Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wind instrument cleaning tool, and more particularly to a wind instrument cleaning tool capable of wiping off moisture adhering to the inside of a pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, wind instruments such as saxophones tend to cause moisture to adhere to or accumulate in the tube due to their nature, and wind instrument cleaners that can wipe off such moisture have been used. This type of cleaning tool includes a string member having a weight on one end side, and a cloth swab having a square shape or a triangle shape sewn on the other end side of the string member. There are known brush-like materials having elasticity. When wiping the moisture in the pipe using such a cleaning tool, first, the weight is inserted from one end side of the pipe and pulled out to the other end side, and the string member pulled out to the other end side of the pipe is pulled, thereby The swab is passed from one end of the tube toward the other end so that the inner peripheral surface of the tube can be wiped off.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in wind instruments, there are steps such as protrusions such as bent tubes and joints of pipes in the bent part of the pipe, the inside of the inner diameter changing part, and the spout hole, so that when the string member is pulled, the swab is There is an inconvenience that it becomes easy to get caught inside. Moreover, when such a catch occurs, it may hinder the extraction of the entire cleaning tool from the pipe, or a partial wiping area may be generated and the moisture in the pipe cannot be completely wiped off. In addition, the conventional cleaning tool described above is disadvantageous in that it is difficult to effectively use it for a wind instrument having a region where the tube is conical and curved in a deformed spiral shape, such as a baritone saxophone. There is also. Further, the brush-type push-in type cannot follow the diameter change when inserted from the narrow end side.
[0004]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such inconveniences, and the object of the present invention is to realize smooth insertion and withdrawal by allowing the tip portion to be displaced according to the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the tube. An object of the present invention is to provide a wind instrument cleaning tool that can continuously follow a change in the inner diameter of the instrument even if it is inserted from the narrow end, and can exhibit a high moisture absorption and cleaning effect.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cleaning tool for cleaning an inner peripheral surface of a wind instrument,
A swab formed in a bag shape that is open at the rear end side that can be inserted into the tube, a swab guide provided at the front end side of the swab, a front end side attached to the swab guide, and the other end side at the rear end side of the swab And a deformable shaft-shaped member extending to
The swab guide is configured to be displaceable with respect to the shaft-shaped member. According to such a configuration, when the swab guide is pushed into the pipe as the tip position, even if there is a bending of the pipe, a change in inner diameter, a protrusion such as a vent tube, a step of the pipe joint, etc. The swab guide is angularly displaced so as to avoid interference with the swivel, and the operating force for pushing the shaft-like member is reliably applied to the swab guide. Therefore, the water in the tube can be surely wiped off by the swab following the swab guide.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the swab guide is preferably attached to the shaft-like member via a universal connecting means. By adopting such connecting means, the swab guide can be displaced without difficulty, and from this point, the ease of swab insertion can be further ensured.
[0007]
Further, the prior Symbol swabs provided the inner member along the shaft-like member, the inner member may take water, a configuration that is configured by the inner pad comprising a water-holding capacity. At this time, the inner pad is preferably provided so that the volume gradually decreases toward the rear end side of the shaft-shaped member. When such a configuration is adopted, the outer shape of the swab is maintained so as to correspond to the outer shape of the inner member, and the swab can be pressed against the inner surface of the pipe in the presence of the inner member. Moreover, since the volume of the inner member gradually decreases toward the rear end, each operation of insertion into the tube and extraction in the anti-insertion direction can be performed without difficulty.
[0008]
Furthermore, the inner member can be provided with a passage forming body through which the shaft-like member can be inserted. With this configuration, the shaft-like member can be maintained at a fixed position in the swab, the loss of the pushing force or insertion force applied to the shaft-like member can be reduced, and the shape of the entire swab can be maintained stably. You can act as a spine that works.
[0009]
Moreover, it is preferable that the shaft-shaped member is configured to be detachable from the swab guide. As a result, the shaft-like member can be removed, and swabs and the like excluding the shaft-like member can be washed.
[0010]
Furthermore, it is preferable to adopt a configuration in which a string-like member is led out on the rear end side of the swab and a catcher capable of receiving the rear end portion of the shaft-like member is provided on the string-like member. With such a configuration, it is possible to effectively prevent the shaft-like member from being inadvertently pulled out from the swab guide when the swab inserted into the tube is pulled out to the opposite side.
[0011]
Further, one end side of the string-like member is fixed in the swab, and the other end side is fixed in the swab in a state where the string-like member is led out from the rear end of the swab to form a loop-shaped portion. The configuration can be taken. At this time, it is preferable that the one end side of the string-like member is fixed to a rear end region of the passage forming member, and the other end side is fixed to a swab inner surface position opposite to the passage forming member. By adopting such a configuration, the loop-shaped part can be used as a handle, and a swab can be pulled back smoothly in a balanced manner by placing a finger inside the loop-shaped part.
[0012]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a wind instrument cleaning tool according to this embodiment, and FIG. 2 shows an exploded perspective view thereof. In these drawings, the wind instrument cleaning tool 10 includes a bag-shaped swab 11 whose rear end side (right end side in FIG. 1) is open, a swab guide 12 provided on the front end side of the swab 11, and a swab 11 And a wire 13 as a shaft member that can be flexibly deformed and extends to the rear end side of the swab 11 while the front end side is detachably attached to the swab guide 12.
[0014]
The swab 11 is formed by sewing a sheet made of fibers rich in water absorption and water retention into a cylindrical shape. As shown in FIG. 3, the swab 11 includes a folded portion 11A in which the distal end side (the left end side in the figure) is slightly folded inward, and the proximal end side of the swab guide 12 is inserted into the folded portion 11A. Has been. In the swab guide 12, the folded portion 11 </ b> A is fastened by a connecting member 14 made of a string or the like, and thereby the swab guide 12 is integrated with the distal end side of the swab 11. Note that a thread 15 for tightening is provided at the tip of the folded portion 11A, that is, the right end in FIG. 3B.
[0015]
The swab guide 12 is provided in a substantially bullet-like outer shape having a cone-shaped portion at the tip. The swab guide 12 has a substantially spherical bearing portion 20 constituting a universal coupling means formed therein, and a wire insertion port 22 having a rear end side connected to the bearing portion 20 and having an open portion 21. It is provided in the provided shape. A recess 12A is formed in the outer peripheral portion on the base end side of the swab guide 12, and the coupling member 14 is wound around the recess 12A so that the distal end side of the swab 11 bites into the recess 12A. Integration with the guide 12 is enhanced.
[0016]
The wire 13 constituting the shaft-like member is provided with a dimension longer than the length of the swab 11. Although not particularly limited, the wire 13 in the present embodiment based on the baritone saxophone has a wire diameter of about 5 mm and a length of about 600 mm. For example, when the central portion of the wire 13 is picked up by a fingertip and lifted, the wire 13 bends in a gentle bow so that the end portion is positioned about 3 cm below the central portion position, while the both ends are picked. Even if the end portions are forced to face each other and deformed in a closed loop shape, they are configured to have both rigidity and elasticity to restore the original linear state when the forcing force is released. The wire 13 is attached to a distal end of a wire body 26 having a double cylindrical shape including a spring material winding pipe 24 and a cover pipe 25 provided outside the winding pipe 24. A spherical body 28 constituting a universal connecting means together with the bearing portion 20 and a cap 29 provided at the rear end of the wire body 26 are constituted. In addition, the wire 13 is not limited to the said structure, The simple structure etc. which provided the spherical part integrally at the both ends of one wire can also be employ | adopted. Further, the universal connecting means is not limited to the bearing portion 20 and the spherical body 28, and may be a joint type or the like. That is, it is sufficient if the swab guide 12 can be displaced with respect to the wire 13 so as to be in a so-called swinging state.
[0017]
The wire 13 is provided so as to be positioned in the swab 11 by being inserted into a cloth passage forming body 31 sewn together with an inner pad 30 as an inner member in the swab 11. Similar to the swab 11, the inner pad 30 is made of a material having water absorption and water retention. The inner pad 30 has a substantially flat outer shape in a no-load state, and contracts when external pressure is applied, and has a pad body 32 having elasticity that returns to an initial shape when the external pressure is released, A pad cover 33 made of cloth is sewn on one surface side of the pad main body 32. As shown in FIG. 2, the inner pad 30 is connected to the tip inclined portions 30A and 30A that are symmetrically positioned with the passage forming body 31 positioned in the middle, and to the outer ends of the tip inclined portions 30A and 30A. It is composed of a pair of side end portions 30B, 30B that become narrower toward the rear end, and a pair of rear end inclined portions 30C, 30C connected to the rear ends of these side end portions 30B, 30B. It has a shape similar to the planar shape of the blade of the devil arrow.
[0018]
The passage forming body 31 is formed in a pipe shape. The passage forming body 31 has a length extending rearward from the rear end of the inner pad 30, and one end side of the string-like member 35 is located between the swab 11 and the rear portion of the passage forming body 31. It is sewn in a state.
[0019]
Although the string-like member 35 is not particularly limited, in this embodiment, the string-like member 35 is composed of a belt-like member having a width of about 6 mm, and a part thereof is led out from the rear end of the swab 11 as shown in FIG. In a state where the loop-shaped portion 36 is formed, the other end side is provided with a length extending from the rear end of the swab 11 to a position near the front end. The string-like member 35 is entirely sewn on the inner surface side of the swab 11 except for the loop-like portion 36. In the string-like member 35, a bag-like wire catcher 37 is provided in the region of the loop-like portion 36, and the rear end portion of the wire 13 is received by the wire catcher 37. The bottom position of the bag of the wire catcher 37 is substantially coincident with the rear end of the cap 29 in a state where the spherical body 28 provided at the tip of the wire 13 is received by the bearing portion 20 of the swab guide 12 and extends linearly. As a result, the wire 13 is stably maintained between the bearing portion 20 and the wire catcher 37 via the passage forming body 31, and is not intended to maintain the integrity and shape stability of the entire swab. It is designed to prevent falling out.
[0020]
Next, the usage method of the cleaning tool 10 which concerns on a present Example is demonstrated, also referring FIG. FIG. 5 shows an upper schematic cross-sectional view of the baritone saxophone. A fourth pipe C is connected to a second pipe A along a bell (not shown) via a third pipe B, and the fourth pipe A blow pipe (not shown) is connected to the upper part of C. Here, the code | symbol 40, 41, 42 shows a vent tube, and the code | symbol 43 shows a spit hole.
[0021]
When performing the water wiping operation in the tube, the insertion is performed from the upper end opening of the fourth tube C with the swab guide 12 as the tip, as shown in FIG. This insertion can be performed by holding the swab 11 by hand directly at a position of about 10 cm from the opening of the tube and pushing it in steps. By this pushing, the swab 11 advances while the inner pad 30 is maintained in a swelled state according to the size of the inside of the pipe, so that the swab 11 advances while applying pressure to the inside of the pipe. Almost no gaps that can occur are formed. Moreover, even if the inner diameter of the tube is small, the volume of the inner pad 30 decreases toward the rear end side, so that it can be pushed in while reducing the insertion resistance, and can be pushed in with a light operational feeling.
[0022]
In the part of the musical instrument shown in FIG. 5, the swab 11 stops the insertion when the rear end enters the vicinity of the opening. At this time, the tip of the swab 11 reaches the upper part of the second pipe A, and clears the purpose of cleaning the curved pipe portion. After inserting the wire to the insertion limit, a pulling force may be applied by placing a finger on the inner side of the loop portion 36 of the string-like member 35 in the anti-insertion direction. At this time, the wire 13 has a length substantially corresponding to the distance or dimension that linearly connects the bearing portion 20 and the wire catcher 37, so that the rear end of the wire 13 does not fall off from the wire catcher 37. Thus, it is possible to apply a certain extraction force. Note that the swab 11 may be reciprocated several times continuously depending on the state of moisture adhesion.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the swab guide can follow the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the wind instrument so that the tip portion can be displaced, and smooth insertion and withdrawal can be performed while preventing catching on the protrusions in the tube. In addition, it is possible to provide a wind instrument cleaner that can easily clean a portion that is difficult to pass in one direction.
