Description
【0001】
iu =vu ・Ton/L …(2)
A1=vu ・Ton 2 /2L …(3)
iu =vu ・Ton/L−(Vdc−vu )Td/L …(4)
Td=vu ・Ton/(Vdc−vu ) …(5)
A2=vu 2 ・Ton 2 /2L(Vdc−vu ) …(6)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a so-called high power factor sine wave converter device that converts an AC voltage into a DC voltage and converts an AC input current into a sinusoidal waveform having a high power factor.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional circuit, since the current at the time of switch-off is not proportional to the input voltage, there is a problem that the input current does not become a sine wave unless the output voltage is set to 2 to 3 times the maximum value of the power supply voltage. For this reason, switching elements and diode bridges with a high breakdown voltage are required, which causes an increase in cost. Furthermore, the output voltage is about 600 to 900 V, and cannot be applied to applications that require a low output voltage. In addition, since no electric charge is stored in the
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make the power supply current into a high power factor sine wave with a simple and inexpensive configuration.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, in the present invention, an AC switch is connected between the input part of the diode bridge and the power source, and a star-connected reactor is connected to the input of the diode bridge.
That is, when discharging the energy stored in the reactor due to a power supply short circuit, the power supply is not passed. That is, when the AC switch is turned on, the power supply voltage is short-circuited through the reactor, and energy is stored in the reactor. The energy stored in the reactor is supplied to the load through the diode bridge by turning off the AC switch. At this time, since the current does not pass through the power supply, the power supply current is only a current proportional to the power supply voltage that flows when the switch is short-circuited, and a sine wave current is obtained regardless of the output voltage.

The peak value of the current by one switching is proportional to the power supply voltage. Therefore, the area of the A1 portion in FIG.

If Ton is constant, it is proportional to the power supply voltage.

On the other hand, the current when the semiconductor switch of the

A2 = v u 2 · T on 2 / 2L (Vdc−v u ) (6)
