Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection structure for eyeglasses, and more particularly to a connection structure for rimless eyeglasses without a rim that holds a lens outer periphery.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as such rimless glasses, for example, those described in US Pat. No. 5,835,183 and registered utility model No. 3007846 are known.
[0003]
The rimless eyeglasses described in US Pat. No. 5,835,183 includes an armor and a bridge connected to a temple via a hinge portion, and a U-shaped elastic sandwiching piece formed at the end of the armor and bridge. By inserting the first piece into a hole provided in the lens and engaging the second piece with a groove provided at the edge of the lens, the hole and lens provided in the lens with a U-shaped elastic clamping piece The lens is connected to the armor and the bridge by being sandwiched between the grooves provided on the edge of the lens.
[0004]
In addition, the spectacles described in the registered utility model No. 3007846 have an inner penetrable piercing through a parallel line-shaped edge contact portion that can be in line contact with the inner edge of the lens and a bridge fixing hole that is drilled in the vicinity of the inner edge of the lens. A metal bridge having a piercing portion, a parallel line-shaped edge abutting portion that can be in line contact with the outer edge of the lens, and an outer piercing portion that can pierce a Yoroi fastening hole drilled in the vicinity of the outer edge of the lens A pair of left and right lenses are connected and held using a metal armor.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such conventional rimless spectacles, in any case, the connection between the spectacle parts such as the bridge and the armor and the lens is made by using the first piece formed on the terminal part of the spectacle parts and the inside / outside piercing part as the lens. This is done by inserting the hole into the hole and bringing the second piece part or edge contact part into contact with the edge of the lens. For example, a large external force that changes the distance (opening) between the temples of the glasses. When this occurs, there is a problem that the spectacle parts are deformed or, in the worst case, stress concentrates on the hole portion of the lens, and the lens is cracked.
[0006]
Such spectacle parts are lightweight and small parts, and are usually made of a special metal in order to maintain the required strength. Therefore, in order to prevent the metal on the lens from coming into direct contact and exerting unnecessary external force on the lens, special measures are required, and a troublesome adjustment work for adjusting them is required.
[0007]
The object of the present invention is to solve such a conventional problem, and even when excessive external force acts on the spectacles, it is possible to prevent the deformation of the parts and the cracking of the lens, and further, adjustment work is not necessary or necessary. It is an object of the present invention to provide a connecting structure for eyeglasses that can be easily performed in any case.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Coupling structure of glasses according to the first embodiment of the present invention to achieve the above object, it comprises a first member which is fixed to the spectacle lens, and a second member connected to the temple or bridge, the first when one member has an outer peripheral portion forming a oblong, and at least one mounting groove that is formed in part component containing an arc portion of the outer peripheral portion of this, the mounting groove, as viewed from the front, The second member is disposed in a vertical direction, and has a substantially U-shaped bent portion that is introduced from one direction of the first member and elastically engages with the mounting groove. To do.
[0009]
According to the above configuration, when an excessive external force is applied to the glasses due to temple opening or the like, the substantially U-shaped bent portion is elastically formed in the mounting groove formed in at least a part of the outer peripheral portion of the first member. The engaged second member is elastically deformed and detached from the first member. Therefore, deformation of the first and second members and cracking of the lens are prevented. Further, since the outer peripheral portion is oval and the mounting groove is formed in a portion including at least one arc portion of the outer peripheral portion, a sufficient contact area between the first member and the second member is taken. The first member and the second member can be reliably connected. Furthermore, since the mounting grooves are arranged in the vertical direction when viewed from the front, the mounting groove is clean when viewed from the front, and the fashionability is improved.
[0010]
The connection structure for spectacles according to the second aspect of the present invention includes a first member fixed to the spectacle lens and a second member connected to a temple or a bridge, and the first member includes: The second member is introduced from one direction of the first member. The outer member has an oval outer peripheral portion and a mounting groove formed in a portion including at least one arc portion of the outer peripheral portion. And a substantially U-shaped bent portion that elastically engages with the mounting groove, and the mounting groove of the first member is formed over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral portion, and the substantially U-shaped bent portion It is characterized in that one end of the part is formed so as to wrap around the other arc part.
According to the said structure, attachment of the 2nd member with respect to a 1st member becomes reliable, and a 1st member and a 2nd member can be connected more reliably.
[0011]
The connection structure for spectacles according to the third aspect of the present invention includes a first member fixed to the spectacle lens and a second member connected to a temple or a bridge, and the first member includes: A hole and a mounting groove formed in at least a part of the outer peripheral portion so as to be continuous with the hole and having a portion parallel to the hole; and the second member is the first member It has a substantially U-shaped bent portion that is introduced into the hole portion from one direction and elastically engages with the mounting groove.
According to the above configuration, the contact area between the first member and the second member can be sufficiently secured and securely connected, and an advantage in design can be obtained.
[0012]
The first member is preferably made of resin. According to this configuration, the degree of design freedom required for the glasses increases, and it is easy to color the lens differently from the lens, thereby improving fashionability.
[0013]
The first member may be fixed to the spectacle lens by adhesion. This eliminates the need for drilling or adjusting the lens, and makes it easier to produce glasses.
[0014]
Further, the first member may be fixed by inserting a leg portion into a lens hole formed in the spectacle lens.
[0015]
Furthermore, the resin may be transparent. By doing so, the field of view becomes bright without being restricted, and the eyeglasses having a neat design with a feeling of foreign matter on the lens portion being thin can be obtained.
[0018]
The second member may be an alloy connected to the temple via a hinge or a bridge formed from a single wire.
[0019]

[0031]
Further, the hinge 160 and the temple 170 will be described with reference mainly to FIG. In the present embodiment, the hinge 160 is constituted by a combination of a substantially drum-shaped socket member 162 and a J-shaped bent portion 172 formed at the end of the temple 170. More specifically, the socket member 162 is formed with a through hole 164 at the center and a flange 166 at the top, and an arc-shaped recess 167 having a predetermined radius of curvature immediately below the flange 166 is smoothly continuous therewith. A concave portion 169 including a linear slope 168 is formed. In this embodiment, the socket member 162 is integrally formed with the armor 140 in such a form that the first leg portion 143 of the armor 140 described above is joined to the arcuate recess 167.
[0032]
A J-shaped bent portion 172 formed at the end portion of the temple 170 made of a metal wire (for example, an elastic material such as titanium alloy, nickel / chromium alloy, nickel / titanium alloy) is inserted into the through hole 164 of the socket member 162. The first leg portion 174 and the second leg portion 176 are provided, and when the first leg portion 174 is inserted through the through hole 164, the socket member 162 is elastically formed by the first leg portion 174 and the second leg portion 176. It is intended to be pinched. Further, the second leg portion 176 is bent at an acute angle with respect to the linear portion at the end of the temple 170, and the outer peripheral portion 178 of the bending is a curvature equal to the radius of curvature of the arc-shaped depression 167 in the socket member 162 described above. It is formed to have a radius.
[0033]
In the embodiment of the present invention, the rimless eyeglasses 100 are assembled and completed by the following procedure. First, the leg part 136 of the armor side resin part 120 and the leg part 136 of the bridge side resin part 130 are inserted into the lens hole 112 in the vicinity of the inner and outer edges of the lens 110, whereby the armor side resin part 120 and the bridge side resin part. 130 are fixed to the lens 110, respectively. Then, the left and right lenses 110 are connected to each other by attaching the bridge 150 to the bridge-side resin part 130. This attachment is made with the first U-shaped bent portion 152 of the bridge 150 facing downward and its first leg 153 and its second leg 154 (and the first leg of the second U-shaped bent portion 155). 156) is introduced into the mounting groove 138 of the bridge-side resin part 130 from below. When the introduction is completed, the first U-shaped bent portion 152 engages with the arc portion 138b on the lower side of the mounting groove 138, and the first leg portion 153 and the second leg portion 154 are parallel portions of the mounting groove 138. The left and right lenses 110 are securely connected by sandwiching 138p.
[0034]
In this state, next, the armor 140 is attached to the armor side resin part 120. Similarly to the case of the bridge 150, the U-shaped bent portion 142 of the armor 140 is faced forward, and the first leg 143 and the second leg 144 are coupled to the mounting groove 128 of the armor side resin part 120. This is done by introducing from the front. When the introduction is completed, the first U-shaped bent portion 142 is engaged with the arc portion 128f on the front side of the mounting groove 128, and the first leg portion 143 and the second leg portion 144 are parallel to the parallel portion 128p of the mounting groove 128. And the curved portion 145 of the second leg portion 144 wraps around and engages with the arc portion 128r on the rear side of the mounting groove 128. As a result, the armor 140 is securely connected to the armor-side resin part 120 by preventing rattling and the like.
[0035]
Finally, the temple 170 is connected to the substantially drum-shaped socket member 162 formed integrally with the armor 140. Specifically, the first leg 174 of the J-shaped bent portion 172 formed at the end of the temple 170 is inserted into the through hole 164 of the socket member 162, and the second leg 176 is engaged with the recess 169. The socket member 162 is elastically held between the first leg 174 and the second leg 176. Thus, the rimless glasses 100 are completed by connecting the components without using any screws.
[0036]
In the rimless eyeglasses 100 configured using the connection structure as described above, when excessive external force acts on the eyeglasses via the temple 170 or the like, the armor side resin part 120 or the bridge as the first member is used. The side resin part 130 and the armor 140 or bridge 150 as the second member are substantially engaged with the mounting groove 128 of the armor side resin part 120 and the mounting groove 138 of the bridge side resin part 130, respectively. Either or both of the U-shaped bent portions 142 and 152 are elastically deformed and detached. As a result, deformation of parts such as the armor 140, the bridge 150, and the temple 170 and the cracking of the lens 110 are prevented.
[0037]
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following description, the reference numbers of the other embodiments are distinguished from one embodiment in which 2 is used for the hundreds place and 1 is used for the hundreds place. The same number means the same or the same functional site as that of the embodiment. Therefore, the description given for one embodiment is the description of another embodiment by replacing the hundreds of the reference numbers with 2 except for the differences described below.
[0038]
Another embodiment is different from the above-described one embodiment in that the shape of the armor side resin part and the armor is changed. That is, in another embodiment, a bottomed hole 229 is formed in the base portion 222 of the armor-side resin part 220, and a mounting groove 228 is formed in a part of the outer peripheral portion so as to be continuous with the bottomed hole 229. As is apparent from FIG. 9, the base portion 222 formed with the mounting groove 228 has a rectangular shape with the rear end closed, and the mounting groove 228 includes at least the front side and the lateral side of the bottomed hole 229 and the outer peripheral portion. It is formed in the part containing the corner | angular part. As a result, the bottom portion of the mounting groove 228 has a shape having a front arc portion 228f and a side wall 229p of the bottomed hole 229 and a parallel portion 228p parallel thereto when viewed from above.
[0039]
Here, the armor 240 is introduced into the bottomed hole 229 of the armor-side resin part 220 from one direction at the end opposite to the hinge 160 and elastically engages with the mounting groove 228. The bent portion 242 is formed. Specifically, the substantially U-shaped bent portion 242 is continuous with the first leg portion 243 inserted into the bottomed hole 229 and the second leg portion 244 connected to the hinge 160, and the first leg portion 243 and the second leg portion are connected. The portion 244 is elastically engaged with the side wall 229p of the bottomed hole 229 and the parallel portion 228p of the mounting groove 228 in between. Further, in the middle of the second leg portion 244, as shown in FIG. 10, it is slightly convex toward the first leg portion 243 side so as to go around the rear end side of the base portion 222 after passing through the mounting groove 228 at the time of introduction. A curved portion 245 that is curved is provided.
[0040]
Also in this other embodiment, after the armor-side resin part 220 is fixed to the lens 110, the U-shaped bent portion 242 of the armor 240 is faced forward and the first leg portion 243 is inserted into the bottomed hole 229. By inserting the second leg portion 244 into the mounting groove 228 of the armor side resin part 220 from the front direction while being inserted, the connection is performed.
[0041]
Next, still another embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, the armor-side resin part 120 (220) and the bridge-side resin part 130 as the first member have the leg part 126 (226) and the leg part 136, respectively. Although the embodiment in which the corresponding lens hole 112 is perforated has been described, as still another embodiment, one of the armor side resin part 120 (220) and the bridge side resin part 130, or the legs 126 of both. (226) and the leg 136 can be omitted, and the lens hole 112 drilled in the lens 110 can be omitted corresponding to the omission.
[0042]
In this way, the armor side resin part 120 (220) and the bridge side resin part 130 whose legs are omitted are directly fixed to the surface of the lens 110 with arms 124 (224) and 134 by an adhesive or the like. . This eliminates the need for drilling the lens, and also eliminates the need for adjusting the alignment, thereby significantly reducing the number of work steps.
[0043]
Furthermore, the armor side resin part 120 (220) and the bridge side resin part 130 may be colored in a special color, and in this way, fashionability is improved. The resin part may be transparent. In particular, in the case of the armor side resin part 120 (220) and the bridge side resin part 130 in which the legs are omitted, the field of view is not limited and brightens, and the appearance of foreign matter on the lens part is also faint and clear. You can get glasses with the same design.
[0044]
The mounting grooves 128 and 138 of the armor side resin part 120 and the bridge side resin part 130 are preferably arranged in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction when viewed from the front. This is because it looks neat and looks fashionable when viewed from the front.
[0045]
The direction of introduction of the armor 140 and the bridge 150 into the mounting groove 128 (228) and the mounting groove 138 of the armor side resin part 120 (220) and the bridge side resin part 130, in other words, the insertion direction is the above-described embodiment. Although an example in which the armor 140 is inserted from the front direction and the bridge 150 is inserted from the lower direction has been shown, this may be any direction as long as it is a predetermined direction.
[0046]
As mentioned above, although preferable embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment. In other words, the features shown in the one and other embodiments can be used interchangeably. For example, the insertion direction of the armor 140 and the bridge 150 may be interchanged. Further, the socket member of the hinge 160 may be attached to the temple 170, and the substantially J-shaped bent portion may be formed in an armature.
