Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a protective device for a rotary tiller, and more specifically, in a rotary tiller that excavates and crushed the field surface with tillage claws that are rotated and excavated, and prevents crops from being caught when the tillage operation is performed. It is intended to prevent pedestrians from being involved when traveling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-14921, a conventionally known crop entrainment preventing apparatus is a large one that extends from the side of the moving vehicle to the side of the working machine when the working machine is attached to the rear part of the moving vehicle. As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-89307, the protective frame is opened and closed on both sides of the upper side of the spiral rotary blade when the spiral rotary blade is attached to the left and right of the work machine. There is something to project.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Among such conventional configurations, the one shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-14921 is such that a side plate is protruded largely toward a side of about half of the working machine width with respect to a narrow working machine, and the machine body. Since it is long in the front-rear direction from the side to the side of the work equipment, the closer to the front wheels where the side plate becomes heavier and larger, the larger the side plate is moved forward in front of each time the aircraft's traveling direction is corrected or turning is performed. It is necessary to move to a position that does not interfere with the wheels. In such a configuration, since another operation during driving increases or a heavy member is moved, the configuration is not suitable for repetitive work in a small field and imposes a burden on the driver.
[0004]
Further, the one shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-89307 is configured to be rotatable while the protective frame protrudes greatly on both sides, so that the rotating tool cannot be safely covered depending on the angle of rotation adjustment of the protective frame. Or the protective frame becomes a hindrance and it is easy to contact other objects, which may be dangerous.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is intended to solve such problems of the conventional apparatus, and has taken the following technical means. That is, a side drive type rotary tiller 2 having a lateral width larger than the lateral width of the moving vehicle is connected to the rear of the body 1 of the moving vehicle, and the front side of the rotary tiller 2 has a front inward side. The guide tool 3 having the guide surface 4 that is bent toward the side is attached to the side of the side plate 25 for supporting the tilling shaft of the side-drive rotary tiller 2, and the guide tool 3 and the side view circle A protective device for a rotary tiller characterized in that the corner cover 41 including the arc-shaped ceiling cover 42 and the standing wall cover 43 covering the outside of the side plate 25 is replaced and mounted .
[0006]
【Example】
The illustrated example is a rotary tiller device attached to the rear part of the agricultural tractor 5 so as to be movable up and down, and will be described in detail below. Front and rear wheels 6 and 7 are provided around the body 1 of the agricultural tractor 5. An engine (not shown) is mounted above the body 1 between the left and right front wheels 6 and 6, and the engine is covered with a bonnet 8. A handle 9 is provided behind the bonnet 8 and is steered by a driver seated on a seat 10 disposed above the left and right rear wheels 7 and 7. Although not shown, the driving force of the engine is transmitted to the rear wheel 7 and the front wheel 6 through the main clutch and the transmission gears of each part, and the agricultural tractor 5 travels forward or backward.
[0007]
One end side of a three-point link device comprising a top link 11 and left and right lower links 12 and 12 is attached to the rear part of the machine body 1, and the tip of the mast 13 of the rotary tiller 2 and the left and right ends of the three-point link are connected to the other end side of the three-point link. The support frames 14 and 14 are pivotally attached by mounting pins 15 and 15. Reference numeral 16 denotes a lift arm, which is attached to the rear portion of the hydraulic cylinder case 17 so as to be pivotable up and down about a shaft 18 and is operated by adjusting the vertical pivot amount by an actuator (not shown). The projecting tip portion of the lift actuator 16 and the middle portion in the front-rear direction of the lower link 12 are connected by a lift rod 19, and the rotary tiller 2 moves up and down as the lift arm 16 is turned up and down.
[0008]
The rotary tiller 2 shown in the plan view of FIG. 2 is a side drive type rotary, and uses a bevel gear, a transmission shaft 22 and the like (not shown) to drive the engine driving force input to the transmission case 20 provided at the upper center in the left-right direction. To the side transmission case 21 at one end. The left outer part of the transmission case 20 and the inner upper part of the side transmission case 21 are connected by a left connect pipe 23, and the right outer part of the transmission case 21 and the inner upper part of the side plate 25 are connected by a right connect pipe 24. ing. The left and right connecting pipes 23 and 24 rigidly connect the upper and lower sides of the rotary tiller 2 with the left and right ends of the lower tilling pipe 26 being freely rotatable so that the side transmission case 21 and the side plate 25 described above can rotate freely. The strength member members on the top, bottom, left and right of the rotary are constituted by holding and holding. As shown in FIG. 2, the above-described support frames 14 and 14 are integrally attached to the inner sides of the left and right connect pipes 23 and 24, respectively. An upper sprocket 27 is attached to a terminal portion of the transmission shaft 22 that is an upper portion of the side transmission case 21, and a lower sprocket 28 is attached to an end portion of the tillage pipe 26 on the lower side of the side transmission case 21. The chain 29 is wound around.
[0009]
The side plate 25 is formed by bending a steel plate into a “U” shape in a plan view and forming a side strength member that is long in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of tilling claws 30, 30. . . Are attached at a predetermined pitch over the entire width, and the mud surface is excavated and crushed by the driving rotation of the tillage pipe 26. The upper part of the rotation trajectory of the tilling claws 30, 30 is covered with a main cover 31, and a rear cover 32 is attached to the rear end portion of the main cover 31 so as to be swingable up and down around a fulcrum 33. A push-pull rod 34 has a lower end pivotally attached to the rear cover 32, and an intermediate portion in the vertical direction is slidably attached to a stay 35 protruding from the main cover 31 side, and by adjusting the positions of the pressure springs 36, 36. The vertical position of the rear cover 32 is changed.
[0010]
The main cover 31 is formed by pushing and bending a thin iron plate in an arc shape, and a flange plate 37 along the arc is welded and integrated to the left and right side edges of the main cover 31. The flange plate 37 constitutes an attachment portion for attaching the side cover plate 44 for improving the strength at the end portion of the main cover 31 and preventing the mud from being scattered to the side when the rotary device is plowed. In the present invention, the base end mounting plate 39 of the guide 3 is detachably fixed to the opening 38 provided at the front ends of the left and right flange plates 37, 37 via bolts 40.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the guides 3 and 3 protrude with the guide surfaces 4 and 4 bent so as to narrow toward the inside toward the front, and as shown in FIG. The surface 4 side is lifted so as to face a substantially horizontal direction in an upward direction with respect to the protruding direction of the guide tool 3. Next, the operation after the guide 3 is attached will be described.
[0012]
The guide tool 3 attached to the left and right front ends of the rotary tiller 2 that is wider than the rear wheels 7 and 7 which are the machine width of the agricultural tractor 5 is protruded toward the front side in the traveling direction “I” of the machine body. Is narrowing. With this configuration, the foliage, pedestrians, etc. of the crops trying to contact the main cover 31 protruding laterally from the rear wheel 7 are pushed out of the width of the rotary tiller 2 by the guide surface 4 of the guide tool 3. End up. On the other hand, in a heavy building or the like, the rotary tiller 2 is pushed sideways and escapes. As a result, no other objects are caught or caught in the rotary tiller 2 when the vehicle is traveling, and therefore, it is difficult for crops, pedestrians, buildings, and rotary tillers to be seriously damaged or injured.
[0013]
What is shown in FIG. 4 is an embodiment in which a member of another essential part is attached, and is intended to prevent breakage of messy protrusions such as a lower branch of a tree in an orchard. To do. First, the guide 3 attached to the right side of the rotary tiller 2 is removed, and the right side plate 25, the right frame pipe 24 and the main cover 31 which are strength member members provided at the right front corner of the rotary tiller 2 are attached. This corner cover 41 is covered. The corner cover 41 includes a ceiling cover 42 having a circular arc shape when viewed from the side and a standing wall cover 43 that covers the outside of the side plate 25. In the illustrated example, the vertical wall cover 43 extends downward to the side of the tillage pipe 26. However, if the front edge of the side plate 25 is gentle, the downward extension of the vertical wall cover 43 is shortened to the lower edge of the side cover 44. You may do it.
[0014]
The front lower edge of the ceiling cover 42 is slightly lower than the front edge of the main cover 31, and the right frame pipe 24 is moved in the middle of the lower branch of the tree extending obliquely horizontally upward by moving the body 1 in the “a” direction. Push up in the direction and guide. Thereby, the lower branch front end side moves smoothly backward. The rear edge of the ceiling cover 42 disappears when it extends to the rear from the rear ends of the right side plate 25 and the right frame pipe 24, which are strength member members. return.
[0015]
In the example of the figure, the corner cover 41 is described only on the right side, but the one provided only on one side is digging and plowing around one side of the tree, but if the cover is attached to the left and right corners, Agricultural tractor 5 can be put in and the tilling and crushing work between the left and right trees can be easily performed.
[0016]
[Effects of the invention]
In the present invention, a rotary tiller 2 having a lateral width larger than that of a moving vehicle is connected to the rear of the vehicle body 1 of the moving vehicle, and the rotary tiller 2 is bent toward the front inward side at the front side. Since the guide 3 having the formed guide surface 4 is attached, the stem stem portion of the crop is guarded by the guide surface 4 of the guide 3 at the time of work, and the crop can be prevented from being caught. Further, when moving, the guide 3 can prevent the pedestrian from being caught in the rotating portion, and the safety is improved. Moreover, when the corner cover 41 is mounted instead of the guide tool 3, it is possible to prevent breakage of messy protrusions such as a lower branch of a tree in an orchard.
