Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball wing and a winged ball used in an Indiana game.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The Indiana competition was introduced to Japan about 30 years ago, starting in Bolivia and Brazil in Latin America, and is now popular as a nationwide recreational sport. The competition method is badminton court. The winged balls are played with each other.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 7, the ball used in this game has a bird feather 2 that inhabits nature in the center of the upper part of the ball main body 1.
The ball main body 1 has a flat, hemispherical shape made of a light-weight foam having elasticity, and a hole into which a blade is inserted into the upper center of the ball main body 1. A blade mounting portion 4 having 5 is provided.
The blade 2 has a configuration in which the lower ends of the four bird blade main bodies 6 are bundled and bonded together and fixed to one hole of the cap body 7 made of soft rubber.
And the cap body 7 of this blade | wing 2 was inserted in the hole 5 of the blade | wing attachment part 4 of the said ball | bowl main body 1, and it was set as the ball | bowl with a blade | wing.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the above-described ball blade main body 6 used in the prior art uses bird blades that inhabit the natural world, it is difficult to stably supply a large amount of a certain size from the environmental aspect of bird protection. At the same time, it took time and labor to obtain the bird feathers, and the cost was high.
In addition, although the base of the wing trunk of the bird's wing is a tube having a hollow cross section, it becomes thinner as it goes upward, and it is in an axial state in which the tube is jammed. Often, the tip of the stem in this axial state broke during the competition and was injured. And even when only one blade-dominated wing stem is broken, the four blade-main lower ends are bonded together and fixed together in one hole of the cap body, so the entire blade There was a problem that it was very uneconomical to replace and the cost of replacing the blades was high.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention solves the above problems by replacing the feathers of the ball used in the Indiana game with artificial feathers suitable for mass production by replacing the feathers of birds that live in nature. That is, in the present invention, a light and thin nonwoven fabric excellent in durability as a substitute for bird feathers, has a basis weight of 20 to 30 g / m 2 , an air flow rate of 360 to 270 cc / cm 2 / sec, and a thickness of 0.00. A vertically long blade piece is formed using a nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene in a range of 21 to 0.28 mm, a bag portion is formed in the longitudinal direction of the center of the back surface, and both outer edge portions of the blade piece from both side positions sandwiching the bag portion 6 to 10 slits are provided at regular intervals toward the diagonally upper side of the blade, and four blades are formed by inserting and fixing the upper portion of the synthetic resin elongated support tube into the bag portion. The cap body is composed of a soft rubber cap body to which each blade main body is attached, and the cap body passes through the center in a plane and extends in the horizontal and vertical directions at the same distance from the center on the left and right and top and bottom corresponding positions, respectively. The above-mentioned problem has been solved by providing one hole and providing a blade in which the lower end of each of the four main supporting tubes of each blade is closely fitted and inserted into each hole with the bag portion facing inward.
[0006]
In addition, although the outer shape of the blade piece 6 shown in FIG. 2 is formed in the vertically long shape gradually curved from the lower end part, it is needless to say that the outer shape is not limited to this outer shape.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of the examples. FIG. 1 is an exploded front view showing a part of the present invention in cross section, 1 is a ball main body, and 2 is a blade.
[0008]
The ball main body 1 is formed in a flat hemispherical shape by a foam having elasticity so that it does not hurt and is easy to hit when hitting the striking surface portion 3 hit with a palm. A blade mounting portion 4 is provided.
[0009]
The blades 2 are formed by closely fitting four blade main bodies 6 onto the cap body so that they can be respectively replaced.
[0010]
The blade main body 6 is a polypropylene non-woven fabric (trade name Syntex) manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals with a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 , an air flow rate of 360 cc / cm 2 / sec, and a thickness of 0.21 mm. The bag portion 10 is formed in the length direction at the center of the back surface, and the six kerfs 11 are spaced from the both side positions sandwiching the bag portion 10 obliquely upward of the outer edge portions of the blade piece 9 at regular intervals. The upper portion of the elongated support tube 12 made of synthetic resin is inserted and fixed in the bag portion 10.
[0011]
The cap body shown in FIG. 5 is made of soft rubber, and as shown in FIG. 6, the same distance from the center 0 on the line A and B extending in the horizontal and vertical directions through the center 0 in the plane. One hole 8 is provided at each of the left and right and upper and lower corresponding positions, and the lower ends of the support pipes 11 of the four blade main bodies 6 are closely fitted into the holes 8 with the bag portion facing inward. Thus, the blade 2 including the four blade main bodies 6 is formed on the cap body 7.
[0012]
Thus, by inserting the blade 2 into the hole 5 of the blade mounting portion 4 at the upper center of the cap body 7, the ball can be used for an Indiana game.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the blade piece 9 of the blade main body 6 is formed of a light and thin polypropylene nonwoven fabric with high durability, which is useful for protecting birds and is uniformed with no variation in blade size. And a ball having such a blade can be provided at low cost.
[0014]
In addition, since the entire support tube fixed to the back surface of the blade piece 6 is a hollow tube made of synthetic resin, it is elastic, and the support tube is protected by the bag portion, so during the competition It does not break and can be used safely.
[0015]
Further, since each of the four blade main bodies 6 is individually attached to the cap body 7, even when the blade piece or the support tube is damaged, only the damaged blade main body is removed from the cap main body 7. Since it can be extracted and replaced with a new one, it is more economical than a conventional blade that has been entirely replaced, and a replacement blade can be provided at a low cost.
