本発明は、日用品、各種食品、菓子、飲料等の固体または液体の包装に使用される、開封が容易なラミネートフイルム製の背貼り部を有する包装袋、該包装袋用フイルム及びその製造方法に関するものである。

プラスチックフイルムを基材とし、これに他のフイルムを積層したプラスチックラミネートフイルム製の背貼り部を有する包装袋は、引裂き強度が高く、外力を加えても破れることが殆どないので、日用品、各種食品、菓子、飲料等の固体または液体用の包装袋として、広く用いられている。この種の包装袋では、素材の引裂き強度が高いために手により開封することが難しく、開封を容易にするために、包装袋の上端部近辺に上端部と平行に1本のミシン目を設けたものが提案されている。(例えば、実開昭57−202966号公報)

本発明の包装袋を構成するラミネートフイルムのプラスチック基材フイルムとしては、特に制限はなく、通常包装袋に用いられるものはいずれも使用可能である。
