本発明は、自動販売機、コンイロッカーなどの開閉扉に装着される錠前の錠把手とシリンダー錠との固定構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、自動販売機の錠前の錠把手とシリンダー錠との固定構造として、実公平6ー39418号公報に一例が開示されている。この実施例の主要部を図10及び図11に示して説明すると次の通りである。

すなわち、51は自動販売機の開閉扉に固定される錠前のハンドルケースで、
このハンドルケース51は、鍔状に形成された取付け部52と、この取付け部に直交方向に連設する円筒部53とから成る。そして、前記取付け部52には嵌合部54が形成され、また円筒部53には係合孔55が形成されている。

しかして、図11で示すように止めネジ69を前記係止用孔70及びネジ用貫通孔68に差し込みかつ、止めネジ69を締め付けると、係合具65の係止ネジ部67、67が筒状部58の内側に突出してシリンダー錠60のメネジ64に螺合し、これによりシリンダー錠60が錠把手56に固定される。一方、このように固定されたシリンダー錠60を錠把手56から取外す時は、まず止めネジ69を緩めて係合具65から取外し、次に係合具65の係止ネジ部67、67をシリンダー錠60のネジ状係止溝63からその係合を解除させる。この場合概して係合具65を錠把手56から取り外したうえで、シリンダー錠60を錠把手56から引き抜く。

しかしながら、上記構成の錠把手56とシリンダー錠60との固定構造に於いては、係合具65と止めネジ69とは別体的に組み合わせられているので、シリンダー錠60を錠把手56から引き抜く場合は、両方の部材65、69を一体的にシリンダー錠60のネジ状係止溝63から係合解除あるいは錠把手56の筒状部58から取り外しをすることができない。したがって、次に列挙するような欠点があった。
(1)止めネジ69を緩めても直ちに係合具65をシリンダー錠60のネジ状係止溝63から係合解除できるとは限らない。
(2)止めネジ69を係合具65から取り外した場合、係合具65がそのまま錠把手56の筒状部58に残っている。したがって、係合具65を筒状部58から適宜に取り外さなければならないので、手間がかかる。
(3)シリンダー錠60を交換する場合、両方の部材65、69がいわゆるバラバラに成るので、小さな止めネジ69を見失う場合がしばしばある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は以上のような従来の欠点に鑑み、第1の目的はシリンダー錠を錠把手から引き抜く場合に、固定手段としての係合具を簡単に係合解除することができると共に、止めネジを介して係合具を錠把手の筒状部から簡単に取り外すことができることである。また第2の目的は止めネジを締め付けた際に、係合具と止めネジを一体的に結合する結合支持部材が変形、破損、脱落などしないことである。
第3の目的はシリンダー錠を簡単に交換することができることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の錠前の錠把手とシリンダー錠との固定構造は、開閉扉に固定される錠前のハンドルケース1と、ハンドルケース1内に摺動可能に嵌合する錠把手6と、この錠把手の筒状部8に取り外し可能に嵌合するシリンダー錠20と、前記筒状部8の前部に形成された係合具用貫通孔26に係止脚部31が差し込まれ、かつ、前記シリンダー錠20の外壁に形成された係止溝23と係合する係止部32を前記係止脚部の先端部に有する断面L字型或いは断面コ字型の係合具30と、この係合具のネジ係止用孔34及び前記筒状部8のネジ用貫通孔28に差し込まれ、係合具の係止部32がシリンダー錠20の係止溝23と係合した状態で該係合具を筒状部8に固定する止めネジ40とを備え、前記止めネジ40のネジ部40bには嵌合取付部41を形成し、この嵌合取付部41には該ネジ部40bと交差状態に突出すると共に、前記止めネジを緩めたときに前記係合具も一緒に筒状部8から引き抜くための結合支持部材42を取付け、一方、前記筒状部8の係合具用貫通孔26と連通する嵌合凹所あるいは嵌合溝8aには、前記結合支持部材42を前記止めネジと共に回転可能に収納する収納凹所27が形成されていることを特徴とする。

まず係合具の止めネジ係止用孔に止めネジを差し込んだ後にそのネジ部の嵌合取付け部に結合支持部材42を嵌め込む。これにより止めネジと係合具とが一体になる。

以下、図面に示す実施例により本発明を詳細に説明する。なお、本発明の各実施例を説明するにあたって、従来の実施例と同一の部分は簡単に説明する。
図1ないし図5は第1実施例である。1は錠前のハンドルケースで、このハンドルケース1は鍔状に形成された取付け部2と、この取付け部に連設する円筒部3とから成る。ハンドルケース1は断面がT字型状に形成されているが、断面L型状であっても良い。取付け部2には嵌合部4が形成され、また円筒部3には係合孔5が形成されている。

する嵌合凹所あるいは嵌合溝8aが形成されている。そして、嵌合凹所あるいは嵌合溝8aには、さらに後述する結合支持部材用凹所27が形成されている。この結合支持部材用凹所27は、結合支持部材42が回転できる広さを有し、半径方向にネジ用貫通孔28が少なくとも1個形成されている。そこで、前記貫通孔26には固定手段としての断面L字型の係合具30が差し込まれる。この係合具30の形態は、例えば係合具用貫通孔26が対設形成されている場合は、断面コ字型など適宜の形状に形成しても良い。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明にあっては次に列挙するような効果がある。
(1)止めネジと係合具とが結合支持部材を介して一体的に結合しているので、シリンダー錠を錠把手から引き抜く場合に、固定手段としての係合具をシリンダー錠から簡単に係合解除することができる。
(2)また止めネジを介して係合具を錠把手の筒状部から簡単に取り外すことができる。
(3)錠把手の筒状部に又は係合具の水平部の内面に結合支持部材用の収納凹所が形成されているので、止めネジを強力に締め付けても、係合具の圧接力が結合支持部材に加わらない。したがって、結合支持部材が変形、破損、脱落などしない。
(4)シリンダー錠を簡単に交換することができる。
