本発明は上記従来の問題点に鑑み案出したものであって、キャビネットに取付可能な部位が無い場合であっても設置可能なタオル掛けを提供せんことを目的とし、その第１の要旨は、カウンターを支持するために壁面に固定されたブラケットに取り付けられたタオル掛けであって、該タオル掛けは、軸部と該軸部から水平に延びる回動バーで構成され、該タオル掛けの前記軸部が、前記ブラケットを壁面に固定させるビスを介し、該ブラケットに固定された断面コの字状のコの字金具に回動可能に取り付けられていることである。
また、第２の要旨は、前記カウンターは洗面ボウルを備え、前記タオル掛けは前記洗面ボウルの前部下方側に収納できることである。
