provided on the elastic pressing piece 27 is projected, and the slider 22 is moved to the locking position as shown in FIGS. Thus, a locking protrusion 32 is provided to protrude from the locking recess 30a. Here, since the locking protrusion 32 has a tapered surface 32a, when the slider 22 is moved from the non-locking position to the locking position, or when the slider 22 is moved from the locking position to the non-locking position. When the protrusion 30 of the elastic pressing piece 27 moves along the tapered surface 32a, the elastic pressing piece 27 is bent inward, so that the slider 22 moves smoothly between the locking position and the non-locking position. Can be made.
[0027]
Thus, when the slider 22 is attached to the turntable body 2, the locking recess 24 is on the outer peripheral side, the knob piece 25 is on the center side, and the positions of the wide portion 21 a of the opening 21 and the knob piece 25 are aligned. When 22 is inserted into the opening 21 from the back side of the turntable body 2, the slider body 23 is exposed from the opening 21 to the front surface side (see FIGS. 7 and 8). At this time, the locking step portion 28 of the elastic pressing piece 27 comes into contact with the mounting portion 21 c provided at the opening edge of the opening 21, and the movement of the slider body 23 to the surface side is restricted.
[0028]
Thereafter, when the slider 22 is moved to the outer peripheral side of the main portion 4, the slider body 23 is guided into the narrow portion 21 b of the opening 21, and the protrusion 30 of the elastic pressing piece 27 is provided on the end face of the opening 21. It abuts 31 and is bent inward (side approaching the rib 26). When the slider 22 is further moved to the outer peripheral side from this state, the protrusion 30 gets over the retaining protrusion 31 and the protrusion 30 is held between the locking protrusion 32 and the retaining protrusion 31 (see FIG. 9). At this time, as shown in FIG. 10, the outer peripheral end of the slider body 23 rides on the main portion 4, and both side portions of the knob 25 run on the mounting portion 21 c, so The slider 22 can be easily attached to the turntable body 2 by sandwiching the main portion 4 between the side end portion and the knob 25 and the locking step portion 28.
[0029]
When the slider 22 is further moved to the outer peripheral side of the main portion 4 from this state, the protrusion 30 of the elastic pressing piece 27 moves along the taper surface 32a of the locking protrusion 32 provided on the end surface of the opening 21, The locking recess 30a of the protrusion 30 and the locking protrusion 32 engage with each other (see FIG. 11). Also, as shown in FIG. 12, even when the slider 22 is moved to the locking position, the outer peripheral end of the slider main body 23 rides on the main portion 4 and both side portions of the knob 25 are placed on the placement portions 21c. Since the main portion 4 is sandwiched between the outer peripheral end of the slider main body 23 and the knob 25 and the locking step portion 28, the slider 22 is easily attached to the turntable main body 2. be able to. In addition, the locking recess 24 provided on the front end surface of the slider body 23 and the hook piece 53 of the support leg 52 are hooked and locked, and the laser marking device 50 is fixed to the turntable body 2.
[0030]
Here, when the slider 22 is inserted into the opening 21 from the back side of the turntable body 2, the knob 25 provided on the slider body 23 protrudes from the opening 21 to the upper surface, and the slider 22 is moved by picking the knob 25. Therefore, the laser marking device 50 can be easily attached and detached. Further, when the slider 22 is moved between the non-locking position and the locking position, since the opening 21 is opened between the center side of the main portion 4 and the knob 25, a hand is placed in the opening 21. Thus, the knob 25 can be operated and the slider 22 can be moved more easily.
[0031]
Further, since an end face of the opening 21 is provided with a locking projection 31 and a locking projection 32 that are locked to the slider 22 at the locking position and the non-locking position, the slider 22 is locked or unlocked. It can be easily determined from the position of the slider 22 whether the support leg 52 of the laser marking device 50 is hooked and locked, and the laser marking device 50 is securely attached to the turntable body 2. be able to.
[0032]
By the way, an inclined surface 4a which is inclined to the back side as it goes outward is formed on the peripheral portion of the main portion 4 except for the portion where the overhanging portion 7 is provided, and a reference position is set on the inclined surface 4a. Three indexes 4b shown are formed every 90 degrees. Of the three indicators 4b, the central indicator 4b is provided on the opposite side of the overhanging portion 10 with respect to the center of the main portion 4.
[0033]
On the other hand, on the outer peripheral edge of the pedestal 3, there is provided an inclined surface 3 a that is continuous with the inclined surface 4 a of the turntable body 2 and is inclined to the back side (floor surface side) as it goes outward. Here, when the turntable body 2 is rotated to the reference position, the overhanging portion 10 provided with the level 11 is located on the opposite side to the center index 4b with respect to the center of the main portion 4. When the turntable body 2 is rotated so that the overhanging portion 7 is located on the opposite side of the overhanging portion 10 provided with the level 11 with the rotation center interposed therebetween, the reference is a reference to a portion that coincides with the central index 4b. A reference scale 3c for indicating the position is formed. In addition, the inclined surface 3a is provided with an auxiliary scale 3c ′ along the outer peripheral portion of the turntable main body 2, for example, every 90 degrees with respect to the position of the reference scale 3c. Workability of unloading work is improved. As shown in FIG. 13, the inclined surface 4a provided on the turntable body 2 and the inclined surface 3a provided on the pedestal 3 are arranged such that the inclined surface 4a is on the upper side and the inclined surface 3a is on the lower side. Therefore, the correspondence between the index 4b formed on the inclined surface 4a, the scale 3b formed on the inclined surface 3a and the overhanging portion 10, the reference scale 3c, and the auxiliary scale 3c 'is easy to see, and the pedestal The position of the turntable body 2 with respect to 3 can be easily performed. Moreover, since the reference scale 3c is provided in the overhang | projection part 10, the position of the reference scale 3c is easy to understand, and the reference scale 3c can be found easily.
[0037]
By the way, instead of placing the pedestal 3 directly on the floor, the pedestal 3 may be attached to a tripod. When the pedestal 3 is attached to a tripod, as shown in FIG. 16, a holder 34 formed in a substantially disk shape is used, and a cylindrical convex portion 34 a projecting from the lower surface of the holder 34 is used as the cylindrical portion 15 of the pedestal 3. The base 3 is inserted between the holder 34 and the tripod by screwing a screw of a tripod (not shown) arranged on the lower side of the base 3 into a screw hole provided in the lower surface of the convex portion 34a. And the pedestal 3 can be attached to a tripod.
[0038]
In the present embodiment, the recess 9 into which the turntable main body 2 is inserted is formed in the pedestal 3 and the contact rib 8 is provided in the turntable main body 2. However, the turntable main body 2 is provided with a recess. Alternatively, a contact rib that contacts the recess provided in the turntable main body 2 may be provided in the pedestal 3, and a holding rib that holds the contact rib provided in the pedestal 3 may be provided in the turntable main body 2.
