【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで取出口13から手を差し込んで商品を盗むという悪戯に対しては、フラッパ9の開度を扉枠14により規制することにより対応しているが、フラッパ9の開度が制限されているので、フラッパ9自体を外してしまうという悪質な悪戯もある。これは取出口13から棒状の部材を差し込んでフラッパの軸を軸受から外してフラッパを取り外してしまうというものである。このような悪戯に対して防盗板9aを下方に長くしたり、扉枠14を取出口13側に張り出すことが考えられるが、これらの場合フラッパ9の開度が制限されることから、商品15の円滑な搬出が阻害されるという問題がある。

上記課題を解決するために請求項1記載の発明は、商品を冷温いずれかの状態で保存する庫内の前面を開閉可能に閉鎖する断熱性の内扉を有し、この内扉の下方に開けた角孔に、内扉表面に当接するフランジを有する四角形状の枠体を嵌め込み商品通路を形成するとともに、フラッパの上部の両端部に設けた軸を前記枠体の上部両隅に設けた前方に開口部を有する軸受に嵌め込こんで吊り下げ、該フラッパが常時は商品通路を閉鎖しており商品の通過時に商品により押し開けられるようにし、該フラッパの開放角度がフラッパの揺動軌跡位置に突出する扉枠により規制された自動販売機において、前記フラッパの扉枠と対峙する位置であってフラッパの略全幅に渡って前方に突出する突起部を設けることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1はこの発明の実施の形態の主要部の断面構成図、図2は図1のA矢視図を示す。この図1、図2において、従来例と同一の符号を付けた部材はおおよそ同一の機能を有するのでその説明は省略する。また、この発明の内扉が適用される自動販売機の構成は図6と同じであるのでその説明は省略する。この図1、図2に示す実施例が従来例と相違する点は、フラッパ9Aである。このフラッパ9Aは扉枠14と対峙する位置であって、その前面の略全幅に渡って前方に突出した突起部9aを設けている。このように、フラッパ9Aに突起部9aをもうけることにより突起部9aと、外扉12の扉枠14とによって、外扉12の取出口からフラッパ9Aの軸11に通じる通路を遮断して棒状部材を差し込んでフラッパ9Aを取り外す悪戯を防止している。
