Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connecting device that connects two panels or a panel and a column.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an example of a conventional connecting device such as this type of panel, there is a technique described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-58713.
In this prior art, a downward taper groove that is loosely fitted to the head of a connecting rod is hooked on the upper ends of the flanges of both adjacent panel plates, and a locking piece screwed into the lower ends of the rods is attached. It was inserted into the opening of the vertical frame, and the rod was tightly bound to connect the vertical frames.
[0003]
However, with only the coupling tool having the upper downward tapered groove and the engagement piece without the lower hooking portion, the coupling portion is weakly coupled. For example, the panel plate is swayed back and forth, and the coupling portion is twisted. For this reason, an extension plate is provided on the upper connector, and the extension plate is fitted into a V-shaped groove provided on the upper edge of the panel plate to strengthen the connection portion.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described prior art has a problem that the structure of the connecting portion is complicated and the manufacturing cost is high.
An object of the present invention is to provide a connection device such as a panel that can achieve effective connection with a simple structure.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A pair of split wedges having at least two upper and lower engaging portions spaced from each other on opposing end surfaces such as panels adjacent to each other, and having an engaging piece engaging downward in the upper engaging portion. And a wedge-shaped guide that is engaged with the lower engaging portion in the upward direction and interferes with the inclined surface of the divided wedge, thereby pulling the panels together and holding them firmly.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a main part in one embodiment of the present invention.
The two partition panels (1) and (1) are placed adjacent to each other in the extending direction of the panel surface. Vertical edge members (2) are fixed to the mutually facing end surfaces of the partition panels (1) and (1) in the vertical direction by screws (not shown). The vertical edge member (2) is made of, for example, aluminum, and a cutout portion (3) that is an upper engaging portion is provided at an upper end thereof, and a lower engaging portion that is, for example, a square shape is provided below the vertical edge member (2). The engagement hole (4) is provided.
[0007]
FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view in a state where the two partition panels (1) and (1) are connected.
Between the partition panels (1) and (1), there are key-type engaging projections (6) and (6) that engage with the notches (3) and (3) of the vertical edge members (2) and (2). In cooperation with the split wedges (5) and (5) having the slopes (7) and (7) and the recesses (8) and (8) for receiving the bolts, A connecting tool comprising a wedge-shaped guide (9) and a pulling bolt (10) functioning to pull the partition panels (1) (1) together is interposed.
[0008]
The wedge-shaped guide (9) includes a pair of inclined surfaces (11) and (11) which cooperate with the divided wedges (5) and (5) provided on the upper surface, and an extended portion (12) (12) ( 12) and a pair of locking pieces (13) and (13) which are formed at the tip and engage with each other through the engaging holes (4) and (4). A female screw (14) to which the bolt (10) can be screwed is engraved.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, the bolt (10) is screwed into the wedge-shaped guides (9) and (9) only in a relaxed state at the stage immediately before assembly, so that the extension (12) ( The locking pieces (13) and (13) at the tip of 12) can pass through the engagement holes (4) and (4) of the vertical edge members (2) and (2) without any difficulty.
[0010]
As the bolts (10) and (10) are tightened, the slopes (7) and (7) of the split wedges (5) and (5) are pushed inward by the pair of slopes (11) and (11) of the wedge-shaped guide. As a result, only a slight gap (15) is left between the divided wedges (5) and (5) as shown in FIG. (2) The vertical edge members (2) and (2) are drawn together while being caught in the notches (3) and (3) of (2).
[0011]
At the same time, the key-type locking pieces (6) and (6) and the extension parts (12) and (12) of the wedge-shaped guides (9) and (9) are respectively connected to the vertical edges (2) and (2). The notches (3) and (3) and the upper portions of the engagement holes (4) and (4) are firmly held.
[0012]
FIG. 3 is a top perspective view of a longitudinal member (21) suitable for use in another embodiment of the present invention. The vertical member (21) is formed as a support column by processing the end of an aluminum drawn material, for example, in order to connect the panels indirectly rather than directly, and a series of panels It is also used at the end of the group, and also for installing a group of panels with a right angle change.
[0013]
The method of use is almost the same as that shown in FIG. However, in this vertical member (21), the divided wedges (5), (5) and the wedge-shaped guides (9), (9) are interposed between the outside of each vertical surface (22) and each panel (1). Be dressed. Note that (23) and (24) correspond to the notch (3) and the engagement hole (4), respectively.
[0014]
If a plurality of engagement holes (4) are provided in the vertical edge member (2) in the vertical direction, even if the partition panels (1) (1) to be connected to each other have different heights, for example, Select the uppermost engagement hole (or notch (3)) formed on the side end surface of the lower partition panel and the appropriate lower engagement hole, and these engagement holes and And the two engagement holes formed on the side end face of the higher partition panel corresponding to the key-type engagement projection (6) of each split wedge (5) and the locking piece of the wedge-type guide (9) ( 13) can be engaged with each other so that both partition panels can be easily connected.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The connecting device such as a panel according to the present invention is simple in structure and requires only a small number of parts, so that the manufacturing cost is low. Moreover, disassembly and assembly can be easily performed by simply attaching and detaching the bolts.
