Description

【0001】
【0062】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vision improvement treatment device that improves the function of regulatory muscles such as ciliary muscles by supplying water vapor to and around the eyes and improves visual acuity such as pseudomyopia and early presbyopia.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The focus of the eyes is adjusted by the control muscles such as the ciliary muscles, but it is adjusted for VDT (Visual Display Terminal) work such as computer work, driving a car, watching TV and video, video games, learning, reading, etc. If the muscles are overworked and kept in an overstressed state at all times, the regulating muscles malfunction or convulsions, resulting in decreased visual acuity, blurring, or haze.
[0003]
For this reason, in a stress society where information is flooded and the eyes are often abused, those who complain of impaired eye regulation, such as vision loss, blurring, and haze, are young, middle-aged, There are many age groups.
[0004]
For eye deficiency, eye drops, eye massage, etc. are treated as treatment.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Instillation of eye drops is effective to some extent in improving the eye accommodation function, but it cannot be performed easily by ordinary people because it requires a doctor's prescription. It is also true that new injuries are caused by the preservatives added from the viewpoint of storage stability of eye drops.
[0006]
Massage around the eyes can be done by yourself, but it is difficult to feel the effect.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a new treatment tool that can easily and effectively recover from vision loss, blurring, haze and the like associated with dysfunction or spasm of a regulatory muscle.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors supply water at a temperature that does not become a noxious stimulus to the eyes and around the eyes for symptoms such as decreased visual acuity, blurring, and haze caused by a decrease in the function of the regulatory muscles. The ability to recover and improve relaxation and improve visual acuity, especially the effect of water vapor supply, is effective for pseudomyopia of schoolchildren in their 10s and early vision loss in early 30s and 40s I found out.

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The visual improvement treatment device of the present invention is applied to the eyes and the periphery of the eyes. Here, to apply the vision improvement treatment device to the eyes and the surroundings of the eyes means that the vision improvement treatment device is brought into direct contact with the eyes or the skin around the eyes and is arranged in the vicinity thereof without making contact. Includes both.
[0011]
The visual acuity improvement treatment device of the present invention has a water vapor generating part using chemical energy, and is characterized by supplying water vapor to and around the eyes.
[0012]
Here, examples of chemical energy include heat of neutralization of acid and alkali, heat of hydration of inorganic salts (calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, zeolite, etc.), heat of oxidation of metal powder, and the like. .
[0013]
The specific usage mode of the chemical energy in the water vapor generating part is appropriately determined according to the reaction form of the chemical energy to be used. For example, when utilizing the heat of neutralization of acid and alkali, the heat of hydration of inorganic salts, etc., the water vapor generating part is composed of a heating part that generates heat of neutralization and heat of hydration, and heat generated from them. It can comprise from the evaporation part to discharge | release. In this case, the heating unit may separate the reactants to be reacted with each other by a partition wall and break the partition wall at any time to generate water vapor so that the reaction can proceed. The evaporating section is composed of, for example, a fiber assembly such as paper, woven fabric, or non-woven fabric or a porous body impregnated with water, or a hydrogel polymer stretched into a film, and a heating section Water vapor may be released by the heat generation.
[0014]
When utilizing the heat of oxidation of metal powder as chemical energy, the water vapor generating part is composed of metal powder (eg, iron, aluminum, zinc, copper, etc.) and salt (for example, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, etc.) as a catalyst. Chlorides, alkaline earth metal chlorides such as calcium chloride and magnesium chloride), and a water vapor generating composition containing water. In this composition, a water retention agent (for example, vermiculite, calcium silicate, silica gel, silica-based porous material, alumina, pulp, wood powder, water-absorbing polymer, etc.), a reaction accelerator (for example, , Activated carbon, carbon black, graphite, and the like). Among them, the composition of the water vapor generating composition is 10 to 80% by weight of iron powder, 3 to 50% by weight of activated carbon, water retention agent or reaction accelerator, or a mixture thereof, 0.3 to 15% by weight of metal salt, water 1 to 70% by weight is preferred.
[0015]
The steam generating composition is
[Chemical 1]
Fe + 3 / 4O2+ 3 / 2H2O → Fe (OH)Three+ 96kcal
As described above, the exothermic reaction in which the metal powder is oxidized is performed, and the water in the system is discharged as water vapor, thereby functioning as a water vapor generating part.
[0016]
The exothermic reaction of the water vapor generating composition is used in a heating element generally called a chemical warmer. However, in the conventional chemical warmer, such a composition is contained in a bag made of a material having low air permeability and moisture permeability so that water necessary for the reaction does not escape from the heating element.
[0017]
On the other hand, in the present invention, when such a composition is used as a water vapor generation source, the composition is housed in a sheet material having high moisture permeability, and a part of the water present in the reaction system at the time of heat generation is combined with water vapor. Become positively released out of the system. Therefore, it is possible to supply sufficient water vapor to the eyes and around the eyes.
[0018]
The water vapor temperature released during the exothermic reaction of the water vapor generating composition is 60 ° C. or higher when it is opened or close to the atmosphere without controlling the air flow rate to the composition. If water vapor of 60 ° C. or higher is continuously applied to the eyes and around the eyes, there may be a safety problem. Therefore, in the present invention, the temperature of water vapor released from the eye and the application surface around the eye of the vision improvement treatment tool is controlled to 50 ° C. or lower, preferably 38 to 42 ° C.
[0019]
In the present invention, such temperature control is also performed when chemical energy such as the heat of neutralization of the acid and alkali and the heat of hydration of inorganic salts are used.
[0020]
In the present invention, in controlling the temperature of water vapor released from the visual acuity improvement treatment device to 50 ° C. or lower, the temperature measurement conforms to the temperature measurement method of JIS S4100 disposable warmer.
[0021]
The specific mode of temperature control can be appropriately determined according to the reaction form, convenience, and the like of the chemical energy used in the water vapor generation unit. For example, the reaction rate is adjusted by appropriately changing the amount of the reactant to be reacted in the water vapor generating part, the particle size of the reactant, the moisture permeability of the moisture permeable sheet, etc. Controls the water vapor temperature released from the tool surface. In addition, a temperature adjusting material is provided between the water vapor generating part and the eyes and the application surface to the periphery of the eye, and the water vapor released from the water vapor generating part permeates the temperature adjusting material so that the water vapor temperature is reduced. You may make it go down. It is preferable to control the temperature using such a temperature control material, because the water vapor temperature released from the visual acuity improvement treatment device can be controlled to 50 ° C. or less reliably and easily regardless of the form of chemical energy used in the water vapor generating part. .
[0022]
The temperature control material is composed of (1) woven fabric, non-woven fabric, (2) paper, paper, synthetic paper, etc., and (3) porous film formed from plastic, natural rubber, recycled rubber or synthetic rubber. Alternatively, at least one of a porous sheet, (4) foamed plastic such as urethane foam having perforations, and (5) metal foil such as aluminum foil having perforations can be used.
[0023]
In addition, when temperature control is performed using a temperature control material made of these constituent materials, the temperature control material also serves as a passage resistance of water vapor. In order to reach the surroundings, the temperature adjusting material is appropriately determined according to the material of the temperature adjusting material, the combination mode when a plurality of constituent materials are stacked as the temperature adjusting material, and the like. For example, when the temperature adjusting material is formed from a single layer nonwoven fabric, the thickness is preferably 0.1 mm or more, and more preferably 1 mm or more.
[0024]
In addition, when forming the temperature control material from the constituent materials as described above, the temperature control material is a laminate composed of a plurality of types of constituent materials in order to make the thickness compact and improve the temperature control ability of water vapor passing therethrough. It is preferable that
[0025]
The eyesight improvement treatment device of the present invention may be provided with an eye pillow for detachably attaching the water vapor generating part. Thereby, the eyes and the periphery of the eyes are appropriately pressed, and a relaxed feeling and a refreshing feeling can be induced. In this case, the total weight of the visual acuity improvement treatment device including the water vapor generating part and the eye pillow is preferably 50 g or more, more preferably 80 g or more by using a weight adjusting material or the like. In addition, if the weight of the eye pillow is increased, and the overall weight of the vision improvement treatment device becomes excessively heavy, the feeling of use decreases, so the total weight of the vision improvement treatment device should be 400 g or less, particularly 250 g or less. Is preferred. As the material of the eye pillow body, (1) Non-woven fabric, woven fabric, quilting made of cotton, silk, hemp, synthetic fiber, etc. (2) Paper, synthetic paper, etc., (3) Animal hair, etc. can do. In addition, as weight control materials to make the total weight of the eye pillow 50g or more, (1) organic polymer compounds such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, (2) ceramics such as silica, alumina, (3) seeds of flax Seeds such as buckwheat husks, (4) woven fabric, non-woven fabric, (5) paper, wood and the like.
[0026]
In the present invention, the amount of water vapor generated per unit surface area in the application surface of the eyesight improving treatment device around the eyes and around the eyes is 0.01 mg / cm from the viewpoint of the effect of supplying water vapor around the eyes and around the eyes.2-It is preferable to adjust so that it may become more than min, 0.5 mg / cm2-It is more preferable to set it as min or more. The amount of water vapor generated is taken out from the outside air blocking container in a room temperature environment (25 ° C., 65% RH) and immediately placed on a pan balance capable of measuring up to 3 digits after the decimal point. In the case of measurement, the weight at the start of measurement is Wt0(G) and the weight after 15 minutes is Wt15(G) and the surface area of the application surface around the eyes of the eyesight improvement treatment device and S (cm)2) Is calculated by the following equation.
[0027]
[Expression 1]
Water vapor generation (mg / cm2・ Min) = (Wt0-Wt15) ・ 1000 / 15S
[0028]
The amount of water vapor released from the eye and the application surface of the vision improvement treatment device to the periphery of the eye is 0.01 mg / cm.2-As a specific method for adjusting to more than min, for example, when the water vapor generating part is composed of a water vapor generating composition similar to a chemical warmer, a bag material containing the water vapor generating composition, a temperature adjusting material, or visual acuity What is necessary is just to use what has sufficient moisture permeability as a material of the visual acuity improvement treatment tool main body which comprises the external shape etc. of an improvement treatment tool. More specifically, it is 1000 g / m in JIS (Z0208, 40 ° C., 90% RH).2It is preferable to use a material having a moisture permeability of 24 h or more, more preferably 2000 g / m2-24h or more, more preferably 2000-15000 g / m224h, particularly preferably 3000-11000g / m2Use a material with a moisture permeability of 24 h.
[0029]
It is preferable to add a fragrance component to the vision improvement treatment device so that the fragrance is scented when the vision improvement treatment device is used. As the aroma component, those that induce a feeling of relaxation, a refreshing feeling, and a feeling of falling asleep, for example, herbs such as lavender, mint, and rose are preferable. As a method for imparting an aroma component, for example, an aroma component carrier such as silica impregnated with an aromatic compound serving as an aroma component, particles such as cellulose, or potpourri such as intrinsic lavender can be used as a weight adjusting material for a vision improvement treatment tool. The method of mixing, the method of attaching fragrance oil to the surface material of a vision improvement treatment tool at the time of use of a vision improvement treatment tool, the method of sticking a fragrance sheet to a vision improvement treatment tool, etc. can be mention | raise | lifted.
[0030]
The shape of the eye pillow used in the eyesight improvement treatment device or the vision improvement treatment device of the present invention is, for example, that the eyesight hits the nose in order to prevent slipping down when the eyesight improvement treatment device or the eye pillow is applied to the eyes and around the eyes. It is preferable that the portion is V-cut or an eye mask-like shape. In addition, the vision improvement treatment device or the eye pillow used for the vision improvement treatment device or the eye pillow used so that the eye pillow fits around the eyes and the periphery of the eye at the time of application, and the thermal steam can be felt from the entire application surface of the vision improvement treatment device. It is preferable to provide surface irregularities so as to conform to the eyes and the three-dimensional facial shape around the eyes. For this purpose, when a woven fabric or the like is used as a constituent material for the visual acuity improvement treatment device or the eye pillow surface, the woven fabric may be quilted to give predetermined irregularities.
[0031]
Also,EyeIn the pillow, the water vapor generating part formed in a small bag shape,Eye pillow bodyThere may be a pocket that can be detachably attached to theOn the surface of the eye pillow bodyTo detachably attach and fix stably,AhOr as a fixing means to prevent the water vapor generating part contained in the pocket from falling off, for example, Velcro(Registered trademark), Buttons, hooks and the like may be provided.
[0032]
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In each figure, the same numerals indicate the same or equivalent components.
[0033]
4A and 4B are a plan view (FIG. 4A) and a partial cross-sectional view (FIG. 4B) of the visual acuity improvement treatment device 100A of one embodiment of the present invention. In addition, the dotted line in a figure has shown the position of the eye at the time of applying a vision improvement treatment tool to the periphery of an eye.

And it is used by applying the water vapor generation surface 5a of the moisture-permeable outer bag 5 to the eyes and the periphery of the eyes. In addition, when applying the vision improvement treatment device 100A to the eyes and the periphery of the eyes, in order to enhance the fit of the vision improvement treatment device 100A to the eyes and the surroundings of the eyes and to prevent the slipping and slipping, Bag 5 has Velcro at both ends(Registered trademark)You may provide the band for head fixing to which etc. are attached.
[0036]
When the eyesight improvement treatment device 100A is applied to the eyes and the periphery of the eyes, the water vapor generation unit 1 is divided into two portions in the eyesight improvement treatment device 100A so as to cover both eyes and the periphery thereof. Yes.
[0037]
As the steam generating composition 2, a composition using the heat of oxidation of the metal powder is used.
[0038]
The moisture permeable inner bag 3 has a surface (water vapor generating surface 3a) applied to the eyes made of a moisture permeable material, and an opposite surface 3b made of a non-moisture permeable material. Thus, by making one surface 3b of the moisture-permeable inner bag 3 containing the water-vapor generating composition 2 non-moisture-permeable, water vapor released from the water-vapor generating composition 2 is efficiently guided to the eyes and around the eyes. be able to.
[0039]
The moisture permeable material constituting the water vapor generating surface 3a is not particularly limited as long as a sufficient water vapor transmission amount is obtained and the water vapor generating composition 2 does not leak out. Specifically, one type selected from artificial fibers such as nylon, vinylon, polyester, rayon, acetate, acrylic, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, or natural fibers such as pulp, cotton, hemp, silk, animal hair, or the like Woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, paper, synthetic paper and polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyurethane, polystyrene, saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate Non-breathable films such as copolymers, natural rubber, recycled rubber, and synthetic rubber, and those provided with perforations in a sheet are exemplified.
[0040]

[0041]
The temperature control material 4 laminated on the water vapor generating surface 3a of the moisture permeable inner bag 3 is formed from a laminate of four nonwoven fabrics 4a and two papers 4b as shown in FIG. 4 (b). It has become. In the present invention, the temperature adjusting material 4 is not limited to the aspect of the visual acuity improvement treatment device 100A of FIG. 4, and the various constituent materials described above can be used alone or in combination. Moreover, the function of the temperature control material 4 may be given to the moisture permeable inner bag 3 without providing the temperature control material 4 separately from the moisture permeable inner bag 3 as in the visual acuity improvement treatment device 100A of FIG. However, it is preferable to form the temperature control material 4 separately from the moisture-permeable inner bag 3 from the viewpoints of economy, technology, ease of manufacture, safety, and the like.
[0042]
The moisture permeable outer bag 5 accommodates the entire moisture permeable inner bag 3 containing the water vapor generating composition 2 and the temperature adjusting material 4, and the outer shape thereof is an eye mask-like shape. Thus, by making the moisture-permeable outer bag 5 that forms the outer shape when the eye pillow 100A is applied into an eye mask-like shape, the fit of the eyesight-improving treatment tool 100A can be improved. The eye mask-like shape includes a thin sheet shape in addition to a certain thickness.
