Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic operation method of a disk injection molding machine, and in particular, when a trouble of a post-process machine is stopped, the automatic operation mode is waited in the automatic operation mode, and the automatic operation of the next molding cycle is started without human intervention. Regarding new improvements.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a disk molding system for injection molding of this type of disk, that is, a CD, a DVD or the like, includes a material supply device, an injection molding machine, a mold, and a post-processing machine. A molding material is supplied from the material supply device to the injection molding machine, and the injection molding machine and the mold mold a transparent disk called a clear substrate. Thereafter, the clear substrate is sent to a post-processing machine by a delivery device, a conveyor, or the like, and a recording layer or a reflective layer is attached, and in the case of DVD, bonding is performed to obtain a final product.
As the above-described disk forming system, generally, the following two methods shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 have been adopted.
[0003]
In FIG. 2, it is assumed that a trouble occurs in the post-process machine 2 during the automatic operation of the injection molding machine 1 and the post-process machine 2 (first and second steps a1 and b1) and stops (third step b2). Post-process machine 2 sends a trouble shutdown signal 3 indicating that the stop in trouble against the injection molding machine 1, the injection molding machine 1 is one molding cycle is completed after having received this (fourth step a2), the automatic operation mode Is released (fifth step a3), and the machine is stopped (sixth step a4). When the trouble of the post-process machine 2 is resolved (seventh step b3) and the automatic operation is started (eighth step b4), the operation start signal 4 is sent from the post-process machine 2 to the injection molding machine 1, and the injection molding machine 1 The side manually starts up the injection molding machine 1 (9th step a5), resumes automatic operation (10th step a6), and continues automatic operation (11th step a7).
[0004]
In FIG. 3, it is assumed that a trouble occurs in the post-process machine 2 during the automatic operation of the injection molding machine 1 and the post-process machine 2 (first and second steps a1 and b1) and the process stops (third step b2). Post-process machine 2 sends a trouble shutdown signal 3 to the injection molding machine 1, the injection molding machine 1 having received this continues automatic operation (fourth step c2) Suruga receives clear substrate in a later step machine 2 Forcible discharge (fifth step c3) without passing. When the trouble of the post-process machine 2 is solved (sixth step b3) and the automatic operation is started (seventh step b4), the operation start signal 4 is sent from the post-process machine 2 to the injection molding machine 1, and the injection molding machine 1 The side starts transferring the clear substrate to the post-process machine 2 (eighth step c4) and continues automatic operation (ninth step c5).
[0005]
Further, although not shown as a method related to the automatic operation method shown in FIG. 3, a control device for controlling the operation of the forming device and the transfer device is provided, and the operation information of the film forming device is stored in this control device. Based on this input information, the molding cycle time is changed or the amount of the clear substrate to be discharged is controlled (see Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional automatic operation method of the disk injection molding machine is configured as described above, the following problems exist.
That is, in the case of the method of FIG. 2, since the injection molding machine temporarily stops the automatic operation, when the trouble of the post-process machine is solved and the automatic operation of the injection molding machine is re-started, labor and time through manual labor, It causes time loss. Further, according to the method of FIG. 3, there is a disadvantage that the clear substrate that is forcibly discharged until the trouble of the post-process machine is solved is wasted.
[0008]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. In particular, when the trouble of the post-process machine is stopped, it stands by in the automatic operation mode, and the automatic operation of the next molding cycle is performed without human intervention. It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic operation method of an injection molding machine for a disk that is started.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Automatic operation method of an injection molding machine for disc according to the present invention, an injection molding machine and post-process machines and automatic operation, the automatic driving method for an injection molding machine for disc which is adapted to mold the disc in a mold, the automatic operation When a trouble stop signal indicating a trouble stop of the post-process machine is sent to the injection molding machine, after completion of the molding cycle, the nozzle of the injection molding machine is moved backward from the mold and the automatic operation The injection molding machine that has received the automatic operation start signal from the post-process machine and advances the nozzle to contact the mold, and waits without starting the next molding cycle in the mode. This is a method of starting automatic operation of the molding cycle.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of an automatic operation method of an injection molding machine for a disc according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and demonstrated to a part the same as that of a prior art example, or an equivalent part.
In FIG. 1, during automatic operation of the injection molding machine 1 and the post-process machine 2 (first and second steps a1 and b1), a trouble stop signal 3 indicating a trouble stop of the post-process machine 2 is sent to the injection molding machine 1. When it has been sent (third step b2), after the completion of one molding cycle (fourth step a2), the nozzle (not shown) of the injection molding machine 1 is moved backward (fifth step d3) to move the injection molding machine. 1, away from the mold (not shown), stand by without starting the next molding cycle in the automatic operation mode (6th step d4), and then the trouble from the post-process machine 2 is resolved ( The seventh step b3) and the automatic operation start signal 4 from the post-process machine 2 are received (eighth step b4). The injection molding machine 1 advances its nozzle (not shown) (9th step d5). Touching the mold (not shown) , Together with starting the automatic operation of the next molding cycle (10 step d6), this automatic operation is continued (11 step d7).
[0011]
Accordingly, when the trouble of the post-process machine 2 is resolved, the injection molding machine 1 is automatically restarted and the operation is started, so that labor and time loss through manpower are eliminated. Further, since the molding operation is temporarily on standby, there is no need to waste the clear substrate as in the prior art.
Further, while waiting for the molding operation, if the nozzle (usually about 280 to 330 ° C.) remains in contact with the mold sprue bushing (usually 30 to 100 ° C.), the nozzle tip temperature decreases, the internal resin cools and solidifies. Although nozzle clogging occurs at the start of the cycle, since the nozzle is once retracted and then enters a standby state, and the automatic operation is started, the nozzle is advanced, so that a decrease in nozzle temperature can also be prevented.
Note that the signal from the post-process machine 2 is not a stop signal due to a trouble, but a signal may be output when the tact time of the post-process machine 2 becomes longer, for example, and the injection molding machine 1 may be put on standby.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Since the automatic operation method of the disk injection molding machine according to the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
That is, when the trouble of the post-process machine is solved, the injection molding machine automatically restarts and starts operation, so that labor and time loss through manual labor are eliminated. In addition, since the molding operation is temporarily on standby, there is no need to waste the clear substrate, and the consumption of molding material and energy can be saved.
Further, since the nozzle does not come into contact with the mold sprue bush during the molding operation standby, it is possible to prevent a problem that the nozzle tip temperature is lowered, the internal resin is cooled and solidified, and nozzle clogging occurs at the start of the next cycle.
