【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記、トリガー式液体噴出器は、トリガーの揺動運動をプランジヤの直進運動に変換してシリンダ内で往復させるから、トリガー引寄せ時において、シリンダに対してプランジヤが、従って又トリガーが左右方向へグラ付き易くなる筈である。このためシリンダ後壁の中央部からガイド杵を前方突出してプランジヤ内へ嵌合させることで上記グラ付きを防止しているが、例えば図3が示すような弁部材27をシリンダ内へ設ける場合は上記ガイド杵を設けることが出来ないこととなる。
本発明は上記ガイド杵以外の方法でプランジヤのグラ付きを防止できるよう設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
まずトリガー式液体噴出器の基本構造について簡単に説明すると、1は容器体口頸部外面へ螺合可能に設けた装着筒で、該装着筒の上部内から連結部材2を起立している。該部材は頂壁後部を貫設して嵌合筒3を起立し、該嵌合筒外面へ、噴出器本体4の有頂の垂直筒5を嵌合させている。垂直筒中間部からはシリンダ6を、かつ上端部からは射出筒7を、それぞれ前方突出し、又射出筒7前部にはノズル取付筒部材8を介してノズル9を嵌合させている。

上記射出筒前部の左右側方部からはトリガー10を前後方向へ揺動自在に垂下し、該トリガー上部に、上記シリンダ内へ嵌合させた後面開口で中空のプランジヤ11前端部を枢支させている。

通常上記嵌合筒3の下部内に吸込み弁を、かつ上部内に吐出弁を形成するが、本発明実施形態にあっては、上記嵌合筒3内を、吸上げパイプ21を介して容器体内と連通する第1流通路22と、射出筒7と連通する第2流通路23とに区分し、シリンダ後壁24の中央部から上記第1流通路22と連通する嵌合基筒25を、かつシリンダ後壁の外周部から上記第2流通路23と連通する短筒部26とを、それぞれ前方突出し、その嵌合基筒25外面へ合成樹脂材で一体成形した弁部材27を嵌合させて、該弁部材が有する弾性筒部と上記短筒部とで吐出弁を、又弁部材が有する弁板と嵌合基筒25前端面とで吸込み弁を形成している。
即ち、弁部材27を、図3が示すように基筒部28の前端から後外方へ弾性筒29を拡開突出すると共に、基筒部28前端から前方突出する複数の弾性螺線30先端に弁板31を付設して形成し、上記基筒部28を嵌合基筒25の後部外面へ嵌合させると共に、弾性筒29後端部を短筒部26内面へ圧接させて吐出弁32となし、又弁板31を嵌合基筒25前端面へ圧接させて吸込み弁33を形成させている。

プランジヤ11は、トリガー10引寄せにより上記弁部材27がプランジヤ11内へ遊挿可能に形成する。該プランジヤは、後端部と中間部とに、シリンダ内壁面へ水密に接する第1大外径部41と、シリンダ内径より僅かに小外径とした第2大外径部42とを形成し、該プランジヤがシリンダ6に対して図示のように前限に位置する状態で、プランジヤ前方側の第2大外径部42がシリンダの前部内に位置するよう設ける。

図1が示す第1実施形態において、プランジヤ11を、第1大外径部41を後端部に有して第2大外径部を有しないプランジヤ本体11a と、該プランジヤ本体の中間部外面へ嵌合固着させた筒体11b とで形成し、該筒体に第2大外径部42を付設した。図示例では筒体11b を、プランジヤ本体外面へ嵌合させた内筒後端の外向きフランジから外筒を前方突出して形成したが、このように二重筒でなくても差支えない。

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするものであり、プランジヤ11の後端部と中間部とに、シリンダ内壁面へ水密に接する第1大外径部41と、シリンダ内径よりも僅かに小外径とした第2大外径部42とを設けてプランジヤ11が前限に位置する状態で第2大外径部42がシリンダ前部内に位置するよう設けたから、シリンダ6に対してプランジヤ11が、従ってトリガーが図3が示すように左右にブレることを防止でき、従って又第1大外径部41の摩耗ないし変形を防止して、シリンダ内壁面に対する水密な接触状態を持続させることが出来る。
