本発明は、パチンコ用の特殊景品のようにカード状の物品を投出する物品投出機において、機体内の収納部から繰出される物品を集積状態として一時保留し、これを一方向に一括して払い出すための一時保留装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、上記のようなカード状の物品を投出させる投出装置(物品投出機)としては、特開平3−236878号公報に記載のものがある。この公報に開示されている装置は、物品を集積状に収納するストッカが回転軸の周りに放射方向に配置されて全体として環状をなし、このストッカを回転させて所定の投出位置で物品を投出させるようになされており、このストッカを2組並設し、核ストッカから物品を同一箇所に投出させるようになされたものである。

このような大型の景品投出機は、パチンコホールの景品交換コーナーのカウンタに内蔵され、それ自体がカウンタの一部として利用されるようになされる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに上記従来の投出装置では、箱形をなす本体の上部に押出し部が突出して設けられているため、接客時の邪魔になるばかりでなく、景品を店員側に投出するようにした場合、景品が押出される位置が押出し部の陰になって客から直接見えず、そのため客に不信感を与えるおそれがある。

また店員は一括して投出された景品をまとめて手に持って客に手渡す際に、前記押出し部の上方を越えて渡さなければならず、作業がやりにくいものとなる。仮に客側に投出する向きとしても、客が景品を取忘れた場合に店員からは見えず、直ちに対処することができないという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、接客時の作業性の悪さ、不正や盗難問題を解決することを課題としたもので、機体内に設けられた収納部から繰出される物品を集積状態に保留し、一方向に一括して投出する物品投出機において、前記収納部から繰り出される物品を受け入れて一時保留するための、前記収納部からの物品受入れ側の側面に物品が通過可能な繰込み口が形成され、上面が開口部とされた一時保留空間と、この一時保留空間内にあって前記物品繰込み口より下位の下降位置と前記開口部に到達する上昇位置とにわたり駆動手段により上下移動可能に支持された底板部材と、前記一時保留空間の上方に配設され前記開口部の後方位置と該後方位置から前進して上昇位置にある底板部材上の物品を押出すとともに開口部を閉塞する前方位置とにわたり駆動手段により水平方向移動可能に設けられた薄板状の押出し部材とを具備することを特徴とし、これによりフラットな面内において物品を投出することができるようにしたものである。

以下、本発明を図面に示す実施形態を参照して説明する。
図示の実施形態において取扱う物品は、パチンコホール等で利用される換金景品を指し、店内の景品交換所において利用者が獲得したパチンコ玉(またはメダル)と交換して受取り、通常店外の換金所で現金と交換するためのものである。したがって以下この物品を景品1と称して説明することとし、その形態は、やや厚手(2〜3mm程度)のカード状をなし、換金金額に応じて3種類(200円、1000円、5000円相当)または他に1金種加えた4種類があり、外形は同じで色分けされて用意されている。図示の景品投出機2は、パチンコホールの景品交換所のカウンタ3に埋込んで設置され、この投出機2を挟んで店員と客が向かい合って利用されるものである。
