Description

【0001】

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment embodying the present invention will be described. 1 is a front view of a suspension type moving panel, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of components, FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a suspension part and a sealing base at the upper end, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged front view of an operation part and a link mechanism. is there.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the movable panel 1 includes a main body 2 made of a frame member having a substantially rectangular hollow shape or the like, and an upper concave groove member 3 and a lower concave groove member extending along the moving direction of the main body 2. 4 is composed of upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 arranged so as to be able to protrude upward and downward from 4, and a front plate 13 and the like that are stretched on both the front and back surfaces of the main body 2. A roller 9 in a runner 8 provided at the upper ends of two suspension bolts 7 projecting through 16 is suspended and supported in a downward U-shaped ceiling rail 10 so that the movable panel 1 is mounted on the ceiling rail 10. It is configured to be movable along.
[0009]
In FIG. 1, the right movable panel 1 protrudes laterally from the lateral groove member 14 of the main body 1 by an operation to be described later when one side end of the movable panel 1 stops at a position close to the indoor side wall 11. The side sealing base 12 is configured to contact the side wall 11 so as to seal the gap.
The upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 have substantially the same length as the opening size (moving direction dimension) of the main body 2 of the movable panel 1, and the side sealed base 12 has a length substantially equal to the vertical dimension of the main body 2. Since each of the hermetic bases has the same configuration, the upper hermetic base 5 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 3. In the groove extending over the entire length of the upper end, the base portions of a pair of long seal pieces 17 and 17 made of soft rubber or soft synthetic resin are detachably fitted, and the distal flexible portion of each long seal piece 17 is hermetically sealed. It is configured such that it can be bent when it comes into contact with a mating member (in this case, it protrudes downward from the lower surface of the ceiling rail 10 and contacts the support frame 18 at the end of the ceiling plate 20). A pair of longitudinal seal members 19, 19 made of soft rubber or soft synthetic resin that is always in sliding contact with the inner surface of the upper concave groove member 3 is provided at a portion where the upper sealing base 5 is fitted into the upper concave groove member 3. The upper sealing base 5 is mounted so as to extend over the entire length.
[0010]
Next, with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 4 to 6, a description will be given of a configuration for raising and lowering the upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 and the side sealed base 12. The tip of the vertical rod 22 is screwed or the like to a spring case 21 with a buffering spring fixed to both ends of the upper sealing base 5 and the lower sealing base 6 in the longitudinal direction (parts near the left and right ends of the main body 2). connect. A main frame body 23 and a sub-frame body 24 that fit within the thickness dimension of the main body 2 are disposed in the midway portion in the vertical direction near the left and right ends of the main body 2. The main frame body 23 and the sub-frame body 24 are constituted by a pair of plates 25 screwed to both surfaces of the spacer 26, and are arranged between the front and back plates 25, 25 of the main frame body 23 and the sub-frame body 24. The base ends of the upper and lower vertical rods 22 and 22 are rotatably connected to the distal ends of the pair of upper and lower link pieces 27 and 27 via pins 28.
[0011]
Further, the pair of upper and lower link pieces 27 and 27 are connected via a connecting pin 29 so as to be bent in a “<” shape. Guide plates 30 and 30 are formed in the plates 25 and 25 for guiding both ends of a connecting pin 29 as an intermediate connecting portion between the pair of upper and lower link pieces 27 and 27 in the horizontal direction.
Further, a horizontally long operating rod 32 having a rack (tooth surface) 31 on the main frame 23 side is connected to the connecting pins 29 and 29 on both the left and right sides. A pinion gear 33 rotatably provided on the main frame 23 is engaged with the rack 31 as an operating portion for driving the horizontally long operating rod 32 in the left-right direction. Further, a central shaft 34 that rotates integrally with the pinion gear 33 passes through the one plate 25 and the front mounting plate 13 and protrudes out of the movable panel 1, and a rotating handle ( (Not shown) is detachably fitted and the rotary handle, and thus the pinion gear 33, is rotated in the direction of arrow A (clockwise) in FIG. 5, the distance between the tips of the upper and lower link pieces 27, 27 is reduced ( As shown in the solid line state in FIG. 5, the upper and lower vertical rods 22 and 22 are pulled, and the upper sealing base 5 is drawn into the upper concave groove member 3, and at the same time, the lower sealing base 6 is drawn into the lower concave groove member 4. .
[0012]
Conversely, when the pinion gear 33 is rotated in the direction of arrow B (counterclockwise) in FIG. 5, the distance between the tips of the upper and lower link pieces 27, 27 increases (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5). The upper sealing base 5 protrudes upward from the upper concave groove member 3, and the lower sealing base 6 protrudes downward from the lower concave groove member 4 at the same time.
Accordingly, the rotation of the pinion gear 33 in a predetermined direction causes the distance between the ends of the pair of upper and lower link pieces 27, 27 to be widened and rotated via the horizontally long operating rod 32 so that the upper and lower vertical rods 22, 22 are turned upside down. The upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 are moved in and out with respect to the upper and lower ends of the movable panel 1, and the longitudinal seal piece 17 of the upper sealed base 5 is in close contact with the support frame 18 on the lower surface of the ceiling rail 10. And seal the gap. The longitudinal sealing piece 17 in the lower sealing base 6 can contact the floor surface 37 to seal the gap.
[0013]
Note that the horizontal hooks 35 and 35 connected from the portions near the upper and lower ends of the side sealing base 12 via the spring case 21 are the transmission mechanism portions 36 and 35 provided in the middle of the upper and lower vertical hooks 22 and 22, respectively. 36 is configured to move in and out in the lateral direction. The transmission mechanism 36 may be configured, for example, by meshing a rack portion provided on the horizontal shaft 35 with a pinion gear that meshes with a longitudinally long rack provided in the middle portion of the vertical rod 22 and rotates. good. The transmission mechanism 36 also has a function of a long vertical shaft 22 sliding bearing.
[0014]
A power transmission mechanism for operating at least the upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 in the opposite directions with respect to each other is provided at the distal ends of the upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 at positions near the left and right ends in the main body 2 of the movable panel 1. Are connected in parallel, and the base ends of the upper and lower vertical rods 22 and 22 at the left and right side positions are connected by a pair of upper and lower link pieces 27 and 27, respectively. The intermediate connecting portions (connecting pins 29) of the pair of upper and lower link pieces 27, 27 on both the left and right sides are connected to each other with a laterally long operating rod 32, and the connecting portion of one pair of link pieces 27, 27 on the left and right sides is connected. In the vicinity, an operating portion for moving the horizontally long operating rod 32 left and right from the outside of the side surface of the main body is provided. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 22 and a horizontal operating rod 32, which is almost rectangular Are formed, and the vertical rod 22 and the horizontally long operating rod 32 move only in the direction along the longitudinal axis, respectively. Therefore, the necessary space for the movement of these rods is the vertical rod 22 and the horizontally long rod. It may be very long along the longitudinal axis of the operating rod 32.
[0015]
Therefore, the space for filling the wide surface space of the main body 2 with a heat insulating member such as glass wool or a rock wool soundproofing material (sound absorbing material) 38 is widened, and the shape of the space is almost rectangular and simple. There is an effect that the work of forming the shape of the soundproof material 38 and the like can be easily performed.
Further, the main frame body 23 and the sub-frame body 24 are covered on both sides with a plate 25 having a guide groove 30 for guiding the intermediate connecting portion of the pair of upper and lower link pieces 27, 27 in the left-right direction. Even if the soundproof material 38 or the like is filled so as to remove the portions of the frame bodies 23 and 24, the soundproof material 38 or the like does not contact the link pieces 27 or the like inside the frame bodies 23 and 24, and the movement of the link pieces 27 is obstructed. do not do.
[0016]
The corner sealing base 41 shown in FIG. 7 is disposed between the end of the upper sealing base 5 and the upper end of the side sealing base 12, and has the same cross-sectional shape as each of the sealing bases 5 and 12, and is in front. An arm member 43 having a reverse L-shape in a front view and a U-shaped cross-section is fixed to the inner corner portion of the inner surface of the base portion 42 having a substantially rectangular shape by screws 44. The arm members 43 are fitted into the inner surfaces of the upper sealing base 5 and the side sealing base 12, respectively. A plurality of rolls that can be fitted and rolled on rails 45 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) formed on the inner surfaces of the upper sealing base 5 and the side sealing base 12 on both outer side surfaces of the arm member 43. A roller 46 is attached. At the outer corner portion of the inner surface of the base portion 42, the same longitudinal seal piece 17 as described above is provided, and a soft rubber fin-like auxiliary seal piece 48 is disposed via an L-shaped attachment piece 47 in front view. .
[0017]
Accordingly, when the movable panel 1 is moved, as shown in FIG. 8A, the upper sealing base 5 is retracted and fitted into the upper concave groove member 3, and the side sealing base 12 is set in the horizontal concave groove member 14. In the state of being retracted and fitted, the lateral tip and the downward tip of the forearm member 43 are deeply fitted into the end of the upper sealing base 5 and the upper end of the side sealing base 12, respectively. The base portion 42 of the corner sealing base body 41 also enters the inside of the corner portion of the cover plate 13.
[0018]
When the movable panel 1 is stopped at the position where the side sealing base 12 approaches the side wall 11 and the pinion gear 33 as the operating portion is rotated in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 27, the distance between the tips of the upper and lower vertical rods 22 and 22 moves up and down so that the upper and lower sealing bases 5 and 6 move toward the support frame 18 and the floor surface 37 on the lower surface of the ceiling rail 10, respectively. In addition to projecting, the horizontal rods 35, 35 project via the transmission mechanism portions 36, 36, so that the side sealing base 12 projects in the direction of the side wall 11. Then, the arm member 43 of the corner sealing base body 41 protrudes from the end of the upper sealing base body 5 and the upper end of the side sealing base body 12 (see FIG. 8B). The seal piece 48 can protrude obliquely outward so as to seal the gap between the corners of the support frame 18 and the side wall 11.
[0019]
Next, the configuration of the summing unit of two adjacent movable panels 1 and 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4, 10, and 11. FIG. 10 shows the front end or rear end face in the moving direction of one of the movable panels 1. A vertically elongated protrusion 50 is formed on one side of the center line of the end face, and the protrusion is formed on the center line. An end member 52 having a vertically long concave groove 51 formed at a position symmetrical to the portion 50 is fixed to the frame body 2, and in the other movable panel 1, the end member 52 is attached upside down. The one in the one moving panel 1, the groove 51 and the protrusion 50 are in opposite positions across the center line, and are configured to fit together (can be summoned) (see FIG. 4). These end members 52 are preferably made of an aluminum extrusion mold.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 10, the upper and lower ends of the end member 52 are notches having a predetermined vertical length opened upward and downward at locations of the flat plate portion 52 a outside the concave groove portion 51 and the protruding portion 50. On the other hand, the upper and lower longitudinal cover pieces 54 and 54 are fastened with screws 55 so as to cover both end surfaces of the upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 while forming the portions 56 and 56. The cover pieces 54 can be fitted into the notches 56 when the upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 are fitted into the upper and lower groove members 3 and 4, respectively. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, in the gap of the dimension T1 when the front and rear ends of the two adjacent movable panels 1 and 1 are in the summing state, the end of the adjacent sealed base 5 (6) is placed. The mounted end cover pieces 54 and 54 face each other with a slight distance therebetween and fill the gap.
[0021]
When a soft rubber packing 53 in which a plurality of fin seals 53a are integrally projected on the inner surface of the groove in the cross section as shown in FIG. When the other protrusion 50 is fitted in the groove 51, the effect of preventing sound and light from leaking in the thickness direction of the movable panel 1 at the summing portion of the adjacent movable panel 1 can be improved and stopped. When the front end of the moving panel 1 that moves forward is fitted into the rear end of the moving panel 1 that is moving, even if the moving panel 1 that is moving is slightly shaken in the thickness direction, the ridge 50 against the groove 51. It is also possible to prevent a failure such as interference and breakage during the fitting operation.
[0022]
With these configurations, when the front and rear ends of the two moving panels 1 and 1 adjacent to each other in the moving direction are brought into a summing state, the positions of the upper and lower longitudinal protrusions 50 and the upper and lower ends of the groove 51 are the positions of the moving panels 1. Since the upper and lower edges of the surface mounting plate 13 (main body 2) are extended, the vertical length of the two sets of summing portions is increased, and the effect of preventing leakage of sound and light can be improved.
[0023]
In other words, in order to seal the gap between the upper and lower ends of the movable panel 1 so that the sealing bases 5 and 6 are movable in the vertical direction and are sealed over the entire length along the moving direction of each movable panel 1, The notches 56 are indispensable because the ends of the sealing bases 5, 6 need to be extended to the outside of the front and rear end members 52, 52. However, due to the presence of the notches 56, the summing portion is vertically long. When the length is shortened, the sealing length in the vertical direction on the front and rear end faces of the adjacent movable panels 1 and 1 is shortened. However, as in the present invention, the notch 56 is formed by the protrusion 50 and the groove 51. It is formed at a position that is more outward than the center line than the summoned portion, thereby improving the sealing property of the movable panel in the vertical direction and in the moving direction without shortening the vertical sealing length. Can .
[0024]
Further, in the upper and lower sealed states of the movable panel 1, the end cover pieces 54 and 54 attached to the end surfaces of the upper and lower sealed bases 5 and 6 approach each other, and a gap between the facing end cover pieces 54 and 54 is formed. As shown in FIG. 10, the width of the end surface of each movable panel 1 near the center line in the width direction with respect to the end cover piece 54 that protrudes approximately half upward or downward from the open end of the notch 56 is reduced. Even if the summing part by the two sets of protrusions 50 and the recessed groove part 51 located in the part overlap in the vertical direction of the end cover piece 54 in a part of the length, The presence of the summing portion by the two sets of protrusions 50 and the concave groove 51 can further improve the sound and light leakage prevention effect.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the summoning device for the suspension type moving panel according to the first aspect of the present invention is arranged so that the hermetic base protrudes and retracts at the upper and lower ends of the main body of the suspension type moving panel. In the suspension type moving panel configured to drive the front and lower sealed bases up and down all at once via a transmission mechanism arranged in the main body, the side end face facing the moving direction of the moving panel is The side of the adjacent movable panel is provided with a summing portion in which a vertically elongated protrusion is disposed on one side across the center line in the width direction of the side end surface, and a vertically recessed groove is disposed on the other side. The symmetric summing portion provided on the end surface is configured to be fitted to each other, and the upper and lower sealed bases are disposed on the outer sides of the protruding portion and the groove portion on the upper and lower ends of the side end surface. Is provided with a notch through which the end of .
[0026]
With this configuration, when the front and rear ends of one moving panel adjacent to each other in the moving direction are in a summing state, the positions of the upper and lower ends of the vertically elongated protrusions and the recessed grooves extend to the upper and lower ends of the main body of each moving panel. Therefore, the vertical length of the summing portion is increased, and the effect of preventing sound and light leakage can be improved.
In order to seal the gap between the upper and lower ends of the moving panel, the sealing base body is movable in the vertical direction, and to seal the entire length along the moving direction of each moving panel, the front and rear end faces of the moving panel (facing in the moving direction) The notch is essential because the end of the hermetic base must be extended to the outside from the side end surface). However, due to the presence of this notch, if the vertical length of the summing portion is shortened, it is adjacent. Although the sealing length in the vertical direction on the front and rear end faces of the movable panel is shortened, the notch is formed at a position deviated outwardly from the summing part by the ridge part and the concave groove part as in the present invention. As a result, it is possible to improve the sealing performance of the movable panel in the vertical direction and in the moving direction without shortening the sealing length in the vertical direction.
[0027]
Further, the invention according to claim 2 is the summing device for the suspension type moving panel according to claim 1, wherein an end cover piece that fits into each notch portion is provided at an end portion of the upper and lower sealing base. It is what was attached.
According to this configuration, in the upper and lower sealed states of the movable panel, the end cover pieces attached to the end surfaces of the upper and lower sealed bases approach each other, and the gap between the facing end cover pieces can be reduced, and the notch Summing with two sets of ridges and concave grooves located near the center line in the width direction of the end face of each moving panel against the end cover piece protruding upward or downward approximately half from the open end of the part The part is overlapped in a part of the length of the end cover piece in the vertical direction of the end cover piece at the outer side position, and the two sets of protrusions and concave grooves are used even in places where they do not overlap vertically. The presence of the mating portion can further improve the sound and light leakage prevention effect.
