BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a speaker in which a frame is formed of resin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 4 shows a basic structure of a speaker having a conventional general external magnetic type magnetic circuit. The lower plate 1, the magnet 2, and the upper plate 3 are stacked in this order, and the space between them is separated. The frame 4 is fixed to the upper plate 3 by means of bonding, screwing, caulking, welding or the like. The damper 4, the cone paper 6, the voice coil 7 and the dust proof 10 are attached to the frame 4. A vibration system is attached.
[0003]
Recently, a resin-molded frame is often used for the purpose of reducing the size and weight. A speaker in which a foam is molded from resin is also suitable for use in combination with a video device such as a CRT because it has less leakage magnetic flux to the outside than a speaker whose frame is made of iron.
[0004]
As a speaker using a resin frame, for example, a speaker described in JP-A-3-35696 is known. As shown in FIG. 5, a magnetic circuit 24 including a

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, the reuse (recycling) of resources has been encouraged, and the components and materials of speakers, that is, magnetic circuit parts and frame resin materials are also required to be reused. From the viewpoint of recycling, as shown in Fig. 4, it is extremely difficult to disassemble and take out parts / materials because each part is firmly bonded by bonding, etc., so it is very difficult to take out parts and materials. There is no choice but to discard. Moreover, even if it can be disassembled, foreign materials such as adhesives are attached to the parts and materials, so that there is an inconvenience that they must be removed and recycled.
[0006]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, in the case where the frame and the magnetic circuit are integrated by the mold, the magnetic circuit can be taken out if the mold is broken, and the magnetic circuit is automatically separated by demagnetizing the magnet. Because it is disassembled into parts, it can be recycled. However, in general, the mold part is easily broken so that the magnet made of a brittle material such as ferrite may be damaged and cannot be recycled.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to realize a speaker that can be easily disassembled and does not include foreign substances such as an adhesive in the disassembled parts and materials and can be easily recycled. That is.
[0008]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a speaker that can be easily broken but has sufficient proof strength against an external force encountered during use.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[1] A first invention for solving the problem is to insert a magnetic circuit having a magnet sandwiched between a top plate and a bottom plate into a resin case so that the top plate is on the near side, A resin frame having a screw formed on it is screwed into a receiving screw formed at an opening of the resin case, so that a base portion of the resin frame is brought into contact with the top plate, and the magnetic circuit is placed inside the resin case. The flange formed in the opening of the resin case is provided with a breakable portion that can be broken by a circumferential force, and the flange portion at the end of the broken portion is welded to the resin frame. Features.
[0010]
According to the first invention for solving the problem, the magnetic circuit is fixed in the resin case by pressing the top plate at the base portion of the resin frame by screwing the base portion of the resin frame into the opening portion of the resin case, Since the flange of the resin case is provided with a breakable portion that can be broken by a force in the circumferential direction and the flange portion at the end of the broken portion is welded to the resin frame, the speaker is twisted during recycling to break the flange. By breaking the resin frame, the resin frame and the resin case can be separated and the internal magnetic circuit can be taken out, and the bonding strength between the resin frame and the resin case in use can be maintained by the screwing portion.
[0011]
That is, it is possible to realize a speaker that can be easily disassembled and does not include foreign substances such as an adhesive in the disassembled parts and materials and can be easily recycled. In addition, it is possible to realize a speaker that can be easily broken but has sufficient resistance to external forces encountered during use of the speaker.
[0012]
[2] A second invention for solving the problem is characterized in that, in the first invention, the fracture portion is constituted by connecting a plurality of slits in a circumferential direction.
[0013]
According to the second invention for solving the problem, since the fracture portion is constituted by a plurality of slits connected in the circumferential direction, the fracture is facilitated by twisting.
[3] A third invention for solving the problem is characterized in that, in the first or second invention, the welding is performed by ultrasonic welding.
[0014]
According to 3rd invention for solving a subject, welding can be simply performed by ultrasonic welding.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
[0016]
FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of the structure of the speaker. This speaker is an example of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the magnetic circuit 10 includes a bottom plate 11, a magnet 12 and a top plate 13. The magnetic circuit 10 has a substantially short cylindrical outer shape.
[0017]
The bottom plate 11 and the top plate 13 are combined with both magnetic poles of the magnet 12 to constitute a yoke of the magnetic circuit 10. Note that these are simply stacked and not bonded. The bottom plate 11 has a cylindrical center pole 111. A step 112 provided around the center pole 111 is used for positioning the annular magnet 12. The top plate 13 forms a concentric ring with the center pole 111. A gap is formed between the side peripheral surface of the center pole 111 and the annular inner wall of the top plate 13.

As a welding technique, for example, ultrasonic bonding (ultrasonic welding) in which ultrasonic waves are applied to the welded portion to generate heat and melt bonding (ultrasonic welding), high-frequency welding in which resin is welded using heat generated when placed in a high-frequency electric field, or high frequency It is possible to use high-frequency heat bonding or the like in which an adherend is placed in an electric field of the above and heat bonded. Among these, ultrasonic welding is preferable in that welding can be performed easily. Since simple welding is sufficient, a horn for ultrasonic welding can be used with a small and inexpensive one, and since the welding time is short, the production cost can be reduced.
[0024]
A side view and a bottom view of the speaker are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, respectively. As shown in FIG. 3, for example, eight arc-shaped

The extracted magnetic circuit 10 is demagnetized by a predetermined demagnetizer (not shown). Since the magnetic circuit 10 is not bonded, it is naturally disassembled into individual parts, that is, a bottom plate 11, a magnet 12, and a top plate 13 by demagnetization. Since these parts have no adhesive, they can be recycled in a pure state.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the first invention for solving the problem, the top portion of the resin frame is screwed into the opening of the resin case by pressing the top plate of the resin frame so that the magnetic circuit is pressed. Was fixed in the resin case, and the flange of the resin case was provided with a breakable portion that could be broken by a force in the circumferential direction, and the flange portion at the end of the broken portion was welded to the resin frame. By twisting and breaking the fractured part of the flange, the resin frame and the resin case can be separated and the internal magnetic circuit can be taken out, and the bonding strength between the resin frame and the resin case in use is the screwed part Can be maintained by.
[0029]
That is, it is possible to realize a speaker that can be easily disassembled and does not include foreign substances such as an adhesive in the disassembled parts and materials and can be easily recycled. In addition, it is possible to realize a speaker that can be easily broken but has sufficient resistance against an external force encountered during use of the speaker.
[0030]
Further, according to the second invention for solving the problem, since the fracture portion is configured by connecting a plurality of slits in the circumferential direction, it is easy to break by twisting.
[0031]
Further, according to the third invention for solving the problem, according to the third invention for solving the problem, welding can be easily performed by ultrasonic welding.
