However, with such a configuration, when inspecting a mounted substrate that has been position-corrected with a recognition mark that is typically used in a mounting machine, a detection error is generated by the amount of position correction, and this can be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to perform position correction using the recognition mark even in the inspection apparatus for mounted parts.
[0006]
If this is to be realized with the configuration of the conventional example, it is possible by taking the measurement data of the recognition mark into the storage unit of the
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve such a conventional problem and to provide a mounting component inspection method and an inspection apparatus using the same, which can correct the position with an inexpensive and highly accurate recognition mark.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, the present invention uses a sensor that irradiates an inspection object with laser light based on inspection data and focuses the reflected light on a photoelectric conversion element using a light receiving lens. Obtain the center position of the reference hole provided to be the origin of the board, then irradiate the recognition mark printed on the printed board with laser light and find the center position of the recognition mark by the amount of reflected light Then, the origin is corrected by the difference between the obtained center position of the recognition mark and the same center position of the inspection data set in advance, and then the electronic component mounted on the printed circuit board on the basis of the corrected origin. This is a method for performing inspection by comparing the presence / absence, displacement, and floating of electronic components mounted by scanning the sensor and irradiating laser light with inspection data.
[0009]
As a result, it is possible to realize an inspection of a mounted component that can be corrected with an inexpensive and highly accurate recognition mark.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the presence / absence of an electronic component mounted on the printed circuit board is added to the mounting NC data used when the electronic component is mounted on the printed circuit board. In addition, inspection data for inspecting the mounting state such as misalignment, floating, etc. is created. Based on the created inspection data, laser light is irradiated onto the object to be inspected, and the reflected light is photoelectrically detected using a light receiving lens. When inspecting an electronic component mounted on the printed circuit board using a sensor that focuses light on the conversion element, first, scanning is performed while irradiating the laser beam to a reference hole provided to be the origin of the printed circuit board. Thus, the center position of the reference hole is obtained, and the obtained center position is set as the inspection start origin, and subsequently, the recognition marker for print pattern inspection printed on the printed circuit board from the inspection start origin. The laser beam is irradiated so that the locus of the laser beam is scanned while performing a circular motion, the center position of the recognition mark is obtained from the amount of reflected light, and the center position of the obtained recognition mark is preset. If it is different from the same center position of the inspection data, the inspection start origin is corrected, and then the laser beam trajectory circularly moves on the electronic component mounted on the printed circuit board based on the corrected inspection start origin. This is a method for determining pass / fail by comparing the inspection data with the presence / absence, position shift, and float of electronic components mounted by the height signal from the reflected light by irradiating the laser beam so as to be scanned Because all the reference holes, recognition marks, and electronic components on the printed circuit board are detected by the same sensor, there is no need for alignment between sensors when used in combination with other sensors. It has the effect that the 査 can be realized.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sensor unit that irradiates an inspection object with a laser beam and condenses the reflected light on a photoelectric conversion element using a light receiving lens, using the method according to the first aspect; An optical path conversion unit that is rotatably provided on the optical path of the laser beam emitted from the sensor unit, and a scanning unit that scans an electronic component mounted on the printed circuit board by coupling the sensor unit. A control unit that controls the scanning unit and the optical path conversion unit based on information stored in advance, a correction unit that is connected to the sensor unit and corrects a displacement output detected by the sensor unit, and an output from the correction unit A configuration comprising a determination unit that determines the center position of the recognition mark based on the determination of the presence / absence of components, positional deviation, floating, etc., or the amount of reflected light of laser light from the recognition mark printed on the printed circuit board In addition to detecting a conventional electronic component with a sensor that detects displacement, an action that an inexpensive inspection device can be provided by detecting a recognition mark based on the amount of reflected light of a laser beam Have

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, an electronic component inspection that is a three-dimensional inspection and a recognition mark inspection that is a two-dimensional inspection are the same by detecting the light amount of the recognition mark in the displacement sensor that detects the height. By using this sensor, it is not necessary to align each sensor when a separate sensor such as a CCD camera normally used for recognition mark inspection is added. The advantageous effect that it can be provided is obtained.
