Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an injection molding machine, and in particular, to reduce the number of injections N required for completely switching a plasticized molding material charged into an injection pot to a newly charged molding material. Thus, the present invention relates to a pre-plastic injection molding machine in which the temperature of the molding material in the injection pot can be set higher than that of a conventional injection molding machine and the molding material is not burned.
[0002]
This injection molding machine is particularly suitable for producing a vulcanized rubber molded product. In this case, the plasticized rubber (hereinafter referred to as “plasticized rubber”) charged into the injection pot is used. Since the temperature can be set higher than that of conventional injection molding machines, and the rubber temperature at the time of injection into the mold cavity can be increased accordingly, the vulcanization of the rubber in the mold cavity is possible. Time can be significantly reduced.
[0003]
[Prior art]
A conventional injection molding machine, for example, a pre-plastic type injection molding machine used for producing a vulcanized rubber molded product, is a pre-plasticizer for plasticizing rubber, and a plasticized rubber to be fed from the mold. This injection device has an injection pot provided with a nozzle on one end side, and a plunger disposed on the other end side so as to be in sliding contact with the inner wall surface. The plasticized rubber charged into the injection pot is injected from the nozzle into the mold cavity by the forward movement of the plunger toward the nozzle.
[0004]
In order to prevent the plunger tip portion and the inner wall surface of the injection pot facing the plunger from being damaged during the injection, such an injection molding machine conventionally has a forward movement completion position as shown in FIG. In general, the tip end 18 'of the plunger 9' is set to stop at a position at least about 2 to 3 mm in front of the
[0005]
In addition, in the injection molding method for producing a vulcanized rubber molded product, in order to improve the productivity and reduce the product cost, the vulcanization time of the plasticized rubber injected and filled in the mold cavity is shortened. Consideration is widely done.
As a means for shortening the vulcanization time, it is useful to set the temperature of the plasticized rubber in the injection pot as high as possible so as to increase the temperature of the rubber injected into the mold cavity.
[0006]
However, if the rubber temperature in the injection pot is set too high, it will cause scorching, and the scorched rubber generated by the scorch may be mixed into the rubber injected into the mold cavity. This is not preferable because it causes product defects.
Here, the scorch means a state at the start stage in which the physical properties change so that the vulcanization reaction starts and the plasticity is lost, that is, molding is no longer possible.
[0007]
In addition, the production of scorched rubber and the like is more likely to occur when the rubber adhering to the inner wall surface of the injection pot remains in the injection pot for a long time. As shown in FIG. 5, it is useful to reduce the number of injections N required for completely switching the plasticized rubber charged into the injection pot to the newly-added plasticized rubber.
[0008]
That is, the remaining portion of the rubber must be completely injected within a small number of injections and switched to a new plasticized rubber. However, this changeability is poor, and if the number of injections N for switching is large, Scorching occurs when the temperature is raised. As the number of injections N required for this change is smaller, the time for the plasticized rubber to remain on the inner wall surface of the injection pot becomes shorter, and accordingly, the time for the plasticized rubber to be overheated on the inner wall surface is also shorter. As a result, the formation of scorched rubber or the like can be suppressed.
[0009]
Therefore, in order to increase the set temperature of the rubber in the injection pot, the number of times that the plasticized rubber remains on the inner wall of the injection pot or the like is as short as possible and the number of injections until the remaining plasticized rubber is completely injected It is desirable to reduce N.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional injection molding machine as described above, even if the plunger 9 'reaches the forward movement completion position at the time of injection, the distance between the plunger tip 18' and the
[0011]
Various changes were also made to the shape of the plunger tip 18 'and the inner wall surface 8' of the injection pot 7 ', but during the injection, the plunger tip 18' and the inside of the injection pot 7 ' In the configuration in which the
[0012]
Therefore, in this injection molding machine, a considerable number of times (at least 6 times) is required to completely extrude the
[0013]
The purpose of this invention is to accurately stop the tip of the plunger at the end of injection at a position immediately before it does not come into contact with the inner wall surface of the injection pot. It is an object of the present invention to provide an injection molding machine that reduces the number of injections N required for switching to the molding material to be charged, particularly a pre-plastic injection molding machine suitable for producing a vulcanized rubber molded product.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an injection molding machine of the present invention has an injection pot provided with a nozzle on one end side, and a plunger disposed on the other end side so as to be slidable in contact with the inner wall surface. The molding material put into the plasticized state is injected from the nozzle by a forward movement of the plunger toward the nozzle and filled into the mold cavity, and the plan when the molding material is injected at the forward movement completion position in the injection pot jars, and the plunger tip, which in Ri der spacing 1.0mm following substantially the inner wall portion of the opposing shooting pot, and, upon completion of injection The plunger tip is stopped at a position immediately before it does not contact the inner wall surface of the injection pot. Further, it is preferable that an injection passage extending from one end side of the injection pot to the nozzle is provided, and the angle of the inner wall surface of the injection passage with respect to the axis of the injection pot is 0.2 to 45 °.
[0015]

From this figure, it can be seen that the smaller the interval L is, the smaller the number of injections N is. More specifically, when the interval L is 2 mm or more (that corresponds to a conventional injection molding machine), Although the number of injections N is 6 or more, it can be seen that if the interval L is 1 mm or less, the number of injections N is reduced to 3 or less.
Therefore, in the present invention, the distance L is set to 1.0 mm or less.

From the results of Table 1, in any case of the anti-vibration rubbers A to C, in the example, the rubber temperature charged into the injection pot can be set higher by 15 to 25 ° C. than the conventional example. It was.
Further, when the vulcanization time of the rubber injected and filled in the mold cavity was also measured, the vulcanization time was 6 minutes or more for all the rubbers A to C in the conventional example. In either case, the vulcanization time was 3 minutes or less.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a pre-plastic injection molding machine in which the molding material temperature in the injection pot can be set higher than that of a conventional injection molding machine without causing burning or the like in the molding material.
In particular, if this injection molding machine is used for the production of vulcanized rubber molded products, the temperature of the plasticized rubber charged into the injection pot can be set higher than that of conventional injection molding machines. Since the rubber temperature at the time of injection into the mold cavity can also be increased, the rubber vulcanization time in the mold cavity can be greatly shortened, and the productivity and product cost can be reduced. .
