この発明は、高圧配電線路の活線工事において、電線の充電部に絶縁シ−トを被せ、絶縁シ−トが離脱しないように、絶縁ヤットコなどの間接活線工具によって、絶縁シ−トを電線に仮固定するときに使用する間接工法用シ−トはさみに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来使用されているシ−トクリップは、直接活線工法用として開発されたもので、シ−トクリップのグリップ部は、洗濯ばさみのように、末広がりに離隔しているので、活線工事の際に、前記シ−トクリップを使用すると、絶縁操作棒の先端部に装着した絶縁ヤットコなどの間接活線工具による作業者の遠隔操作では、前記シ−トクリップのグリップ部を挟むのが非常に難しく、そのために専用のアタッチメントを作り、前記絶縁ヤットコの先端部に装着し、前記シ−トクリップのグリップ部を挾んでいたので、挟む方向が固定され、斜め方向などからのアプロ−チができないなど作業面において、問題点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は、従来の技術で述べた問題点を解決するためになされたもので、専用のアタッチメントなどは一切必要とせず、任意の方向からアプロ−チできる間接工法用シ−トはさみの提供を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の間接工法用シ−トはさみは、上下顎部の内側に、緩やかに湾曲した大小の凹部を設け、前記上下顎部がバネ力によって閉じたとき、表面に滑りと止め加工を施した平坦な上下グリップの上面がほぼ平行になるように構成されていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施の形態の一例を図面を参照しながら、説明するに、図1〜図2に示すように、上下顎部1,2の内側に、緩やかに湾曲した大小の凹部3,4を設け、前記上下顎部1,2がバネ力によって閉じたとき、図1に示すように、表面に滑りと止め加工を施した平坦な上下グリップ5,6の上面がほぼ平行になるように構成されている。

前記大きい凹部3は、例えば、サイズが120〜200平方ミリメ−トル、小さい凹部4は、サイズが5.5〜58平方ミリメ−トルの6.6KV高圧引下げ線を把持するときに適用できるように成形されている。凹部3,4は、図1に示すように、緩やかに湾曲しているので、比較的ラフな操作(間接活線工具による場合には、直接作業者の手先で行うような正確な操作は期待できない)でも、適用サイズの電線を、凹部3,4に装着し易い。

大小の凹部3,4を有する上顎部1と上グリップ部5及び大小の凹部3,4を有する下顎部2と下グリップ部6は、プラスチックなどの絶縁体からなり、それぞれ射出成型機などによって、図1に示すような形状に成形され、両者はプラスチック製固定ピン7に回動可能に連結されており、プラスチック製固定ピン7に巻き付け、末広がりに拡張する両先端部を上下グリップ5,6の下側に押し当て装着した金属製バネ8のバネ力によって、常時、上下顎部1,2の先端部は閉じている。なお、金属製バネ8は、絶縁体からなる上下グリップ5,6に覆われ、表面には露出しないようになっている。

平坦な上下グリップ5,6の表面には、例えば、アヤ目状の加工を施し、絶縁ヤットコなどの間接操作工具で挟んだとき、滑らないようにしてあり、表面積もやや大きめに成形されている。

【発明の効果】
この発明は上述のように構成されているので、次のような効果を呈する。
▲1▼閉じたとき、表面に滑りと止め加工を施した平坦な上下グリップの上面がほぼ平行になっているので、間接活線工具をあらゆる方向からアプロ−チできる。
▲2▼上下顎部の内側に、緩やかに湾曲した大小の凹部を設けているので、比較的ラフな操作でも、適用サイズの電線を、凹部に容易に装着し、把持できる。
▲3▼金属製バネなど、金属部材は一切表面に出ていないので、安全である。
▲4▼絶縁シ−トの着脱作業が容易になり作業能率が向上する。
