Description

【0001】

[0008]
Further, the means for generating a sound having a different frequency is constituted by an oscillation circuit that oscillates a frequency within an audible range and a frequency dividing circuit that divides the frequency from the oscillation circuit.
[0009]
Further, the means for generating the sound of the different frequency is a sound source board.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of a chair state notification device such as a barber / beauty chair according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of the present invention, wherein S1a to S1c are switches for raising and lowering the seat 1b in the first switch group S1, and for lying down the backrest 1c and the front droop 1d, , S2a, S2b are two preset switches and an auto return switch in the second switch group S2.
[0011]
2 is a CPU that performs the operations of the flowcharts shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 in a state in which each of the switches S1a to S1c and S2a and S2b is operated, 3 is an oscillation circuit that oscillates a signal having a frequency of 10 KHz, for example. A frequency dividing circuit that divides the signal from the oscillation circuit 3 by a command from the CPU is used, and the oscillation circuit 3 and the frequency dividing circuit 4 constitute sound source means. Reference numeral 5 denotes sound emitting means such as a piezoelectric sounder or a speaker that produces a sound by a frequency signal divided by the frequency dividing circuit 4. Reference numeral 6 denotes an amplifier circuit that amplifies the signal from the frequency divider circuit 4.
[0012]
Next, the operation when each switch is turned on / off will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
This flowchart is a case where any of the switches S1a to S1c, S2a, S2b is operated. For example, when the switch S1a is operated to raise the seat 1b, the CPU 2 switches the switch S1a. Monitor (step S1), and then monitor whether the switch S1a is on or off (step S2). If it is determined that the switch S1a is turned on, for example, the signal from the oscillation circuit 3 is output by the frequency divider 3 The frequency is divided by a frequency dividing ratio of 5 (step S3), and a high sound of 2 kHz is amplified by the amplifier circuit 6 and emitted from the sound emitting means 5 (step S4).
[0013]
If it is determined in step S2 that the switch S1a is turned off, for example, the signal from the oscillation circuit 3 is frequency-divided by the frequency dividing circuit 3 by the frequency dividing ratio 10 (step S5), and a low 1 kHz sound is amplified. Is amplified and emitted from the sound emitting means 5 to be notified (step S6).
[0014]
As described above, by operating any one of the switches S1a to S1c, S2a, and S2b, sound is emitted from the sound emitting means 5 with sounds having different on / off frequencies. In this case, since the frequency of ON / OFF of each switch differs by making the frequency dividing ratio by the frequency dividing circuit 3 different for each switch, the operator such as a barber operated which switch. (Including on / off operation) can be determined reliably and easily.
[0015]
Next, an automatic diagnosis function, that is, a hydraulic device that raises and lowers the seat portion 1b, a hydraulic device that raises and lowers the backrest 1c and the front sag 1d, or an up and down amount of the seat portion 1b and a undulation amount of the backrest 1c and the front sag 1d. A case will be described in which an alarm is issued when the means for monitoring the above (potentiometer or the like) detects an abnormality in the amount of elevation or undulation.
[0016]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 7 denotes a self-output that outputs when an abnormality of a drive source such as the hydraulic device described above, or a means for monitoring the amount of elevation of the seat portion 1b and the amount of undulation of the backrest 1c or the front sag 1d are detected. Diagnosis means 8 is a sound source means such as a sound source board for sending a note (note) to the musical score.
[0017]
Next, the operation will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
First, the CPU 2 constantly monitors whether or not a failure has occurred at each location (step S11). In the monitoring described above, for example, if it is determined that an abnormality has occurred in the ascending / descending (A) of the seat portion 1b (step S12), the CPU 2 generates a “de” sound to the frequency dividing circuit. A frequency division ratio is set to a low frequency, the frequency from the oscillation circuit 4 is divided, and the sound “d” is emitted from the sound emitting means 5 (step S13).
[0018]
Further, for example, when the CPU 2 determines that an abnormality has occurred in the undulation angle (B) of the backrest 1c and has failed (step S14), the CPU 2 generates a sound of “do, les” to the frequency dividing circuit. The frequency dividing ratio is set to such a frequency, the frequency from the oscillation circuit 4 is divided, and the sound of “do, les” is emitted from the sound emitting means 5 (step S15).
[0019]
In the same manner, when a failure location occurs in each part, different notes increase corresponding to the failure locations such as “do, les, mi” to “do, les, mi, fa, so”. As a result, it is possible to immediately determine the location of the failure according to the number of notes and deal with it.
[0020]
Note that the sound source board 8 may be used to notify the failure location by voice, and the sound generated by the oscillation circuit 3 and the frequency divider circuit 4 when the switch groups S1 and S2 are turned on / off. Although the case of sound emission has been described, sound may be emitted by the sound source board 8 as in the case of the self-diagnosis function.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
The invention as described above, the operation states of the switch mounted on the chair such Satomi volume chair. Thus informs on all the self-diagnosis results and operating conditions different frequency sounds, physical hairdresser to said different sound by practitioner equal hear, for example, performs an operation different from the operation intended, i.e., can verify that the performed operation error immediately, and when there is a failure or the like by self-diagnosis function, which part failed As you can see, the faulty part can be repaired immediately.
[0022]
In addition, the sound source means can emit different sounds depending on the combination of the oscillation circuit and the frequency dividing circuit, so that the cost can be reduced, or note sound and sound can be reduced by using the sound source board. Thus, it is possible to know an erroneous operation or a fault location.
