本発明はガス調理機器に使用される燃料ガスと一次空気とを混合するコンロバーナを固定する装置に関するものである。

従来この種のコンロバーナの取付けには、例えば図7に示したようにコンロバーナ1の周囲に設けた孔2、2に取付板3に設けた起立片4、4を立設し、前記孔2、2に下から挿入しこの起立片4の係止部先端に設けられた孔5、5へバネ材製のピン6を嵌合させていた。このようにピン6がコンロバーナ1を取付板3に挿入後に位置決め及び固定を行っていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の構成では、コンロバーナ1を取付板3に嵌合させた後にピン6を挿入させねばならないので、装着作業に手間どり組立性に問題があった。またピン6の先端でけがをする可能性もあった。

一方ユーザーが煮汁等により汚れたコンロバーナ1の掃除や修理等のアフターサービス時にコンロバーナ1を取外し、再度取付けた時にピン6を付け忘れ、紛失してしまう可能性もある。またピン6が煮汁等の塩分により腐食して折れてしまうこともあり上述のようにピン6がない状態でコンロバーナ1を取付けた場合、コンロバーナ1が不安定な状態のまま取付けられることになり、点火装置の放電距離、及び炎検出用熱電対の位置が正確な位置に確保することが難しくなり点火、燃焼性能に影響をもたらす原因となっていた。

本発明は上記従来の課題を解決するもので、コンロバーナ固定時にピン等の固定金具を使用せず簡単な係止具によりコンロバーナを固定し、かつコンロバーナの正確な位置を確保することを目的とする。

前記の目的を達成するために、本発明のガス調理機器は、ガス供給口と点火装置及び炎検出用熱電対の取付用開口部を設けた環状部を有するコンロバーナと、前記環状部に載置し前記ガス供給口からのガス供給により火炎を形成するバーナキャップと、前記コンロバーナの略平坦部に設けた一つ以上の孔と、前記孔に嵌合する一つ以上のガイドを設けた起立片及び前記コンロバーナの略平坦部を係止する弾性を有する係止片及び前記点火装置や炎検出用熱電対を併設する取付金具を一体的に形成した取付板を備え、前記取付板のガイドと前記コンロバーナの孔の嵌合によりコンロバーナ及び点火装置、炎検出用熱電対の位置決めを行うようにしたものである。

【作用】
本発明は、上記した構成により、コンロバーナの孔と取付板のガイドとの嵌合によりコンロバーナは前後左右に位置決めされ、弾性を有する係止片でコンロバーナの略平坦部を覆うためコンロバーナの上下の位置規制ができるため、取付板の取付金具に併設した点火装置と炎検出用熱電対の位置関係を正確に確保することができ、さらに、従来使用していたピン等の固定金具なしでコンロバーナを取付板に固定し、正確な位置に確保することができる。

以下本発明の一実施例について図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、従来例と同一機能を有する部分には同一番号を附す。

図4および図5に示すようにコンロバーナ1は絞り加工した板金製で環状部7には真鍮製のバーナキャップ8を載設させることができる。環状部7にはガス供給口9が設けられ、ガス供給管10より送られたガスをバーナキャップ8に供給する構造となっている。コンロバーナ1には上下に貫通する開口部11が設けられ、この開口部11には点火装置12や炎検出用熱電対13が併設され取付金具14により取付けられる。この前記取付金具14により支持された点火装置12と炎検出用熱電対13とコンロバーナ1とバーナキャップ8の位置を正確に確保することが点火等の性能を満足する重要な要素である。

コンロバーナ受け台15に取付金具14を取付け前記金具14にはコンロバーナ1の略平坦部18に設けた孔2、2に嵌合して支持する取付板16をかしめや溶接等の接合方法により取付け、前記取付板16とコンロバーナ1のガス供給管10の先端に設けた流量調節部17によりコンロバーナ1を支持する構成となっている。

図1および図2において図1はコンロバーナ1固定時の状態図で取付板16には一対の起立片19が立設されており、コンロバーナ1の略平坦部18に設けた一対の孔2、2に前記起立片19のガイド19bが挿入される。そしてコンロバーナ1の略平坦部18の下面を起立片19の上面部9aにより支持する。さらに取付板16には係止片20を設け前記係止片20には斜めに切り起こした係止部21と先端をカール状にした押さえ部22とから構成される。

上記した構成によりコンロバーナ1に設けた孔2、2と取付板のガイド19bによりコンロバーナ1は前後左右に位置決めされ係止部21によりコンロバーナ1の略平坦部18を覆うことにより上下に位置規制され、コンロバーナ1は正確な位置に固定される。また取付板16には前述したように点火装置12や炎検出用熱電対13が取付けられた取付金具14がかしめや溶接等により結合され、コンロバーナ1の開口部11へと取付けられる。すなわち、ガイド19bとコンロバーナ1の孔2、2の嵌合により、コンロバーナ1及び点火装置12、炎検出用熱電対13の位置が正確に決まるのである。

なお、一対のガイド19bと一対のコンロバーナ1の孔2の嵌合によりコンロバーナ1の左右の位置は決まるわけだが、図6に示すように、一対の起立片19の幅よりややコンロバーナ1の孔2の幅を狭く孔2に挿入しやすいようにガイド19bの先端を曲げ、嵌合させれば弾性により起立片19が外側に押しやられるためガイド19bの外側面と孔2の内面が押し当てられコンロバーナ1は左右のガタなしに正確に位置決めできる。

一方、本発明のコンロバーナ取付装置の着脱方法であるが、図3に示すように、コンロバーナ1の孔2を上から取付板16のガイド19bに挿入するわけだが、その際に取付板16の係止片20の斜めに切り起こして滑りやすくした係止部21とコンロバーナ1の略平坦部18が当たり、弾性を利用して倒れる。そしてコンロバーナ1を押し続けることによりさらに係止片20は倒れ前記略平坦部18が係止部21を通過したら係止片20は弾性により元の位置に戻り、係止部21によりコンロバーナ1の略平坦部18を覆うのである。またコンロバーナ1を取外す場合は、端面により怪我を防止するために、カール部22を設け、前記カール部を押さえ、係止部21がコンロバーナ1の略平坦部18に当たらない位置まで弾性により係止片20を倒しコンロバーナ1を取外すのである。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明の構成によれば、次の効果が得られる。

(1)弾性を持った係止片とガイドを有する取付板によって従来使用していたピン等の固定金具無しでコンロバーナを固定できるためピンの先端で怪我をする危険性もなくなり、またコンロバーナの装着が容易になり組立性が良くなる。また掃除や修理時にコンロバーナを取外し、再取付けした際にピンつけ忘れ、紛失、また煮汁等の塩分によりピンが腐食して折れてしまうといった、コンロバーナがピン等の固定金具無しの不安定な状態で取付けられることを防止することができる。
