【0001】

JP 2001-335030 A [Patent Document 3]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-315773
The plastic article storage container known from Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2 and the like is capable of being polymerized on the bottom plate having four sides and tilting inward to one opposite side of the bottom plate. And a rear side plate that is tilted inward to the other opposite side of the bottom plate and pivotally supported so as to be superposed on the front side plate, and the volume (height) is increased by folding. It can be reduced to a fraction.
[0004]
In addition, a plurality of bottom seats divided into squares are formed on the lower surface of the bottom plate so that a container having an integral multiple of one side length or a fraction of an integer length can be stably stacked on the lower container, A so-called modular folding container is known from Patent Document 3 and the like, in which a groove is formed so that the upper edge of the lower container is loosely fitted in two rows between the bottom seats.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the conventional folding container described in the said patent document etc., when the tip side plate is tilted inward when the tip side plate is about twice or more the length of the other side of the bottom plate, Since the upper end edges of the front side plate are superposed vertically and bulky, and the rear side plate is superposed thereon, there is a problem that the height is not sufficiently reduced even in the folded state.
Moreover, in the folding container known from the above-mentioned Patent Document 3, it was intended to increase the reduction ratio by lowering the bulk when the upper side edge is overlapped by forming the upper end edge of the front side plate thinly, For this reason, the strength of the side plate is reduced, and there is a risk of collapsing due to insufficient strength during stacking.
Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a container that can eliminate such problems of the conventional folding container and can greatly reduce the height by folding while maintaining the side plate strength.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this purpose, the folding container of the present invention comprises a bottom plate having four sides, a tipping side plate that is tilted inwardly on the opposite side of the bottom plate and pivotally supported so as to be superposed on the bottom plate, and the other opposite side of the bottom plate. A folding container comprising a rear side plate that is tilted inward to the side and pivotally supported so as to be superposed on the front side plate, and the rear side plate is formed such that the inner center line thereof is concave. Thus, when the rear side plates are tilted, the overlapping portions of the front side plates are accommodated in the concave portions.
Further, the folding container of the present invention includes a bottom plate having four sides, a tipping side plate that is tilted inward to the opposite side of the bottom plate and pivotally supported so as to be superposed on the bottom plate, and the other opposite side of the bottom plate. A folding container comprising a rear side plate that is tilted inward to the side and pivotally supported so as to be superposed on the front side plate. When the front side plate is tilted, upper end edges of the front side plates overlap. A concave recess is formed in the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate, and the overlapped portion of the upper edge of both the tip-down side plates sinks into the concave recess.
Further, the folding container of the present invention includes a bottom plate having four sides, a tipping side plate that is tilted inward to the opposite side of the bottom plate and pivotally supported so as to be superposed on the bottom plate, and the other opposite side of the bottom plate. A folding container that includes a rear side plate that is tilted inward to the side and pivotally supported so as to be superposed on the front side plate, and the front side plate is formed such that the inner center line thereof is recessed. Thus, the streak-shaped protrusion formed at the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate is accommodated in the recessed portion.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with respect to a so-called modular folding container according to the drawings. 1 is an external perspective view of a container according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a horizontal sectional plan view thereof, FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional perspective view, FIG. 4 is a bottom view, and FIGS. The bottom plate 1 having four sides is integrally formed by injection molding of plastic, forms a protrusion 2 opposite to the central portion of one opposing side, and a plurality of bearing portions 3 are appropriately provided on both sides of the protrusion 2. Protrusions 4 are formed on the other opposing side of the bottom plate 1 so as to protrude upward over the entire length, and a plurality of bearing portions 5 are formed on the protuberance 4 at appropriate intervals. Moreover, two square shallow dish-like recesses 6 are formed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, and a streak-like projection 7 is formed between the recesses 6 in a transverse manner. As shown in the bottom view of FIG. 4, the recess 6 and the streaky protrusion 7 are formed by forming two seat bottoms 8 made of lattice-like ribs on the lower surface of the bottom plate 1 and providing a groove 9 in a transverse manner between them. By doing so, the bottom plate 1 is formed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, and the bottom plate 1 is reinforced by the seat bottom 8 and the upper and lower containers are fitted and stabilized at the time of stacking. And the groove part 9 is formed so that the upper end edge of the container of a lower stage may be piled up straddling one container on the container arranged in two steps of the lower stage because it is formed in the width | variety which can be loosely fitted in 2 rows.
[0008]
Also, 10 is a tip-down side plate formed of plastic like the bottom plate 1, and reinforcing ribs 11 are integrally formed in a frame shape on the outer surface of the tip-down side plate, as shown in FIGS. A plurality of support shafts 12 to be inserted into the bearing portion 3 are projected from the lower side of the forward side plate. Further, the forward side plate 10 is formed in the shape of an abbreviated plan view so that a concave portion 13 whose inner center line is concave is formed. Further, a plurality of claw pieces 15 are formed on the outer sides of both side edges 14 of the tip-down side plate 10.
[0009]
Similarly, reference numeral 20 denotes a reverse side plate formed of plastic. A reinforcing rib 21 is integrally formed in a frame shape on the outer surface of the reverse side plate, and is inserted into the bearing portion 5 at the lower side of the reverse side plate. A plurality of support shafts 22 are projected. Further, by forming the backward side plate 20 in the shape of an abbreviated plan view, a concave portion 23 having a concave inner center line is formed.
Further, inwardly facing ear pieces 24 that are bent inwardly at both side edges of the rearward side plate 20 are integrally formed, and a plurality of engagement holes 25 are formed in the inwardly facing ear pieces at appropriate intervals. The claw piece 15 can be engaged when the tip-down side plate 10 is in an upright state.
[0010]
The tip-down side plate 10 is supported so as to be tilted inward by rotatably supporting the support shaft 12 by the bearing portion 3, and the tip-down side plate 20 is capable of rotating the support shaft 22 by the bearing portion 5. It is supported so that it can be tilted inward.
[0011]
In this container, the claw piece 15 is engaged with the engaging hole 25 of the inward ear piece 24 by raising the front side plate 10 after the rear side plate 20 is vertically erected, and the front side plate 10 and the rear side plate 10 The fall side plate 20 is held in an upright state as shown in FIG. 1 and can accommodate articles.
[0012]
Further, after folding both the forward side plates 10 inwardly and polymerizing them on the bottom plate 1, the rearward side plate 20 is tilted inward and superposed on the forward side plates 10 to be folded as shown in FIGS. It becomes a state. At that time, since the streaky protrusion 7 at the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate is accommodated in the recessed portion 13 of the front-end side plate 10 which is on the lower side as shown in FIG. Can be reduced in height. Further, since the overlapping portions of the upper end edges of both the front side plates 10 are accommodated in the recessed portions 23 of the rear side plates 20 as shown in FIG. 8, the height when the two rear side plates 20 are tilted is also increased. It can also be kept low. For this reason, the height is greatly reduced by folding, and the volume becomes smaller, so that the transportation cost at the time of return can be reduced.
[0013]
The protrusions 2 and 4 serve as support portions when the same container is stacked on the upper stage. However, as shown in FIG. 7, the recesses 30 formed on the inner periphery of both ends of the jetty 4 are the same as the upper stage in the folded state. When the containers are stacked, the bottoms 8 of the upper containers are fitted to each other so as to stabilize the stacked state. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 1, the recesses 31 formed at the upper end edges of the front-end side plate 10 and the rear-end side plate 20 corresponding to the four corners of the assembled container are also formed to stabilize stacking in this assembled state. ing.
[0014]
In addition, since the invention described in claim 1 can cope with the bulk of the overlapping portions of the front side plates, the invention is not limited to the modular folding container shown in this embodiment, It can be widely applied to folding containers.
[0015]
On the other hand, FIG. 10 is an exploded perspective view of the folding container according to claim 2, and in the bottom plate 1 used for this container, the top plate top surface where the top edge of the leading side plate overlaps when the leading side plate 10 is tilted. A recess 40 is formed in the center. By forming the recessed portion 40 in this way, the overlapped portion of the upper edge of both the tip-down side plates 10 sinks into the recessed portion 40, so that the reduction rate at the time of folding can be increased similarly. . In FIG. 10, the other parts of the structure that are the same as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, there is a beneficial effect that the reduction ratio of the height by folding is greatly improved while maintaining the side plate strength, and the usefulness of the folding container is further increased.
