Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an application shaft for applying a cosmetic liquid having adhesive strength such as mascara liquid and hair dye liquid to eyelashes, hair, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this kind of conventional application shaft, there are known a configuration in which a brush is planted at the tip of a shaft body and a configuration in which fins are projected. However, in these configurations, the amount of liquid material such as mascara liquid on the brush or fin is small, so the tip of the shaft body is repeatedly inserted into the container containing the liquid material during application to replenish the liquid material. It had to be complicated.
[0003]
In order to eliminate this complexity, a hollow liquid reservoir portion that communicates with the outside is already provided in the shaft body, and a necessary amount of liquid material is secured by introducing and storing the liquid material in the liquid reservoir portion. Improvement proposals are presented.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this improved solution, the liquid material has adhesive force, so the liquid material in the liquid reservoir is not smoothly supplied to the brush and the fins, and the liquid and the liquid are present in the liquid reservoir. There is an inconvenience that the liquid cannot be applied to the eyelashes or the like with the fins. Moreover, in the case of a brush, there are also inconveniences that it takes more time to manufacture than a fin and the cost is increased.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide an application shaft capable of solving these disadvantages and smoothly supplying a liquid material having an adhesive force introduced and stored in a liquid reservoir to fins.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the liquid application shaft having adhesive force according to the present invention as set forth in claim 1 is provided with a hollow liquid reservoir extending in the axial direction at the shaft core portion of the shaft body. On the peripheral surface corresponding to the reservoir portion, a large number of notches for liquid circulation communicating with the liquid reservoir portion are provided at intervals in the axial direction, and a large number of fins are formed at the interval portions, and these fins are opposite to each other. A plurality of through holes serving both as a liquid inflow hole communicating with the liquid reservoir and an air hole are provided in the peripheral surface on the side with an interval in the axial direction.
[0007]
In order to achieve the above object, the application shaft of the liquid material having adhesive force according to the present invention described in claim 2 is configured as described above, wherein the liquid reservoir extends to the tip surface of the shaft body and communicates with the outside. However, the liquid circulation notch occupies almost half the circumference.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment when the present invention is applied to a mascara shaft will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, FIG. 1 is a side view showing the entire mascara shaft, which is a coating shaft, FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. It is line sectional drawing.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, the shaft body 1 of the mascara shaft 10 has a columnar shape, and a bottom portion 2 a of a bottomed cylindrical grip portion 2 is fixed to the base end of the shaft body 1. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a hollow liquid reservoir 3 extending in the axial direction is provided in the shaft core portion of the shaft body 1, and the liquid reservoir 3 is opened from the substantially central portion in the axial direction of the shaft body 1 to the front end surface. It extends to the part 1a and communicates with the outside.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, for the circulation of liquid that communicates with the liquid reservoir 3 so that the peripheral surface of the shaft 1 corresponding to the liquid reservoir 3 occupies almost half of the circumference. A large number of notches 4 are provided at equal intervals in the axial direction, and a plurality of semi-annular fins 5 are formed at the intervals of the notches 4.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a through hole 6 serving as a liquid inflow hole communicating with the liquid reservoir 3 and an air hole is formed in the axial direction on the peripheral surface of the shaft body 1 on the side opposite to the fins 5. Four are provided at intervals.
[0012]
Although not shown, the mascara shaft 10 is used in combination with the container containing the mascara liquid in the above-described embodiment in which the grip portion 2 is provided, or is incorporated into an applicator having an appropriate configuration provided with this container. Used in. In the present embodiment, the application operation is performed by holding the grip portion 2.
[0013]
When the mascara shaft 10 is inserted into a container (not shown) containing mascara liquid, the mascara liquid flows into the liquid reservoir 3 from the opening 1a, each notch 4 and each through hole 6, and each fin 5 The mascara liquid is also present in each of the notch 4 portions, which are the gaps between them. Here, when the mascara shaft 10 is pulled out from the container, the mascara liquid remains in the liquid reservoir 3 and the notch 4 and the mascara liquid is attached to the fins 5.
[0014]
Therefore, the mascara liquid adhering to each fin 5 can be apply | coated to an eyelash by the application | coating operation | movement similar to the past. And since each through-hole 6 acts as an air hole, although the mascara liquid has adhesiveness, the mascara liquid corresponding to the amount of use is stored in the liquid reservoir 3 for each notch 4 between the fins 5. Can be replenished smoothly and reliably.
[0015]
In this way, as long as there is mascara liquid in the liquid reservoir 3, the mascara shaft 10 can be smoothly supplied to each fin 5 without inserting the mascara shaft 10 into the container containing the mascara liquid, The coating operation can be continued. Usually, the coating operation can be completed without replenishing the mascara solution in the container.
[0016]
In addition, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, For example, the shaft body 1 which provides the through-hole 6 does not necessarily need to provide the opening part 1a in the front end surface, and the liquid reservoir part 3 has each notch 4 in it. The structure which communicates with the outside via may be sufficient. Further, each notch 4 is not limited to the half of the peripheral surface of the shaft body 1 and can be set as appropriate.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the application shaft of the liquid material having adhesive force according to the invention of claim 1 of the present application, the liquid material corresponding to the amount used is sequentially supplied from the liquid reservoir to each fin. As long as there is a liquid material in the liquid reservoir, the application operation to the application target such as eyelashes can be performed without replenishing the liquid material by inserting the application shaft into the container containing the liquid material. It is possible to continue, and there is an effect that an easy and efficient application operation can be performed.
[0018]
Moreover, according to the application axis | shaft of the liquid substance which has the adhesive force which is invention of Claim 2 of this application, in addition to the above-mentioned effect, there exists an effect that the application | coating operation | movement to an application | coating object can be achieved more efficiently and easily.
