Description

【0001】

The lower cover 7 is disposed in the case 3 so as to cover the lower surface side of the case 3, and the lower cover 7 and the case 3 are engaged by appropriate means such as snap-in engagement, for example.
[0034]
Next, a method for assembling the switch device will be described.
First, the switch unit 2 is connected to the printed wiring board 1 by soldering or the like. Next, the printed wiring board 1 to which the switch unit 2 is connected is accommodated in the case 3 from the lower surface side of the case 3 and is locked to the case 3 by appropriate means.
[0035]
Next, the lower cover 7 is disposed so as to close the lower surface side of the case 3 and is appropriately locked to the case 3 by means (for example, snap-in).
Next, the driving member 4 is disposed in the holding portion 3c of the case 3, and at this time, the flange portion 4b of the driving member 4 is incorporated in a state sandwiched between the pair of gaps 3r and 3s of the holding portion 3c. Therefore, the drive member 4 is locked without coming off in the holding member 3c. The incorporation of the flange portion 4b into the pair of gaps 3r and 3s is based on the relationship between the respective gap dimensions l1 and l2 of the pair of gaps 3r and 3s and the thickness dimension l3 of the flange portion 4b. <Since the dimension l2 and the gap dimension l1≈the thickness dimension l3, it is easy to incorporate into one gap 3s and is easy to engage with the other gap 3r. It is.
[0036]
This incorporation is performed by first inserting the flange portion 4b into the narrow gap 3r and then sandwiching the flange portion 4b into the wide gap 3s while deforming the pressing portion 4a so as to contract.
From this, the assembling of the flange 4b into the holding member 3c is easy and can be reliably performed.
In this state, the free end portion of the drive portion 4 c of the drive member 4 is arranged in contact with the pressing portion 2 b of the switch portion 2.
[0037]
Next, the pair of holes 5 d in the side wall 5 c of the operation member 5 are inserted into the pair of convex portions 3 v of the wall portion 3 u of the case 3, and the operation member 5 is attached so as to swing with respect to the case 3. In this state, the pressing portion 5 f of the operation member 5 is arranged in contact with the pressing portion 4 a of the driving member 4.
Next, the panel 6 is disposed so as to close the upper surface side of the case 3, and is locked to the case 3 by appropriate means (for example, snap-in). This completes the assembly of the switch device.
[0038]
Next, the operation of this switch device will be described.
When a pressing force is applied to one surface of the operating portion 5b of the operating member 5 of the switch device, the operating member 5 swings to one side with the pair of holes 5d as fulcrums. By the swinging of the operation member 5, the pressing portion 5f is moved downward, and the pressing portion 4a of the driving member 4 with which the pressing portion 5f is in contact is buckled by this movement. At this time, the operator of the operation member 5 is made to feel a click. At this time, the drive unit 4c of the drive member 4 presses the pressing unit 2b of the switch unit 2 to turn the switch unit 2 on.
[0039]
When the pressing force to the operating member 5 is released from this state, the buckling of the pressing portion 4a of the driving member 4 returns to the original state by the elastic force of the driving member 4, and the operating member 5 swings together with this. The switch unit 2 returns to the original state and the switch unit 2 is turned off.
Next, when a pressing force is applied to the other surface of the operation unit 5b, an operation substantially similar to the above-described operation is performed, but description of the operation is omitted here.
[0040]
In the above-described embodiment, the type of swinging operation member has been described as an example. However, the operation member is not limited to the type of operation member as long as the drive member assembly structure satisfies the gist of the present invention. For example, the operation member may be a push type that is displaced in the vertical direction from a swing type.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the switch device of the present invention, the drive member has the flange portion and the drive portion, and the holding portion of the case is provided with a pair of locking portions having different gaps sandwiching the flange portion, The dimension of one gap is approximately the same as the thickness dimension of the collar part, and the dimension of the other gap is larger than the thickness dimension of the collar part, and the collar part is disposed between the gaps. Therefore, if the collar of the drive member having the collar is sandwiched in the gap of the holding part of the case, the dimension of one gap and the thickness of the collar are obtained without using other members. Since the dimensions are substantially the same, the drive member is securely accommodated in the holding portion, and the other is loosely fitted, so that the assembly is easy. Therefore, there is an effect that it is possible to provide a switch device that has a small number of parts, is easy to assemble, and can suppress rattling after assembling.
[0042]
In the switch device of the present invention, since the switch unit is driven via a drive unit that is separate from the drive member, the material of the drive unit that drives the switch unit and the material of the drive member that buckles are separated. It is possible to form a member having optimum characteristics for each material.
