[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a concrete block composite for waterside revetment and a concrete block revetment, and protects the slopes in waterside shores such as rivers and lakes, purifies water, and inhabits and spawns of seafood, aquatic insects, crustaceans, etc. It is intended to provide a block for forming a revetment suitable for the sea and a revetment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There have been various proposals and implementations to form a revetment wall using concrete blocks in order to protect waterside shores such as rivers and lakes, but all slopes in rivers are covered with concrete. If it is left as it is, the natural ecosystem will be destroyed, and the natural environment and landscape will be damaged. Today, harmony as a living environment or protection of the rich natural environment and landscape is being discussed.
[0003]
That is, as a countermeasure such as this, there are a car mat method and a Kuriishi Yanagie, etc., but in JP-A-1-249190 and JP-A-1-315391, a concrete block is used to purify river sewage. It has been proposed to store and set a contact material for purifying sewage.
[0004]
Further, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-87020, a rectangular frame-shaped wall body having a thickness of about ½ of the plate thickness is erected along the inner peripheral edge of the rectangular frame-shaped substrate. The upper and lower block units formed by connecting the through-holes for connection to the wall portions at the four corners are connected via the wall portions at the four corners, and the cut portions of the shape are symmetrically omitted. It has been announced that a natural stone filling space will be formed between the single upper and lower blocks.

In Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-16161, three leg pieces are provided at equal intervals on the lower surface periphery, and a lower plate body having a recess on the upper surface symmetrical to the leg pieces, and three lower edge members on the lower surface periphery. A separate recess is provided at the symmetrical position of the leg piece and its upper surface, and the above-mentioned recess and leg piece are fitted to several of the upper plate bodies formed with vertical walls between the leg pieces, and bolts are inserted through these. Fishing reefs that are tightened with nuts have been proposed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-mentioned car mat method and Yanagie Kuriishi require a lot of man-hours, and it is difficult to obtain cobblestone as a filler, and there are disadvantages that do not necessarily meet the waterside environmental conditions. Even in the case of JP-A-1-315391, although it is possible to purify the sewage, it is necessary to take additional measures for the waterside revetment, and to inhabit and lay eggs such as seafood, aquatic insects, and crustaceans. It cannot be done with a suitable revetment.
[0007]
In addition, the utility model Nos. 5-87020 and 61-16161 or 62-169963 can be used for waterside revetment even if they are suitable to be submerged and used as fishing reefs. However, it is not possible to obtain a revetment structure that is well suited to the conditions ranging from the ecosystem on the bottom to the vegetation on the ground on the inclined surface from the bottom to the ground.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention was devised by repeatedly studying to solve the problems in the prior art as described above, and has a purifying function for water equivalent to a gravel contact oxidation method using natural stone and a void as a fish nest. Can be achieved using blocks with protrusions and through-holes, and can be appropriately adjusted to the habitat conditions of aquatic organisms by arranging them on the slopes and riverbeds of rivers and lakes. As a result, we succeeded in obtaining a simple and accurate construction of the revetment, consolidation, and water control that were immediately available.

[0012]
(4) The protrusions have a truncated cone shape in cross section, and the top ends of the protrusions are formed as flat surfaces located on the same plane, and the through holes are tapered in section or tapered from both sides, respectively. The concrete block composite for waterside revetment according to any one of (1) to (3) above, wherein a concrete block formed in a reduced state with a narrowed middle part is used.
[0013]
(5) It is characterized by using a concrete block which is formed with pseudo-stone or pseudo-rock pattern on the surface including the projections and through-holes of the plate-like block, and is colorless or colored with colored concrete, or with surface coloring. The concrete block composite for waterside revetments according to any one of (1) to (4).

[0015]
(7) The concrete block composite body according to any one of the above items (1) to (5) is made to have no through-hole, and is connected in a plane according to a slope, and the concrete A waterside concrete block revetment characterized in that a concrete revetment is formed by placing concrete in the gap between the protrusions at the bottom of the block composite.
[0016]
[Action]
By arranging a plurality of protrusions on one side of the plate-like block arranged in parallel in an even-numbered staggered manner and alternately arranging through holes between the protrusions for each row between the protrusions, The plate-like blocks are rotated by 180 ° in a stepwise manner and stacked to secure a space between the plate-like blocks by protrusions and through-holes, and the protrusions and through-holes of the plate-like blocks are front and rear. Since the space is alternately combined in any of the vertical and horizontal directions, the space is curved and interconnected in a complicated manner in any of the vertical and horizontal directions.
[0017]
Laminate the plate-like blocks as described above at the required height, and connect the block composites connected and integrated with bolts etc. inserted in the vertical direction in a planar manner in response to the slope of the slope and floor, By connecting the connecting members provided on the opposite side, the plate blocks are connected in the horizontal direction, forming a revetment for the slope and the foundation of the floor that are arbitrarily connected to the waterside quay, forming a water control can do.
[0018]
A plurality of protrusions are arranged in parallel every other row on both surfaces of the plate-like block, and through holes are alternately arranged between the protrusions between the protrusions, When rotating by 180 ° in a single plane and stacking in multiple stages and connecting and integrating with connecting means such as bolts, the protrusions on the lower surface of the upper block and the protrusions on the upper surface of the lower block do not overlap and penetrate. By arranging so as not to block the holes, a communication structure in the vertical direction is formed by the spaces between the blocks and the through holes. In this case, an assembled state in which the protrusions are joined together is formed, or an appropriate assembly housing is formed in a state where the number of protrusions is halved.
[0019]
The protrusions are conical and trapezoidal in cross section, and the top ends of the protrusions are formed as a flat surface located on the same plane. In addition, a predetermined interval between the blocks is stably held by the protrusions, and the inter-block intervals are communicated in a zigzag manner in a vertical direction by the through holes.
[0020]
By forming the through-holes in a tapered shape on one or both sides, it is easy to form the flat plate-like body with concrete, and the strength of the flat plate-like body is appropriately ensured.
[0021]
By randomly forming the size and shape of the protrusions and through-holes, the size and shape of the communicating passages and space portions are randomized, so that it can be properly used according to the taste of the fish species. Further, the effect can be further enhanced by making the surface like a pseudo stone pattern.
[0022]
Concrete blocks such as those described above are stacked vertically and connected in a plane, and the blocks are effectively connected to each other by connecting them to each other at the connecting part. A stable process is formed. In addition, the lower part of the block composite is connected to the slope of the slope, which is constructed as a concrete block without a through hole, and concrete is placed on the lower protrusion to provide a preferable seawall structure as a steep slope slope To do.
[0023]
A concrete block having any one of the above-described structures is laminated in multiple stages and connected along a slope or a floor surface. Water is purified by removing SS and BOD, and it becomes a residence and evacuation site for seafood, aquatic insects, crustaceans, etc., or a feeding ground for the growth of aquatic plants by the deposition of attached algae and earth and sand. In addition, by forming the block composite on the river bed as a jetty from the shore at a right angle, the water flow is blocked and a wand-like stagnation part is formed. A starch portion is formed to form a cocoon, and any of them provides an environment suitable for the growth of fish and the like.
