Description

【0001】

This invention relates to the illuminating device which can produce | generate well the water in a bathtub.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
When using a fluorescent lamp or an incandescent lamp to produce a bathtub, it is necessary to take measures against electric shock, so it is necessary to use an optical cable, etc., which increases the cost, and the fluorescent lamp or the incandescent lamp has a short life, There was a problem that it had to be replaced frequently.
Therefore, it is conceivable to use a small LED (light emitting diode) that can be used semipermanently and at a low temperature and at a low voltage. The problem arises that processing costs are required, and a new problem arises that measures must be taken to completely block water leakage from the bathtub opening. Come.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described conventional problems, and is capable of providing a bathtub illumination using a small, semi-permanent LED that can be safely used at a low voltage, and newly forming an opening in the bathtub. An object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device for a bathtub that is not necessary, the gist of which is a bathtub of a bathtub in which an inner surface is a transparent layer, and a decorative layer and a reinforcing layer are formed in a laminated form on the back side of the transparent layer The reinforcing layer and the decorative layer are notched from the back side to form a notch in a portion that is submerged in water, and the notched portion forms a light-transmitting window composed of only the transparent layer. It is comprised so that the light of LED (light emitting diode) could be irradiated in a bathtub through an optical window.
[0004]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional configuration diagram illustrating an example of a bathtub. The bathtub 1 has a transparent layer 1a whose inner surface is formed of a transparent material such as acrylic, and a decorative layer 1b is formed on the back side thereof. Further, a reinforcing layer 1c for reinforcement is formed on the back side. In the bathtub 1 having such a transparent layer 1a, it is submerged in water such as the side wall surface 1A or the bottom surface 1B of the bathtub 1. The reinforcing layer 1c and the decorative layer 1b are cut out from the back side to form a cutout portion 2 at the portion to be formed, and the cutout portion 2 forms a light-transmitting window 2a consisting only of the transparent layer 1a. An underwater illuminator 3 is attached in the notch 2 on the back side of the translucent window 2a, and a small LED (light emitting diode) 4 that emits light at low voltage and low temperature is provided in the underwater illuminator 3. The bathtub 1 passes the light from the LED 4 through the transparent window 2a. Irradiate underwater and perform underwater illumination in the bathtub to produce the bathtub. If the LED 4 is composed of a plurality of different colors, light of different colors is appropriately irradiated into the water of the bathtub. Thus, the production effect can be enhanced.
[0005]
In addition, in this example, since the notch part 2 is formed only in the decoration layer 1b and the reinforcement layer 1c, and a through-hole is not formed in the bathtub, the water in the bathtub 1 may leak outside. There is no need to use packing or the like, and water leakage can be completely avoided.
[0006]
Next, in the case where a jet fitting 5 capable of ejecting a jet jet in the bathtub is attached to the side wall surface 1 </ b> A of the bathtub 1, an LED is provided in the jet fitting 5 by using the jet fitting 5. Is provided, and the water in the bathtub can be satisfactorily irradiated with light from the outlet 6a of the jet fitting 5 so that the inside of the water can be illuminated.
[0007]
That is, as shown in FIG. 2, hot water in the bathtub is circulated by a circulation pump (not shown), the hot water is vigorously returned into the jet fitting 5 through the water flow path 5a provided in the jet fitting 5, and air is simultaneously supplied. In a configuration in which hot water in which air is mixed into the bathtub is ejected from the outlet 6a formed in the cover member 6 that is wound and attached to the inside of the bathtub of the jet fitting 5, a cord is provided in the jet fitting 5 LED7 which has 7a is provided, or LED8 which has code 8a is provided in cover member 6, and it can be constituted so that underwater illumination can be performed by irradiating light well into the water of this bathtub from LED7 or 8 .
[0008]
In addition, the cover member 6 prepares two types of what provided the some LED8,8,8 around the blower outlet 6a, and what does not provide LED, and LED8 is used when underwater illumination is not required. The cover member 6 not provided with the cover 8 can be attached to the jet fitting 5 so that only the jet jet can be ejected, and the cover member 6 provided with the LED 8 can be replaced to perform underwater illumination. It is convenient if it is configured so that the cover member 6 can be easily detached and replaced.
[0009]
In addition, in this example, since LED7,8 is attached using the jet-fitting metal fitting 5 previously installed in the bathtub 1, in order to irradiate the light from LED7,8 in water, a new opening is separately added to the bathtub. There is no need to form, and the workability of the bathtub is improved.
[0010]
3 is a modification of FIG. 2. In FIG. 3, the cover member 6 that is detachably attached to the jet fitting 5 is provided with an LED 9 around the outlet 6a. 6, an electromagnetic induction receiving unit 9 a is connected to the electromagnetic induction receiving unit 9 a, and an electromagnetic induction transmitting unit 10 is installed outside the bathtub 1. In such a structure, no cord is required. Therefore, the LED 9 can emit light by non-contact electromotive voltage due to electromagnetic induction, and it is not necessary to penetrate the surface of the bathtub with a power supply cord to the LED 9 and the possibility of water leakage can be reduced. Only the cover member 6 is replaced with respect to the attached jet fitting 5 and the cover member 6 provided with the LED 9 is attached from the inside so that underwater illumination can be easily retrofitted.
[0011]
Next, in FIG. 4, when the bubble metal fitting 11 capable of ejecting bubbles is attached to the bottom surface 1 </ b> B of the bathtub 1, the bubble metal fitting 11 is connected to the air passage 1 a connected to a compressor or a pump. The cover member 12 is detachably attached to the bubble metal fitting 11, and the bubbles are blown out from the air outlet 14 formed between the cover member 12 and the bubble metal fitting 11, and the bubbles are blown out from the bottom surface of the bathtub. The cover member 12 is formed with a cylindrical insertion portion 12a to be inserted into the bubble metal fitting 11, and the insertion portion 12a is externally fitted with an O-ring 13 for preventing water leakage. It has become.
[0012]
Also, two types of cover members 12 are provided, one with LED 15 and one without LED 15, and one with no LED 15 can be attached, and cover member 12 with LED 15 can be attached to bubble metal fitting 11. When attached, the light from the LED 15 can be satisfactorily radiated into the water in the bathtub 1 to perform good underwater illumination along with the bubbles, thereby enhancing the effect in the bathtub.
[0013]
The LED 15 is provided with an electromagnetic induction receiving portion 15a in the insertion portion 12a. An electromagnetic induction transmitting portion 16 is installed outside the bubble metal fitting 11 with respect to the electromagnetic induction receiving portion 15a, and electromagnetic induction is used. The LED 15 can be made to emit light satisfactorily by the electromotive voltage.
In this way, the cover member 12 having the LED 15 can be replaced and underwater illumination can be performed later, there is no need to wire a cord or the like through the bathtub, and water leakage can be completely eliminated. Is easy.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
In the bathtub lighting effect lighting device of the present invention, the inner surface is a transparent layer, and the decorative layer and the reinforcing layer are formed in a laminated shape on the back side of the transparent layer . The reinforcing layer and the decorative layer are cut out from the back side to form a cut-out portion, and the cut-out portion forms a light- transmitting window composed of only the transparent layer , and the LED (light-emitting diode) is formed through the light-transmitting window. By configuring so that light can be irradiated into the bathtub, the notch is formed only in the decorative layer and the reinforcing layer, and the through hole is not formed in the bathtub.
