Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in an absorbent product of liquid such as urine applied to, for example, disposable urine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As such an absorbent product, for example, a conventional disposable rivet is configured as shown in FIG. 12, for example.
In general, such an urging 1 has a shape that is long in the front-rear direction so that it can cover excretion parts such as urine and feces in a state worn by the user. A liquid-
[0003]
In general, the squeeze 1 is provided with sealing means 4 made of gathers or the like so as to surround the user's crotch when worn by the user. This sealing means 4 prevents liquid such as urine from flowing to the outside of the urine 1 to contaminate underwear or the like.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, such an urine 1 may excrete a large amount of liquid such as urine in a short time while being worn and used. In this case, the excreted urine is concentrated and hits a certain part of the surface of the liquid-
[0005]
Under the liquid-

In particular, if the user urinates with the urine 1 attached, a large amount of urine may move in the back direction (the length direction of the urine 1) at a time and leak from the end in the length direction. is there.
In any of the above-described cases, the absorber below the end of the
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems. By promptly guiding the liquid discharged by the wearer toward the end portion of the sheet material, the absorbent body functions in a wide range. It is an object of the present invention to provide an absorptive product that can be completely sealed inside without leaking liquid such as the like.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the invention of claim 1, the object is to provide a liquid-impermeable first sheet material, a liquid-permeable second sheet material, the first sheet material, and a second sheet material. And a first liquid transport unit provided by partially increasing the density of the absorber located at least under the second sheet material. By encircling in a substantially circular or oval shape The formed initial absorption part, and a second liquid transport part provided by partially increasing the density of the absorber so as to extend obliquely from the vicinity of the initial absorption part. And when the liquid component such as urine is discharged by the user when the initial absorption part is discharged by the user, the body fluid excretion part on the user's front part side or the body part excretion on the rear part side as the place where the liquid component first hits It is provided at a position corresponding to the part Achieved with absorbent products.
[0009]
According to the structure of Claim 1, the 2nd sheet | seat material functions to permeate | transmit the liquids, such as excreted urine, and to make it absorb to the absorber below it.
The first sheet body functions so that the liquid component held by the absorbent does not ooze out to the outside.
Here, in the above configuration, since the initial absorption part is surrounded by the first liquid transfer part, the liquid such as urine hitting the initial absorption part is transferred to the surrounding liquid in a very short time. Sucked into the part. For this reason, it is thought that the initial absorption part can absorb a relatively large amount of liquid components in an instant.
Here, the liquid conveyance part of this invention is formed by making the density of an absorber partially high. That is, when the density of the absorber is partially increased, moisture can be quickly absorbed by capillary action as compared to the surrounding portion where the density is low. Therefore, if the area | region where the density of the absorber was increased along the direction which wants to convey liquid components, such as urine, a liquid can be rapidly conveyed in the said direction.
Therefore, during excretion, In the early excretion Liquid components such as urine excreted in large quantities at once are immediately absorbed by the initial absorption part. Make this circular or oval It is guided through the surrounding first liquid transport section and the second liquid transport section disposed in the vicinity of the initial absorption section. In this case, since the second liquid transport unit is provided so as to extend obliquely from the vicinity of the initial absorption unit, liquid such as urine is appropriately and promptly applied to the absorber, particularly to the corner region. Can lead to.
In this case, the initial absorption portion does not need to be completely surrounded by the groove, and even if the groove is partially interrupted, the liquid transport direction can be given. It only needs to be formed in a shape sufficient to achieve.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, the first and second liquid conveying portions are provided by forming a concave groove at least in an absorber positioned below the second sheet material. The concave groove serving as the second liquid transport section is provided intermittently along the extending direction of the groove.
[0011]
According to the configuration of the second aspect, when forming the first and second liquid transport portions, the absorber is pressed to form a concave groove, whereby the density of the absorbent material below the groove is increased. Is provided. Thus, a high-density region can be easily formed, and moisture is rapidly sucked into a portion where the material density under the groove is high. The concave groove that is the second liquid transport unit extends intermittently from the initial absorption unit. In this case, the liquid component that has entered the lower side of the groove is rapidly transported to the point where the groove is interrupted, and then penetrates into the absorber having a low density, but is further sucked into the lower part of the groove following this. become. For this reason, even when the concave groove as the second liquid transport section is intermittently formed, the liquid transport direction can be guided along the intermittently extending direction, and the liquid component is appropriately guided. Can do.
[0014]

According to the configuration of
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third aspects, The second sheet material has a predetermined width and a shape that is long in one direction, and the concave groove that is the second liquid transport unit is formed in the second sheet material from the vicinity of the initial absorption unit. It is characterized by extending toward the corner.
[0017]
According to the configuration of claim 4, A liquid such as urine can be appropriately guided to the absorber, particularly the corner, of the lower portion of the second sheet having a shape that is long in one direction.
[0018]
The invention of claim 5 is the configuration of claim 4, The concave grooves which are the second liquid transfer unit are arranged so as to intersect at the initial absorption unit.
[0019]
According to the configuration of claim 5, The liquid such as urine excreted at the intersecting position of the concave grooves can be appropriately guided from the intersecting portion toward the periphery.
Here, the intersecting portion may be configured such that the extending directions inside the groove intersect even if the grooves themselves do not intersect.
[0020]
The invention of claim 6 is the structure of claim 5, A third liquid is formed along both side edges of the second sheet material so as to connect the end portions located at the corners of the second sheet material of the concave groove serving as the second liquid conveying unit. A side edge groove serving as a conveyance unit is provided, respectively.
