【発明が解決しようとする課題】

本発明は従来技術の有する前記問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、ソケット体の組付け操作を至極容易となしてその煩わしさをなくし、同時に爪壁部での配管側への長期に亘る係圧力を位置ずれを生ずることなく強靭にして且つ確実に発揮することができ、更にコネクター全体のコンパクトな構造によって狹い場所での配設を支障なく簡便に行うことのできる細径配管接続用コネクター装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するため、軸芯内部に先端側の連結筒壁の流通孔に連る拡径した小径室と大径室とを貫設してなるコネクター本体の該小径室部に弾性シールリング部材と筒環状ブッシュ部材とを内装せしめ、且つ大径室の周壁のなす対向する部位に穿設した切欠き溝部に、前方に突出して径方向への弾発機能を有する舌状壁を一体に設けると共に、該舌状壁の内部にあって先端部側に対向して、接続される配管の環状膨出壁を弾発状に係圧し且つ前記舌状壁部と重合する爪壁をその側面で帯壁により連設して突設したソケット体を、前記重合部において爪壁部に設けた長手方向の溝部にコネクター本体側の前記舌状壁を係合し、且つ前記溝部の左右後端縁部を舌状壁のなす環状基部に掛支せしめて前記コネクター本体に内装するよう構成した細径配管接続用コネクター装置を要旨とするものであり、更に前記ソケット体の後端部をコネクター本体の環状基部のなす後端縁部より外部に突出して形成したり、また前記舌状壁の先端部に外方への突起壁を有して形成したりするものである。

以上のように構成されているため、本発明では一体に設けたコネクター本体側の舌状壁と、ソケット体のなす溝部での係合による重合した厚肉の強靭な構造と、溝部の左右後端縁部を舌状壁のなす環状基部での掛支構造とによって、ソケット体の組付け操作を至極容易となして煩わしさがなく、また爪壁での長期に亘る配管への係圧力をその回動方向への位置ずれを生ずることなく強力にして且つ確実に発揮することができ、更にコネクター全体をコンパクトとなす構造によって狹い場所での配設を支障なく簡便に行うことができ、また所望に応じて爪壁の膨出壁部での係圧の解放を容易に行うことができるのである。
