【従来の技術】
定型性を有しない可撓性包装袋をもって、たとえば液体を包装した場合において、液体の全量を一度に用い尽し得ないときには、残った液体をそのまま可撓性包装袋内に保存する必要から、液体のユーザが、それの購入後に、包装体の外表面に事後的に接着もしくは粘着させることができる各種の容器蓋、栓などが提案されている(特開平2−127254号公報、実開平2−108872号公報、実開平6−76104 号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、特開平2−127254号公報に開示された容器蓋のように、首部の端の外周部に設けた縁を接着剤によって袋の外表面に接着させた状態で、ナイフ等を用いて、首部の内側に沿って袋を切取るものにあっては、袋の切取りに際する被包装物の不測の流出等を阻止するために、ナイフ等を握る手とは反対側の手で袋を立姿勢に維持してその切取りを行うことが必須となるところ、その反対側の手で、前記首部を摘んで袋を立姿勢とする場合は、とくに、その被包装物の重量が大きいときには、切取りが終了するまで袋の重量を支持することが困難である。この一方で、首部が袋の表面から剥離するおそれが高い不都合があり、これに対し、袋の上端部分を摘んでそれを立姿勢とする場合および、このことに加えて、袋の安定性をより高めるべく、首部の接着側表面とは反対側の袋の裏面側にも指を添えてそれを支持する場合には、ナイフ等の刃先が、袋の表面側のみならず裏面側にも達してそこに不要の切傷等が生じるおそれがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の掛止部付き包装袋は、プラスチック材料を主体としてなる可撓性包装袋の上端部分外表面に、ほぼ平坦なプラスチックフィルムにより構成してなり、平面形状が円形もしくは角形形状をなす掛止部材をその中央部分で、また環状をなす掛止部材をその内周側部分で、包装袋からはみ出すことなく貼着、たとえば融着させて、その掛止部材と包装袋との間への剛性支持部材の入れ込みによる、その支持部材と前記融着部との当接に基づき、剛性支持部材による包装袋の吊下げ支持を可能としたものであり、前記融着部領域もしくは、融着部にて囲まれた領域への容器蓋、栓などの注出部材の装着を可能とするものである。

【発明の実施の形状】
