Description
【0001】

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and provides a submersible pump control method capable of reliably and efficiently sucking and discharging even earth and sand, slurries and the like containing string-like objects. The purpose is to do.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a submersible pump control method according to the present invention comprises:
An impeller casing containing the impeller, the impeller attached to the output shaft, and a rotational drive motor for rotationally driving the impeller; a stirring blade attached to the extended end of the output shaft and driven to rotate integrally with the impeller; A method for controlling a submersible pump comprising:
When the load of the rotation drive motor increases and exceeds a threshold value, the control device is used to stop the rotation drive motor from rotating forward and then the rotation drive motor is driven to rotate backward, and a predetermined time has elapsed. After or after rotating a predetermined number of revolutions, the rotational drive motor is driven to rotate forward again,
further,
The forward rotation drive of the rotation drive motor is stopped while gradually decelerating using an inverter, and the reverse rotation drive of the rotation drive motor is performed while gradually accelerating using the inverter. To do.
[0016]
With the above-described configuration, when the string-like object is entangled with the stirring blade or the impeller and the load of the rotation drive motor exceeds the threshold value, the control device controls the rotation drive motor and stops its normal rotation drive. Since it can be rotated, the string-like material adhering to the stirring blade and the impeller can be quickly unwound and removed from the stirring blade and the impeller. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a rotational drive motor burnout accident caused by excessive increase in the load of the rotary drive motor. In addition, after removing the string-like object, the rotation drive motor can be driven to rotate forward so that the operation of the submersible pump can be automatically resumed, and suction work such as earth and sand and slurry can be performed smoothly and continuously. it can. Furthermore, since the conventional work of pulling up the submersible pump and disassembling and cleaning the pump portion is unnecessary, the maintenance frequency can be significantly reduced.
In this case, the rotary drive motor can be protected from a sudden load fluctuation caused by the rapid reverse rotation control of the rotary drive motor.
[0017]
In order to achieve the above object, a submersible pump control method according to the present invention is a method for controlling a submersible pump including an impeller casing with a built-in impeller using a control device, which increases the load on a rotary drive motor. When the threshold value is exceeded, using the control device, the rotation drive motor is driven to rotate backward after stopping the forward rotation drive of the rotation drive motor, and after a predetermined time has elapsed or after a predetermined number of rotations, Drive the rotation drive motor in the forward direction,
further,
The forward rotation drive of the rotation drive motor is stopped while gradually decelerating using an inverter, and the reverse rotation drive of the rotation drive motor is performed while gradually accelerating using the inverter. To do.
[0018]
With the above configuration, when the string-like object is entangled with the impeller and the load of the rotational drive motor exceeds the threshold value, the control device controls the rotational drive motor to stop the forward rotational drive and then reversely drive the rotational drive motor. As a result, the string attached to the impeller can be quickly unwound and removed from the impeller.
[0019]
To achieve the above object, the submersible pump control method according to the present invention includes an impeller casing incorporating an impeller, an impeller attached to an output shaft, a rotational drive motor that rotationally drives the impeller, and an extension end of the output shaft. In this method, the submersible pump including the impeller and the stirring blade that is rotated integrally with the impeller is controlled by using the control device, and the flow rate of the fluid discharged from the impeller casing is reduced and becomes smaller than the threshold value. In such a case, the control device is used to drive the rotary drive motor in reverse rotation after stopping the forward drive of the rotary drive motor, and after a predetermined time has elapsed or after a predetermined number of rotations, Rotate and drive
further,
The forward rotation drive of the rotation drive motor is stopped while gradually decelerating using an inverter, and the reverse rotation drive of the rotation drive motor is performed while gradually accelerating using the inverter. To do.
[0020]
With the configuration described above, when the string-like object closes the suction opening and the flow rate discharged from the impeller casing decreases and becomes smaller than the threshold value, the control device controls the rotation drive motor and stops its normal rotation drive. Since the drive motor can be driven to rotate in the reverse direction, the string-like object blocking the suction opening can be quickly unwound and removed from the suction opening. Therefore, the operation of the submersible pump can be automatically resumed, and the suction operation of earth and sand, slurry, etc. can be performed smoothly and continuously.
[0022]
In the configuration described above, preferably, the forward rotation drive and the reverse rotation drive can be repeatedly performed a plurality of times.
In this case, even if the string-like object is entangled in a complicated manner, the string-like object can be effectively unwound and removed.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, when the load of the drive motor exceeds the threshold value due to the entanglement of the string-like object with the stirring blade or the impeller, the load detection sensor detects that and controls based on the detection signal. Since the apparatus can control the rotational drive motor to rotate the rotational drive motor in the reverse direction, the string attached to the stirring blade and the impeller can be quickly unwound and removed from the stirring blade and the impeller. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a rotational drive motor burnout accident caused by excessive increase in the load of the rotary drive motor. In addition, after removing the string-like object, the rotation drive motor can be driven to rotate forward so that the operation of the submersible pump can be automatically resumed, and suction work such as earth and sand and slurry can be performed smoothly and continuously. it can.
[0035]
Further, when the string-like object closes the suction opening and the flow rate discharged from the impeller casing decreases and becomes smaller than the threshold value, the control device controls the rotation drive motor and stops the rotation drive. Since it can be driven in reverse rotation, the string-like object blocking the suction opening can be quickly unwound and removed from the suction opening. Therefore, the operation of the submersible pump can be automatically resumed, and the suction operation of earth and sand, slurry, etc. can be performed smoothly and continuously. Furthermore, since the conventional operation | work which raises the
Furthermore, since it is not necessary for the operator to remove the string-like material directly underwater, maintenance of the submersible pump can be performed easily and reliably.
In addition, the following points can be cited as effects of the present invention.
(1) If the string-like object gets entangled with the stirring blade or impeller, the load of the rotary drive motor increases. When the load exceeds the threshold value, the load detection sensor detects this and based on the detection signal. Thus, the control device can control the rotation drive motor to reversely rotate the rotation drive motor, so that the string attached to the stirring blade and the impeller can be quickly unwound and removed from the stirring blade and the impeller.
(2) When the string-like object is entangled with the impeller, the load of the rotary drive motor increases. When the load exceeds a threshold value, the load detection sensor detects this, and the control device is based on the detection signal. Since the rotary drive motor can be controlled to rotate in the reverse direction, the string-like object attached to the impeller can be quickly unwound and removed from the impeller.
(3) When the string-like object closes the suction opening of the impeller casing, the submersible pump does not perform the suction operation, and the flow rate of the fluid discharged through the discharge pipe is reduced. Since the control device can control the rotation drive motor based on the detection signal and reversely rotate the rotation drive motor, the string-like object blocking the suction opening can be quickly unwound. Can be removed from the suction opening. Accordingly, it is possible to automatically recover the suction operation such as smooth earth and sand and slurry. Furthermore, since the conventional work of pulling up the submersible pump and disassembling and cleaning the pump portion is unnecessary, the maintenance frequency can be significantly reduced.
(4) When the rotary drive motor is reversely rotated by using the inverter for controlling the rotary drive motor, the forward drive of the rotary drive motor is stopped while gradually decelerating, and then the reverse drive of the rotary drive motor is driven. Since it can be performed while gradually accelerating, the rotational drive motor can be protected from sudden load fluctuations caused by sudden reverse rotation control.
(5) By using a current value detection sensor or a torque detection sensor as a load detection sensor, it is possible to reliably detect that the string-like object is entangled with or attached to the stirring blade or impeller, and the burnout accident of the rotary drive motor Can be reliably prevented, and suction work such as earth and sand and slurry by the submersible pump can be performed smoothly and continuously using the self-recovery function.
(6) When the string-like object is entangled with the stirring blade or impeller and the load of the rotational drive motor exceeds the threshold value, the control device controls the rotational drive motor to stop the forward rotational drive and then reversely drive the rotational drive motor. Therefore, the string-like material adhering to the stirring blade and the impeller can be quickly unwound and removed from the stirring blade and the impeller.
(7) When the string-like object is entangled with the impeller and the load of the rotation drive motor exceeds the threshold value, the control device controls the rotation drive motor to stop the normal rotation drive and then reversely drive the rotation drive motor. As a result, the string attached to the impeller can be quickly unwound and removed from the impeller. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a rotational drive motor burnout accident caused by an excessive increase in the load of the rotary drive motor. In addition, after removing the string-like object, the rotation drive motor is driven to rotate in the forward direction so that the operation of the submersible pump can be automatically resumed, and the suction work such as earth and sand and slurry can be performed smoothly and continuously. it can. Furthermore, since the conventional work of pulling up the submersible pump and disassembling and cleaning the pump portion is unnecessary, the maintenance frequency can be significantly reduced.
