Description

【0001】

It is to be released.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the fishing rod support device disclosed in the above publication, a handle for releasing the locking state between the mounting portion and the rod fixing portion is provided at a portion of the rod fixing portion that can be held together with the fishing rod. Therefore, if the handle and the fishing rod are gripped, and the handle is rotated upward, the hook fixing portion is pulled out from the mounting portion, and the locking state between the mounting portion and the rod fixing portion is released. The fishing rod support state by the fishing rod support device can be released.
[0005]
In other words, when the fishing rod is gripped from the state of the laying rod and is turned so that the finger of the gripped hand is hooked on the handle and the handle is pulled up, the locked state between the rod fixing portion and the device main body is released. You can lift the fishing rod.
[0006]
However, in the configuration of the above-mentioned publication, the handle is gripped with a finger when the handle is turned to release the locked state between the mounting portion and the heel fixing portion (the locked state is not released unless the handle is turned). There is a problem that the inserting direction (rotating direction) does not coincide with the direction in which the heel fixing portion is pulled out from the mounting portion (substantially directly above), which makes it difficult to perform the extracting operation.
[0007]
That is, when the handle is rotated so as to be lifted with a finger, the contact position (hook position) of the finger with respect to the handle easily escapes and changes with the lifting amount (rotation amount). Since the direction of action of the finger lifting force against the angle is obliquely upward, it becomes impossible to transmit the operating force to the fishing rod and the handle well (the power transmission efficiency deteriorates), and if you are not used to the operation to some extent, The support state of the fishing rod cannot be released easily and quickly.
[0008]
Also, if the direction in which the handle is gripped with the finger does not match the direction in which the heel fixing part is pulled out from the mounting part, the heel fixing part is pulled out from the mounting part, especially when the hand is dirty with Komaze etc. At this time, there is a possibility that the hand slips and the finger comes off the handle or the fishing rod is dropped.
[0009]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a fishing rod support device capable of easily and quickly releasing the support state of the fishing rod.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, a fishing rod support device of the present invention includes a device main body having a rod receiving portion that is installed in a fixed state and supports the fishing rod, a rod fixing portion that is detachably attached to the fishing rod, and the device main body. Provided with a mounting portion that is detachably locked to the heel fixing portion, and an operation member that releases the locked state between the heel fixing portion and the mounting portion. The locking state of the hook fixing part and the mounting part is released by sliding along the pulling direction of the hook fixing part with respect to the part.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a state in which a fishing rod 50 is supported with respect to a ship edge 20 by a fishing rod support device 1 according to the present embodiment. As shown in the figure, the fishing rod support device 1 includes a device main body 2 that is attached and fixed to the boat rim 20, and a rod fixing portion (clamp) 4 that is detachably attached to the fishing rod 50.
[0013]
The apparatus main body 2 includes a base 3. The base 3 is integrally provided with a fixing portion 5 attached and fixed to the ship rim 20 by a vise 7 and a mounting portion 11 to which the anchor fixing portion 4 is detachably attached. The base 3 is provided with an arm portion 13 that extends forward. A substantially U-shaped rod receiving portion 15 for supporting the fishing rod 50 is provided at the front end of the arm portion 13. The mounting portion 11 is provided with a shaft portion 9 on which a locking member 17 described later of the heel fixing portion 4 is detachably locked.
[0014]
On the other hand, the rod fixing portion 4 includes a main body 23 that is detachably attached to the attachment portion 11 and a fixing member 20 that holds the fishing rod 50 between the main body 23. The main body 23 includes a cylindrical attachment / detachment portion 23 a that is attached to and detached from the attachment portion 11, and a holding portion 23 b that holds the fishing rod 50 in cooperation with the fixing member 20. As shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3, two U-shaped cutouts 31, 31 that are rotatably engaged with the shaft portion 9 of the mounting portion 11 are provided at the lower peripheral edge portion of the attaching / detaching portion 23 a. Are provided opposite to each other.
[0015]
Further, screw rods 22 are swingably attached to both sides of the main body 23 (only one screw rod 22 is shown in the figure), and two nut members 21 correspond from the fixing member 20 side. The fixing member 20 is attached to the main body 23 by being screwed into the screw rod 22. Specifically, the nut member 21 is screwed into the screw rod 22 through a through hole provided in the fixing member 20. Also, one of the two nut members 21 can swing sideways along with the screw rod 22 through a notch 20 a formed in the fixing member 20. Therefore, in this configuration, the rod fixing portion 4 is attached to the fishing rod 50 as follows, for example.
[0016]
That is, first, the nut member 21 is loosened, and one nut member 21 is swung sideways from the notch 20a of the fixing member 20 together with the screw rod 22 to be detached from the fixing member 20. In this state, the fixing member 20 is now swung together with the other nut member 21 and the screw rod 22 into which the fixing member 20 is screwed, in the direction opposite to the swinging direction of the one nut member 21, and the fishing rod 50 is moved. It can be placed on the clamping part 23b from above the main body 23. Subsequently, after the fishing rod 50 is placed on the sandwiching portion 23b, the fixing member 20 is applied to the fishing rod 50 from above the fishing rod 50, and the fishing rod 50 is sandwiched between the fixing member 20 and the sandwiching portion 23b. Thereafter, when the nut member 21 is tightened, the fishing rod 50 is clamped between the fixing member 20 and the clamping portion 23b, and as a result, the rod fixing portion 4 is attached to the fishing rod 50.
[0017]
Further, the main body 23 of the heel fixing portion 4 includes a rotatable locking member 17 that is releasably locked to the shaft portion 9 of the mounting portion 11, and a locking member 17 that rotates the locking member 17. And an operating lever (operating member) 24 for releasing the locked state of the shaft portion 9. In this case, the locking member 17 is positioned in the detachable portion 23a and is pivotally supported by a support shaft 18 fixed to the detachable portion 23a. The support shaft 18 is provided such that the center thereof is eccentric from the center of the shaft portion 9 in a state where the notch 31 of the attaching / detaching portion 23 a is engaged with the shaft portion 9. Further, the operation lever 24 is engaged with a slide groove 29 (see FIG. 3) formed along the height direction of the attaching / detaching portion 23a (the removal direction of the hook fixing portion 4 with respect to the mounting portion 11). It can slide along the groove 29. The operation lever 24 has a finger hooking portion 24 a at a position where it can be held together with the fishing rod 50.
[0018]
As shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3, the locking member 17 includes a U-shaped groove-shaped locking portion 17 a that is detachably locked to the shaft portion 9 of the mounting portion 11, and the shaft portion 9. A guide surface 39 that abuts and guides the shaft portion 9 to the locking portion 17a is provided. Further, a long groove 33 is formed in the locking member 17, and a pin 35 provided on the operation lever 24 is engaged with the long groove 33 in a penetrating state. Further, the locking member 17 is rotated in the clockwise direction in the drawing by the spring 27 wound around the support shaft 18 (the direction in which the locking portion 17a is locked to the shaft portion 9, and the operation lever 24 is slid. It is biased in the direction in which it abuts against the lower end position of the groove 29. In this case, one end of the spring 27 is applied to the inner wall surface of the detachable portion 23 a and the other end is locked to the locking member 17.
[0019]
Next, the operation of the fishing rod support apparatus 1 having the above configuration will be described.
[0020]
In the standing state of FIG. 1 in which the fixing portion 5 of the apparatus main body 2 is fixed to the boat rim 20 and the rod fixing portion 4 attached to the fishing rod 50 is attached to the attachment portion 11, the locking member is applied by the biasing force of the spring 27. The 17 locking portions 17a are locked to the shaft portion 9, and the operation lever 24 is abutted against the lower end position of the slide groove 29 (see also FIG. 2). That is, the fishing rod 50 is supported by the fishing rod support device 1.
[0021]
When releasing the support state of the fishing rod 50 from the state of FIG. 1, first, the fishing rod 50 is gripped and the finger of the gripped hand is hooked on the finger hooking portion 24 a of the operation lever 24. This state is shown in FIG.
[0022]
From the state shown in FIG. 2, when the heel fixing part 4 is pulled out from the mounting part 11 while sliding the operation lever 24 upward, the urging force of the spring 27 is resisted as shown in FIG. Then, the locking member 17 rotates upward (counterclockwise), and the locking portion 17a and the notch 31 are detached from the shaft portion 9, and the locked state between the mounting portion 11 and the hook fixing portion 4 is released. . At this time, since the operation direction of the operation lever 24 and the pulling-up direction of the rod fixing portion 4 with respect to the mounting portion 11 coincide with each other, the rod fixing portion 4 can be easily detached from the mounting portion 11 and the fishing rod 50 can be easily lifted. . Further, since the pin 35 can move in the long groove 33, the operation lever 24 can be slid reliably and smoothly.
[0023]
When the finger is released from the operation lever 24 in a state where the heel fixing portion 4 is completely detached from the mounting portion 11, the locking member 17 is rotated to the original position again by the biasing force of the spring 27, and the operation lever 24 is pulled back to the lower end position of the slide groove 29.
[0024]
On the other hand, when the heel fixing portion 4 is attached to the attachment portion 11, the heel fixing portion 4 may be simply pushed into the attachment portion 11 side without operating the operation lever 24. Specifically, the detachable portion 23 a is pushed into the mounting portion 11 so that the notch 31 of the detachable portion 23 a engages with the shaft portion 9. At this time, the guide surface 39 formed on the locking member 17 is pressed against the shaft portion 9, and the locking member 17 rotates counterclockwise against the biasing force of the spring by the pressing force (the shaft portion 9). And the support shaft 18 are eccentric). By this rotation, the operation lever 24 is slid upward, and the shaft portion 9 is guided along the guide surface 39 to the locking portion 17a. When the end portion of the notch 31 hits the shaft portion 9 and the locking portion 17a is locked to the shaft portion 9, all of the pressing force is received by the shaft portion 9 and acts on the locking member 17. Therefore, the locking member 17 is rotated clockwise to the original position by the urging force of the spring 27, and the operation lever 24 is pushed back to the lower end position of the slide groove 29 (state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2).
[0025]
As described above, in the fishing rod support device 1 of the present embodiment, the operation lever 24 that releases the locking state between the rod fixing portion 4 (main body 23) and the device main body 2 (mounting portion 11) is provided on the rod fixing portion 4. Is engaged with a slide groove 29 formed along the height direction of the main body 2, that is, along the direction in which the heel fixing portion 4 is removed from the apparatus body 2, and can slide along the slide groove 29 (sliding of the operation lever 24. The locked state between the apparatus main body 2 and the heel fixing portion 4 is released by the operation). Accordingly, the operation direction of the operation lever 24 and the pulling-up direction of the rod fixing portion 4 with respect to the device main body 2 coincide with each other, and the rod fixing portion 4 is easily detached from the device main body 2 side to easily release the support state of the fishing rod 50. be able to.
[0026]
In other words, the natural pulling operation of the operation lever 24 without difficulty is possible, and the position of the finger in contact with the operation lever 24 is stabilized. That is, as the operation lever 24 is pulled up, the position where the finger is hooked on the operation lever 24 is prevented from unnecessarily escaping and changing. Therefore, the operating force can be efficiently transmitted to the fishing rod 50 and the operation lever 24, and the rod fixing portion 4 can be easily and quickly detached from the apparatus main body 2.
[0027]
In addition, if it becomes easier to apply a force to the operation lever 24 as described above, the operation lever 24 (finger holding portion 24a) can be formed short. That is, the operation lever 24 can be operated with one finger. Therefore, the fishing rod 50 can be gripped by that amount, and when the rod fixing portion 4 is pulled out from the apparatus main body 2 side, the hand slips and the finger comes off from the operation lever 24 or the fishing rod 50 is dropped. The situation can be prevented.
[0028]
FIG. 7 shows a comparison between the movement amount of the operation lever 24 of the present embodiment and the movement amount of the conventional operation lever 100. As described above, the operation lever 24 of the present embodiment slides up and down to rotate the locking member 17 around the support shaft 18 to disengage the hook fixing portion 4 from the apparatus main body 2. It is. On the other hand, the conventional operation lever 100 also serves as a locking member 17 that engages with and disengages from the shaft portion 9, and rotates around the support shaft 18 to disengage and disengage the hook fixing portion 4 from the apparatus main body 2. It is something to be made. Here, when the movement amount of the operation lever 24 is L ′, and the movement amount of the operation lever 100 necessary to obtain the same engagement / disengagement state at both ends of the movement of the operation lever 24 is L, clearly, The amount of movement of the operation lever 24 of this embodiment is smaller by the distance X. That is, when compared in the same engagement / disengagement state, the stroke L ′ of the slide operation lever 24 of this embodiment is shorter than the stroke L of the conventional rotation operation lever 100 by X. Therefore, it is not necessary to ensure a large movement range of the operation lever 24, and it is possible to reduce a space for providing an attaching / detaching mechanism (mechanism for engaging / disconnecting (attaching / detaching) the hook fixing portion 4 to / from the apparatus main body 2). As a result, the fishing rod support device 1 can be made compact.
[0029]
4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in the engagement / disengagement structure between the mounting portion 11 and the heel fixing portion 4. Therefore, hereinafter, the same reference numerals are given to components common to the first embodiment, and description thereof is omitted.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, the operation lever 24 is provided on the mounting portion 11 side of the apparatus main body 2. Specifically, the operation lever 24 is engaged with a slide groove 60 (see FIG. 5) formed along the height direction of the mounting portion 11 (the removal direction of the heel fixing portion 4 with respect to the mounting portion 11). And can slide along the slide groove 60.
[0031]
Further, the mounting portion 11 is provided with a cam member 51 that is rotated by sliding of the operation lever 24 and a lock member 50 that is disposed so as to be engageable with the cam member 51. In this case, the cam member 51 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 54 fixed to the mounting portion 11 so as to be rotatable. Further, the lock member 50 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 53 fixed to the mounting portion 11 so as to be rotatable. The cam member 51 and the lock member 50 are connected to each other by a compression spring 52. Further, a shaft portion 40 that can be engaged with the lock member 50 is provided on the detachable portion 23 a of the main body 23 of the heel fixing portion 4.
[0032]
The cam member 51 has a convex portion 55 that is detachably engaged with a later-described second engagement portion 57 of the lock member 50. A long groove 59 is formed in the cam member 51, and a pin 35 provided on the operation lever 24 is engaged with the long groove 59 in a penetrating state.
[0033]
The lock member 50 is detachably engaged with a U-shaped groove-shaped first engagement portion 58 that is detachably engaged with the shaft portion 40 of the collar fixing portion 4 and a convex portion 55 of the cam member 51. A second engagement portion 57. Further, the lock member 50 is provided with a guide surface 56 that contacts the convex portion 55 and guides the convex portion 55 to the second locking portion 57.
[0034]
Next, the operation of the fishing rod support apparatus having the above configuration will be described.
[0035]
In the state shown in FIG. 4 in which the rod fixing portion 4 is attached to the attachment portion 11 and the fishing rod 50 is supported, the shaft portion 40 of the rod fixing portion 4 is engaged with the first engagement portion 58 of the lock member 50 and locked. The convex portion 55 of the cam member 51 is engaged with the second engaging portion 57 of the member 50, and the compression spring 52 is extended. In this case, the engagement state between the second engaging portion 57 and the convex portion 55 is that the compression spring 52 biases the cam member 51 clockwise in the drawing and biases the lock member 50 counterclockwise in the drawing. Held by. Further, the urging force of the compression spring 52 holds the operation lever 24 in a state of abutting against the lower end position of the slide groove 60 via the cam member 51.
[0036]
When releasing the support state of the fishing rod 50 from the state of FIG. 4, the fishing rod 50 is gripped, and the finger of the gripped hand is hooked on the finger hooking portion 24 a of the operation lever 24 so that the operation lever 24 is moved upward. Slide to. As a result, the cam member 51 rotates upward (counterclockwise) against the urging force of the compression spring 52, and the convex portion 55 that engages with the second engagement portion 57 causes the lock member 51 to move toward the spring 52. It is turned downward (clockwise) against the urging force. Then, when the lock member 51 is rotated clockwise by a predetermined amount by the convex portion 55, the convex portion 55 gets over the second engaging portion 57 and is detached therefrom.
[0037]
When the convex portion 55 is disengaged from the second engaging portion 57, the force for rotating the lock member 50 in the clockwise direction is released. Therefore, the lock member 50 is pulled toward the cam member 51 by the rotation of the cam member 51. The biasing force of the spring 52 is rotated counterclockwise. When the lock member 50 is rotated counterclockwise until the spring 52 is restored to the original natural state (the state in which the spring 52 is not elastically deformed), the opening of the first engaging portion 58 faces upward. Thus, the shaft portion 40 of the heel fixing portion 4 can be detached from the opening of the first engaging portion 58. Therefore, in this state, if the rod fixing portion 4 is pulled up from the mounting portion 11 side, the support state of the fishing rod 50 can be released and the fishing rod 50 can be lifted.
[0038]
Of course, also in this embodiment, since the operation direction of the operation lever 24 and the pulling-up direction of the heel fixing portion 4 with respect to the mounting portion 11 coincide, the heel fixing portion 4 is mounted while the operation lever 24 is slid upward. By pulling up from the portion 11, the rod fixing portion 4 can be easily detached from the mounting portion 11, and the fishing rod 50 can be easily lifted. Further, since the pin 35 can move in the long groove 59, the operation lever 24 can be slid reliably and smoothly.
[0039]
On the other hand, when the heel fixing portion 4 is attached to the attachment portion 11, the heel fixing portion 4 may be simply pushed into the attachment portion 11 side without operating the operation lever 24. Specifically, the heel fixing portion 4 is pushed toward the mounting portion 11 so that the shaft portion 40 of the heel fixing portion 4 is pressed against the inner surface of the first engagement portion 58 of the lock member 50. Thereby, the lock member 50 is rotated clockwise, and the cam member 51 connected to the lock member 50 via the spring 52 is also rotated clockwise along with the rotation. Thus, when the cam member 51 is slightly rotated clockwise, the convex portion 55 of the cam member 51 comes into contact with the guide surface 56 of the lock member 50. When the lock member 51 is further rotated clockwise in a state where the convex portion 55 abuts against the guide surface 56, the cam member 51 is now counteracted by a reaction force from the guide surface 56 acting on the convex portion 55. It begins to rotate clockwise. Due to the rotation of the mutually opposite 50 and 51, the convex portion 55 is guided to the second engaging portion 57 along the guide surface 56, and the compression spring 52 continues to be extended. When the convex portion 55 engages with the second engaging portion 57 by the guide of the guide surface 56, the opening of the first engaging portion 58 faces the cam member 51 and faces inward, and the first The shaft portion 40 is prevented from coming off from the engaging portion 58, and the hook fixing portion 4 is completely attached to the attachment portion 11. This state is maintained by the urging force of the compression spring 52. In this state, the operation lever 24 is pressed against the lower end position of the slide groove 60 (see FIG. 4).
[0040]
As described above, also in this embodiment, the operation direction of the operation lever 24 and the pulling-up direction of the heel fixing portion 4 with respect to the mounting portion 11 coincide with each other, so that the same effect as that of the first embodiment can be obtained. Can do.
[0041]
FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is also different from the first embodiment only in the engagement / disengagement structure between the mounting portion 11 and the heel fixing portion 4. Therefore, hereinafter, the same reference numerals are given to components common to the first embodiment, and description thereof is omitted.
[0042]
As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the operation lever 24 is provided on the attachment / detachment portion 23a side of the heel fixing portion 4 as in the first embodiment. Specifically, the operation lever 24 is engaged with a slide groove (not shown) formed along the height direction of the attachment / detachment portion 23a (the removal direction of the hook fixing portion 4 with respect to the mounting portion 11). , Can slide along this slide groove.
[0043]
A locking member 73 is rotatably provided in the detachable portion 23a. In this case, the locking member 73 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 74 fixed to the detachable portion 23a. The locking member 73 has a convex portion 79 that is detachably engaged with a later-described rotating member 70 of the mounting portion 11. The locking member 73 is formed with a long groove 75 having one end opened, and the pin 35 provided on the operation lever 24 is engaged with the long groove 75 in a penetrating state.
[0044]
On the other hand, the mounting portion 11 is provided with a rotating member 70 to which the heel fixing portion 4 is mounted. In this case, the rotating member 70 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 76 fixed to the mounting portion 11. Further, the rotating member 70 is formed with an annular groove 71 that is detachably engaged with the convex portion 79 of the locking member 73 and a tapered surface 72 that guides the detachment of the convex portion 79 from the annular groove 71. ing.
[0045]
Next, the operation of the fishing rod support apparatus having the above configuration will be described.
[0046]
In the state of FIG. 6 in which the rod fixing portion 4 is mounted on the mounting portion 11 and the fishing rod 50 is supported, the convex portion 79 of the locking member 73 is engaged with the annular groove 71 of the rotating member 70. Further, in this state, the heel fixing portion 4 can rotate around the rotation member 70. Therefore, the fishing rod 50 can be directed in various directions.
[0047]
When releasing the support state of the fishing rod 50 from the state of FIG. 6, first, the fishing rod 50 is gripped and the finger of the gripped hand is hooked on the finger hooking portion 24 a of the operation lever 24. When the heel fixing portion 4 is pulled up from the rotating member 70 while sliding the operating lever 24 upward, the locking member 73 rotates upward (counterclockwise) and the locking member The convex part 79 of 73 leaves | separates from the annular groove 71 along the taper surface 72 of the rotation member 70, and the latching state of the rotation member 70 and the collar fixing part 4 is cancelled | released. At this time, since the operating direction of the operation lever 24 and the pulling-up direction of the rod fixing portion 4 with respect to the rotating member 70 coincide with each other, the rod fixing portion 4 is easily detached from the rotating member 70 and the fishing rod 50 is easily lifted. Can do. Further, since the pin 35 can move in the long groove 75, the operation lever 24 can be slid reliably and smoothly.
[0048]
On the other hand, when attaching the heel fixing portion 4 to the rotating member 70, the heel fixing portion 4 (detachable portion 23 a) may be simply pushed into the rotating member 70 without operating the operation lever 24. By this pushing operation, the locking member 73 abuts against the head of the rotating member 70 and rotates, so that the convex portion 79 is engaged with the annular groove 71 while being guided by the guide surface formed on the head. Become. Because of the engagement between the annular groove 71 and the convex portion 79, the rod fixing portion 4 can be attached to the rotating member 70 in any direction in which the fishing rod 50 is directed.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the fishing rod support device of the present invention, the supporting state of the fishing rod can be easily and quickly released.
