Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spool case for storing and holding a bonding wire used for connecting an electrode of a semiconductor element and an external lead.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, bonding wires are wound and wound around a cylindrical spool in multiple layers, and are transferred and stored in a state of being housed in a spool case. On the other hand, at the time of wire bonding, the bonding wire is taken out from the spool case by hand.
[0003]

In particular, since the case main body and the lid are made of plastic, there are variations in the finished dimensions at the time of molding, and the dimensions are likely to change depending on the combination of the container main body and the lid due to wear, alteration, deformation, deterioration due to repeated use. Therefore, the fitting force or locking force between the container main body and the lid body is not constant, and the reaction at the time of removing the lid body becomes large, and the spool may jump out and fall off.

Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the

[0011]
In addition, the lid is formed by vacuum thermoforming a relatively thick colorless transparent plastic sheet, but the transparency deteriorates due to scratches caused by repeated use, etc., so that the visibility of the bonding wire as the contents gradually decreases. There was a problem. Note that it is difficult to identify the type of bonding wire only from the appearance of the spool case.
[0012]
In view of such a conventional situation, the present invention does not require a strong force when taking out the spool, and can easily take out the wound bonding wire safely without damaging it. An object of the present invention is to provide a spool case having good visibility and distinguishability.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a bonding wire spool case that accommodates and holds a cylindrical spool around which a bonding wire is wound, and is fitted to one end opening of the spool. A case main body having a bottom plate portion having a spool holding portion to hold and a protective peripheral wall portion arranged on the outer side of the spool holding portion and having the same height as the fitted and held spool has a heat shrinkable film from the outside. It is characterized by being covered with a shrink-sealed cover.
[0014]
The bonding wire spool case of the present invention is characterized in that, in the case body, a bottom plate portion having a spool holding portion and a protective peripheral wall portion are integrally formed. In the case main body, the bottom plate portion having the spool holding portion and the protective peripheral wall portion are formed separately, and a locking groove for fixing the protective peripheral wall portion is provided on the surface of the bottom plate portion. It is characterized by.
[0015]
In the bonding wire spool case of the present invention, the cover is made of a transparent or translucent heat shrink film. Further, the cover is provided with an opening perforation or an opening tape adhered thereto.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the bonding wire spool case of the present invention, instead of the plastic lid used in the conventional case, a heat-shrink film having high flexibility and flexibility in conformity with the size and shape of the case body is used. Then, this is contracted and sealed to provide a cover that covers the case body. On the other hand, the outer peripheral edge of the case body is provided with a protective peripheral wall portion having almost the same height as the spool, so that the other end of the spool around which the bonding wire is wound can be pressed and securely held by the cover. it can.
[0017]
In the spool case of the present invention configured as described above, after the spool around which the bonding wire is wound is fitted and held in the spool holding portion of the case body, the whole is wrapped with a heat shrink film from the outside, and the temperature is appropriately adjusted. The heat-shrinkable film is shrunk by heating, and at the same time, it is tightly sealed to the case body. Thus, the cover obtained by shrink-sealing the heat-shrinkable film can hold the spool in the case by closing the upper end opening of the protective peripheral wall portion, and at the same time, keep the inside of the case almost airtight. be able to.
[0018]
As such a heat-shrinkable film, those widely used in food packaging, beverage container integrated packaging, etc. can be used, and among them, polyethylene, polyolefin, etc., which are high in strength and excellent in shrinkage and transparency, are preferred. . In addition, these heat shrink films generally shrink by applying heat of about 120 to 130 ° C., fit to the shape of the case body, and are hermetically sealed by heating with overlapping film ends. be able to.
[0019]
When the spool case is opened, the cover is made of a thin heat-shrink film, so that it can be easily peeled or cut by hand. Therefore, the bonding wire can be safely taken out together with the spool without damaging the wound bonding wire. The case body can be used repeatedly.
[0020]
In order to further facilitate the removal of the cover, it is possible to previously provide an opening perforation on the heat-shrink film or to attach an opening tape. In this case, the cover can be cut along the opening perforation or the opening tape can be pulled to enable easier and more stable opening.
[0021]
In addition, if a transparent or semi-transparent heat shrink film is used as the cover, it is thinner and more transparent than conventional plastic lids. It is easy to visually recognize and its type and the like can be easily identified. Furthermore, if a colored heat-shrink film is used, the cover color can be changed for each type of bonding wire, and the product type and the like can be more easily identified.

[0031]
In addition, although the said Example showed only an example about the kind and packaging method of a heat-shrink film, it is possible to achieve this invention using another kind of heat-shrink film and packaging method, and the technique of this invention Needless to say, the range is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, instead of the plastic lid used in the conventional spool case, a heat shrinkable film that is freely deformed and contracted by heat and is easy to cut and remove is used. The cover that covers the case body eliminates the lid removal work, which was a problem in the past, and it can be easily removed without damaging the cover and can be safely removed without damaging the bonding wire. .
[0033]
In addition, the spool case has a protective peripheral wall that is almost the same height as the spool that is stored and held, preventing damage to the bonding wires that are stored inside when a strong external force is applied to the spool case. It is easy to carry.
[0034]
Moreover, by configuring the cover with a transparent or translucent heat shrink film, the bonding wire held inside can be easily seen and identified, and the type of product can be identified using a colored heat shrink film. Each cover can be color-coded. Furthermore, by shrink-sealing the heat-shrinkable film to form a cover, it is possible to achieve a reduction in material costs and an improvement in work efficiency, thereby reducing costs.
