本発明は、集合住宅、ビルなどの加入者系への光配線に用いられる給電線複合型単心ドロップ光ファイバケーブル(以下、給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブルという。)に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、ネットワークシステムにおいては、図2に示すように個別住宅の加入者端末2bへの光信号は、まず、通信設備センター1から、電柱等に設置されているONU4bまで、光ケーブルを通して送信される。そして、このONU4bにおいて、通信設備センター1から送られた光信号は電気信号に変換された後、各戸の加入者端末2bに引込みメタル線5bを通して送信されている。
この場合ONU4bにおいては、光信号を電気信号に変換するための電力を必要とする。よって、最近では、通信設備センター1からONU4bへの配線には、給電線を備えた図3に示すような複合型ドロップケーブル30が使用されている。
この複合型ドロップケーブル30は、鋼線31を数本撚り合わせた裸テンションメンバの周上にポリエチレン被覆33が設けられ、さらにその周上に、光ファイバ34とテンションメンバ32を有する光エレメント35と、給電線36を有する給電部37が撚り合わせて集合された構造になっている。

一方、図2に示すように、集合住宅6やビル等の各加入端末2aへの光信号は、これらの建物の壁面等に設置されたONU4aへと送られた後、このONU4aから引込みメタル線5aを通して各加入者端末2aへと送信されている。よって、複合型ドロップケーブル30から、集合住宅6に設けられているONU4aへと光信号を送信するためには、給電線複合型の単心ドロップケーブル40が必要となっている。
この給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブル40としては、図4に示すように、光ファイバ41とテンションメンバ42が被覆された光エレメント43と、この光エレメント部43を支持する支持線44が被覆された支持線部46と、給電線45が被覆された給電部47が複合化された形態が例示できる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような形態では、光エレメント部と、支持線と、給電線とを複合化するためには、これらを個別に製造する3つの押出工程と、その後、これらを一体化する集合工程の合計4工程が必要となり、生産コストが高いという問題がある。また、得られた給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブルを使用する場合には、支持線を分離し、さらに給電線と光エレメントとを個別に接続する必要があるため、これらの分離作業が容易である必要があるが、従来例では、まず、支持線から光エレメント部を分離させてから光エレメント部から光ファイバを引き出す必要があり、さらに、支持線から給電部を分離させてから2本の給電線を取り出す必要があり、工程が煩雑であった。

本発明は前記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、光エレメント部と、支持線と、給電線とが一体化されていてケーブル敷設が簡便であるとともに、分離作業が少ない工程で容易に行える給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブルを低コストで提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブルは、1本の光ファイバ心線とこの光ファイバ心線を中心に挟んで配された2本のテンションメンバを有する光エレメント部と、この光エレメント部を支持する支持線を有する支持線部と、給電線を有する給電線部からなり、1本の光ファイバ心線と、2本のテンションメンバと、支持線と、給電線は、これらの断面の中心が同一直線上に存在するように配されていて、これらの周上にはシースで一体化されていることを特徴とする。
光エレメント部と支持線部と給電線部の各部の境界部分のシースには、ブリッジ部が形成され、光エレメント部のシースの光ファイバ心線近傍には、引き裂き用の切り欠き部が形成されていることが好ましい。
本発明の給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブルの製造方法は、1本の光ファイバ心線に、2本のテンションメンバをこれらが光ファイバ心線に対して対称位置となるように縦添えし、ついで、支持線と給電線とを、光ファイバ心線と、テンションメンバと、支持線と、給電線の断面円の中心が同一直線上に存在するように配し、ついで、これらを樹脂で一体化することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を詳しく説明する。
図1は、本発明の給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブル10の断面図である。この給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブル10は、光エレメント部13と、支持線部15と、給電線部17から構成されている。
光エレメント部13は、1本の光ファイバ心線11と、この光ファイバ心線を中心に挟んで配された2本のテンションメンバ12を有する。
光ファイバ心線11としては、光ファイバ素線上に樹脂被覆が設けられた外径250μmの単心心線が使用される。
テンションメンバ12としては、通常0.2〜0.7mm程度の外径の鋼線の他、この鋼線に銅や亜鉛のめっきが施されためっき鋼線、合金鋼線等が使用される。

支持線部15は、1〜2mm程度の外径の鋼線、めっき鋼線、合金鋼線等からなる支持線14を有し、この支持線によって、給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブル10が電柱間に架設されるようになっている。
給電部17は、1〜2mm程度の外径の軟銅線等からなる給電線16を有し、この給電線16を通して電力が供給されるようになっている。
そして、光エレメント部13と、支持線部15と、給電線部17は、ポリエチレン等の熱可塑性樹脂等からなるシース18で一体化されていて、これらの断面形状は、支持線部15は円形で、光エレメント部13および給電線部17は、矩形になっている。

給電部17は長径D3 が4.8mm、短径D4 が2.4mmで、給電線16の外径は通常1.2mmである。
また、支持部15は通常、外径D5 が2.4mm、支持線14の外径が1.2mmで、支持部15におけるシース18の厚さは0.6mmである。そして、この給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブル10の全体の長さD6 は10.8mmである。

このような給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブル10は、光ファイバ心線11と、2本のテンションメンバ12と、支持線14と、給電線16とを、シース18で一体化することによって得られるため、少ない工程、低コストで製造できる。また、この給電線複合型単心ドロップケーブル10は、光ファイバ心線11と、2本のテンションメンバ12と、支持線14と、給電線16とが、これらの断面円の中心が同一直線上に存在するように配されているため、従来例のものに比べて、分離作業が容易に行え、かつ、敷設も簡便に行うことができる。

また、図示例では、支持線部15、光エレメント部13、給電線部17の順序で一体化されているが、この順序には制限はなく、任意の順序で配列することができる。
