本発明は、特にベッド使用者の手が届きやすく、格納可能として使いやすいものとしたタオル掛を配設した、オーバーベッドテーブル装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、病院をはじめとして家庭内においても用いられるテーブル装置として、ベッドのボトム上方に跨ぐようにもたらして使う、オーバーベッドテーブルがある。
また、ベッド廻りでは、通常、ベッドサイドキャビネットが配備されるが、かかるベッドサイドキャビネットは、周知のように小物入れとして使われるほか、食事台や、時には、テレビジョンなどを乗せる台として使われることがある。また、側板側にタオル掛などを設けて使うなど、様々な使い方が可能であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本発明では、請求項１において、昇降補助手段により伸縮調節可能な一対の伸縮脚によってテーブル板受具を介してテーブル板を支持する構成とし、前記テーブル板受具端部外側にタオル掛手段を設け、このタオル掛手段は、テーブル板受具端部側をコの字型に囲む形状の格納ケースと、この格納ケースにテーブル板の裏面側からテーブル板端面外方に突出格納可能に保持されたタオル掛部材とで構成し、前記格納ケースは、中央下面側に、伸縮脚の昇降補助手段の解除操作レバーを露出させてテーブル板端面外方から操作可能とするための開口部を設けたオーバーベッドテーブル装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項２において、前記格納ケースは、前記テーブル板受具端部側をコの字型に囲む両端側に、タオル掛部材を突出格納可能に支持するためのスライド支持部と、タオルを掛けるタオル掛部を突出格納する格納部とを一体構成し、前記スライド支持部に、スライド部とタオル掛部の突出量を規制するスライド規制部とを設け、前記格納部中央箇所に、前記昇降補助手段の解除操作レバーを、テーブル板端面外方から操作可能とするための開口部を設けたオーバーベッドテーブル装置を提案する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明にかかるオーバーベッドテーブル装置につき、ベッド上のマットレス上にもたらして使用するオーバーベッドテーブルの一つの実施の形態を示し、添付の図面に基づいて説明する。
図１、図２にオーバーベッドテーブル１を示す。このオーバーベッドテーブル１は、一対の伸縮脚２，２によってテーブル板受具３を介してテーブル板４を支持する構成としている。
前記一対の伸縮脚２，２は、同期的に昇降させる伸縮同期手段５を具備すると共に、昇降補助手段（図示省略、例えばガススプリング等）をいずれか一方の伸縮脚２に備え、前記テーブル板４を支えるテーブル板受具３に隣接してテーブル板４両端側に設けたタオル掛手段６下面中央から、前記昇降補助手段を拘束解除操作するための解除操作レバー７をそれぞれ露出するように配置している。なお、前記タオル掛手段６は、図中、二点鎖線で示すようにテーブル板４幅方向端部裏面側に設けることもできる。

なお、前記格納部１３ｂの中央箇所には、前記昇降補助手段を操作するための解除操作レバー７を、テーブル板４端面外方に露出して、テーブル板４端面外方から操作可能とするための欠部１７を画成している。
