BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control system including a control device that communicates with a model-specific communication protocol and a control display device that exchanges data with the control device, and in particular, it is easy to construct a large-scale control system, The present invention also relates to a display device for control that can reject unauthorized access and a recording medium on which the program is recorded.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a programmable logic controller (hereinafter abbreviated as “PLC”) has been widely used as a control device for controlling various target systems such as a belt conveyor type automatic assembly machine. Further, in recent years, as the target system becomes complicated, a plurality of PLCs are used in cooperation with each other. In addition, the display of data from each PLC or the control instruction to the PLC is not only performed on the control display device arranged in the vicinity of the PLC, but also, for example, away from these control display devices A control system may be constructed so that a control host computer installed at a location can be displayed or operated.
[0003]
Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, in the conventional control system 501, the PLC 503 is positioned as the center of control, and each PLC 503 includes a control target device 521a and a
[0004]
However, in the control system 501 configured as described above, communication is performed between each PLC 503 and the
[0005]
Further, since most of the communication of the control system 501 is processed, the load on the PLC 503 is increased. Furthermore, since it is necessary to prepare a communication protocol for communicating with the PLC 503 in both the
[0006]
Specifically, the PLC 503 has developed from a sequencer using a relay, and is good at processing related to I / O control such as switch on / off control and data acquisition from a sensor. Therefore, as the center of data communication, the ability to process most of the communication of the control system 501 is often insufficient, and even if it can be processed, the burden is large. For example, if only the target system 502 is controlled, the PLC 503 normally has a storage capacity of about several tens of kilobytes and a processing capacity corresponding to the storage capacity, but with this storage capacity and processing capacity, It is difficult to process most communications at a sufficient speed.
[0007]
Further, because the PLC 503 has been developed from a sequencer, the communication protocol used for data communication is often different for each model of the PLC 503, such as for each manufacturing company or even for the same company. Therefore, conventionally, the same type of PLC 503 is often used in the control system 501.
[0008]
Here, when the degree of difference in communication protocol is slight, specifically, the communication protocol necessary for establishing communication, such as the start character, stop character, and method of specifying the send / receive address, is the same and is too important. If only the commands that are not different are different, the functions that are actually used among the functions of the PLC 503 are limited, and if the different commands are not used, the PLC 503 of a different model is connected to the control system 501. It is not impossible to mix them. However, for example, when important command differences such as commands for communicating with a plurality of models are different, even if communication is established between the
[0009]
When the communication protocol required for establishing the communication is different, communication between the
[0010]
As a result, when the PLC 503 is arranged at the center of communication, it is difficult to mix many types of PLCs 503 in the control system 501, and options for selecting the PLC 503 are limited.
[0011]
In addition, in the conventional control system 501, both the
[0012]
Here, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the applicant of the present application has proposed a control system having a completely new configuration in Japanese Patent Application No. 10-117117. In this control system 101, as shown in FIG. 10, a common network 106 is provided separately from the
[0013]
In this configuration, since the devices connected to the common network 106 communicate with each other with a predetermined common protocol regardless of the dedicated protocol employed in the
[0014]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a large-scale control system is constructed with the above configuration, a new problem arises that it is difficult to maintain security. Specifically, in the conventional control system 501 shown in FIG. 9, if the dedicated protocol adopted by the control system 501 among various dedicated protocols is not understood, information is acquired or the PLC 503 is controlled. I can't. Further, since the control system 501 is relatively small, the accessible points are limited to the manufacturing site. Therefore, for example, the device of the control system 501 cannot be accessed unless a computer is brought to the manufacturing site.
[0015]
On the other hand, in the configuration of the above prior application by the applicant, that is, in the control system 101 shown in FIG. 10, for example, when the
[0016]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a control display device that can easily construct a large-scale control system and can reject unauthorized access.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the control display device according to the first aspect of the invention communicates with a control device connected to the control display device using a dedicated protocol unique to the control device that controls the control target device.Dedicated network interfaceAnd information on the control device or control target deviceTo workersDisplay means to display and, An input unit that receives instructions from workersHaveDisplay information from the control device or give a control instruction to the control device. The control display device is characterized by the following measures.
[0018]
That is, the aboveDedicated network interfaceIt is provided separately and communicates with a predetermined common protocolCommon network interface partRelay means for relaying communication in the dedicated protocol and communication in the common protocol, participation device information storage means for storing participation device information in which devices participating in the network of the common protocol are registered, When remotely connected via the network of the common protocol, authentication means for authenticating the connection source device and registering the successfully authenticated device in the participation device information, and when the access is received, the participation device information storage Means for determining whether or not the access source is registered in the participating device information, and if the access source is not registered, access denying means for denying access is provided. The display unit, the input unit, the common and dedicated network interface unit, the relay unit, the participating device information storage unit, the authentication unit, and the access refusal unit are the storage unit itself or the computer executes a predetermined program. Is realized by.
[0019]
In the above configuration,Dedicated network interfaceApart fromCommon network interface partFor example, devices connected to a common protocol network (common network) such as other control display devices and host computers communicate with each other using the common protocol regardless of the dedicated protocol of the control device. Further, the relay means of the control display device relays the communication using the common protocol and the communication using the dedicated protocol by performing protocol conversion as necessary. As a result, even if the dedicated protocol of the control device connected to the control display device is different for each control display device, each of the above devices, for example, information or control of each control device or control target device Communication such as exchange of instructions can be performed without any trouble.
[0020]
Here, a legitimate user connects to a common protocol network by connecting a device that can communicate with the common protocol, for example, by sending a login command to the control display device, and then making a remote connection. On the other hand, when the control display device is connected remotely via a common network, for example, it is transmitted in response to an inquiry from the control display device after a login command or a password transmitted simultaneously with the login command. Use a password to authenticate the connection source device. Here, since the authentication is successful if the user is an authorized user, the authentication unit of the control display device registers the device in the participating device information.
[0021]
After that, when a legitimate user accesses the control display device using the device, the device is registered in the participating device information. Therefore, the access refusal means does not refuse access, Access to the display device is successful.
[0022]
On the other hand, when an unauthorized user connects a device to the common network and makes a remote connection, the user is not an authorized user, and thus authentication by the authentication means of the control display device fails. Therefore, an unauthorized user's device is not registered in the participating device information of the control display device. In this case, even if an unauthorized user's device subsequently accesses the control display device, since the device is not registered in the participating device information, the access refusal means rejects access from the device.
[0023]
In the above configuration, since the control display device includes the relay unit, a control device having a different communication protocol is included in the control system configured by adding a host computer or the like to the control device and the control display device as necessary. Can be mixed easily. Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce the time and labor required for joining the control device to the control system. For example, it is easy to construct a control system having a larger number of components such as the control device than the conventional device. Further, since the control display device includes an authentication unit, even when an unauthorized user's device is connected to the common network, the information on the control device and / or the control target device is not sent to the device, The control device does not receive an instruction from the device. As a result, a control system that is large in scale and protected from unauthorized access can be constructed.
[0024]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a recording medium on which a program for causing a computer having first and second interfaces and a display unit different from each other to operate as a control display device is recorded. In order to solve the problem, the following program is recorded.
[0025]
That is, the first interface is controlled to control the second interface by means for communicating with the control device connected to the first interface by a dedicated protocol specific to the control device that controls the control target device. , Means for communicating with a predetermined common protocol, aboveDisplay sectionControl the information on the control device or control target device. To workersMeans to display,An input unit that receives instructions from workers,A means for relaying communication using the dedicated protocol and communication using the common protocol. When remotely connected via the network using the common protocol, the connection source device is authenticated, and the device that has been successfully authenticated is used as participating device information. Operates the computer as means for registering and storing, and determining whether or not the access source is registered in the participating device information when access is received, and rejecting access when not registered LetAnd causing the computer to display information from the control device or to give a control instruction to the control device. The program is recorded.
[0026]
When a program is read from the recording medium having the above configuration and executed by the computer, the computer operates as a control display device according to
[0027]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control display device according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the command for specifying the dedicated protocol of the control device is controlled while sequentially selecting the dedicated protocol that can be transmitted by the control display device. The dedicated protocol is selected by sending it to a device and automatically determining the dedicated protocol based on a response code from the control device. Thus, the control display device can automatically determine the dedicated protocol of the control device.
[0028]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control display device according to the first or third aspect of the invention, wherein among the commands understandable by each of the control devices, a command in a dedicated protocol is used between commands having the same contents. A command conversion table storing correspondence between the common code regardless of the code and the command code in the dedicated protocol, and the relay means refers to the command conversion table from one code to the other It is characterized by converting to the code of Thereby, the relay means can convert from one code of the command code in the dedicated protocol and the command code in the common protocol to the other code.
