従来から台所で調理する場合、台所に設置されたシンクに隣接して設けられた調理台で、調理にかかる材料の下拵えを行うのが一般的である。ここで、材料の下拵えとは、調理に使用する材料を切ったり、後工程の煮炊き等の前に材料に下味をつけたりすることである。

しかしながら、シンクに隣接して設けられた調理台、いわゆる調理スペースは、限られた広さしかなく、材料の下拵えを行うスペースを確保すれば、調理台上に下拵えをする材料を置く場所を確保することができない場合があった。特に、多種の材料を必要とする料理を作る場合には、下拵えされた材料を置く場所さえ確保することができない場合があった。

また、調理スペースを広くするために、別途台を配置すれば、台を必要としないときに、該台が邪魔になる場合があった。くわしくは、台が邪魔になり、シンクの下方に設けられた収納部などの扉を開閉するころができず、かかる台を邪魔とならない場所に移動させなければならないことがあった。

そこで、本発明は、上記課題を解決すべく、調理の進行を阻害することなく、必要に応じて台所の未使用スペースを有効利用することができる簡易テーブルを提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明にかかる簡易テーブルは、上記課題を鑑みなされたもので、請求項1記載の如く、物品を収納する収納部の開閉に伴って移動する収納部の前面起立板Dに取付けて使用する簡易テーブルであって、前記前面起立板Dに掛止する掛止部材1と、該掛止部材1に傾倒可能に取付けられた天板2と、前記掛止部材1に対して接離可能に備えられた支持部材3とで構成され、前記天板2の裏面に、前記支持部材3を所定の位置に停止させる係止部材8を設け、前記支持部材3を前記掛止部材1に接近させたときに、前記天板2が傾倒する一方、前記支持部材3を前記掛止部材1から離間させたときに、該支持部材3が前記天板2を支持して該天板2上に物品を載置できるようにしたことを特徴とする。ここで、前記収納部とは、台所に設置されたシンクやガスコンロに隣接して配置された戸棚や、引き出しなどの物品を収納する部分をいい、前面起立板Dとは、収納部の前面に開閉自在に取付けられた扉や、引き出しの前面部分の起立した板材をいう。

上記構成の簡易テーブルによれば、調理スペースを確保することが困難な場合には、天板2を起こして該天板2を支持部材3で支持させれば物品を載置することができ、調理台だけで調理スペースを確保できる場合や材料の下拵えが完了して広い調理スペースが不必要となった場合には、天板2を傾倒させておけば、調理人が台所内を移動するときに、該天板2が邪魔にならなくなる。したがって、本発明にかかる簡易テーブルは、調理の状況に応じた使用が可能となる。また、掛止部材1を前面起立板Dに掛止しているので、支持部材3を掛止部材1に接近させて天板2を傾倒しても、簡易テーブル自体が倒れることがなく、調理人は、簡易テーブルの置き場所や転倒を気にすることなく、調理を続行することができる。また、収納部の開閉を行う場合には、前面起立板Dに移動に伴って、簡易テーブル全体が一緒に移動するので、わざわざ簡易テーブルを退けることなく、収納部の開閉を円滑に行うことができる。また、天板2の裏面に、前記支持部材3を所定の位置に停止させる係止部材8を設けているので、天板2を安定して支持できる位置に支持部材3を確実に止めることができる。また、天板2を支持している支持部材3が不用意に移動して天板2から外れるのを防止することができる。つまり、係止部材8を設けることで、天板2が不用意に傾倒してしまうことを防止できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明にかかる簡易テーブルの一実施形態について、図面を参酌しつつ説明する。

本実施形態にかかる簡易テーブルは、図1に示す如く、台所のシンクの下方に設けられた収納部の前面起立板である扉Dに掛止する掛止部材1と、該掛止部材1に水平方向に回転自在に取付けられた回転支持体18と、該掛止部材1に上下方向に傾倒自在に蝶着され、略水平に起こされたときに前記回転支持体18に支持されて物品の載置が可能となる天板2とで構成されている。

前記掛止部材1は、前記天板2及び回転支持体18が取付けられるフレーム6と、該フレーム6に位置調整可能に取付けられて掛止片7とで構成されている。

前記フレーム6は、前記扉Dの幅より短い長さを有した断面コの字状の棒体であり、このコの字状の対向した片が、前記フレームの上下面となる。かかるフレーム上面となる片(以下、単に上片という)9には、前記掛止片7を取付けるために、所定の間隔を有した一対のネジ穴10が穿孔されている。また、前記天板2を上下方向に傾倒可能とする蝶着手段36を取付けるために、前記掛止片7と蝶着手段36とが干渉しない位置に蝶着手段36の取付け用の穴11が穿孔されている。さらに、上辺9の一端部には、前記回転支持体18を取り付けるネジ35を挿通する穴45が穿孔されている。一方、フレームの下面となる片(以下、単に下片という)12の一端部には、上片9の回転支持体18を取り付けるネジ35を挿通する穴45と同一軸心となるように、前記回転支持体18を回転可能に取り付けるための軸穴13が穿孔されている。また、他端部には、前記回転支持部18の一部を収納するU字状の切り欠き部14が形成されている。くわしくは、前記フレーム6の下片12の他端部に、前記上片9と下片12とを連結している立部15とは反対側の下片12の一側端に開口を形成するようにU字状に切り欠かれた切り欠き部14が設けられている。

前記一対の筒体3,4は、前記掛止部材1の切り欠き部14内に遊嵌できる外径とされ、該一対の筒体3,4が起立した状態で前記扉Dの上端から床面までの高さより低くなる長さとされている。そして、かかる一対の筒体3,4の一方の筒体4が回転軸とされ、他方の筒体3が前記天板2を支持する支持部材4とされている。前記回転軸4の他端開口には、ネジ穴21が穿孔された円柱状の蓋体20が、他端開口よりやや突出するように、圧入されている。また、支持部材3の他端開口には、前記天板2の裏面に当接する当接部42を形成する円柱状の当接部材22が、前記蓋体20と同様に、他端開口からやや突出するように圧入されている。そして、前記支持部材3及び回転軸4のそれぞれの一端部近傍の外周の一部には、該筒体の軸心方向に長さを有する長穴23が穿孔されている。また、前記支持部材3及び回転軸4のそれぞれには、前記連結材25を固定するための連結ネジ27を挿通する貫通した一対のネジ挿通穴24が、該筒体3,4の軸心方向に所定の間隔を有し、且つ筒体3,4の軸心に直交するように穿孔されている。

前記一対の連結材25 ,25のそれぞれは、前記支持部材3及び回転軸4の外径より細い棒体で形成されている。かかる棒体25,25は、前記支持部材3と回転軸4との軸心間距離が前記フレーム6の下片12の軸穴13の中心と、切り欠き部14の中心との距離との距離と略同等となる長さとされており、両端面に該棒体25,25の軸心方向のネジ穴26が穿孔されている。そして、一対の連結材25,25の夫々は、連結ネジ27が前記支持部材3及び回転軸4のそれぞれのネジ挿通穴24を介して、前記連結材25のそれぞれの端面に穿孔したネジ穴26に螺嵌され、前記支持部材3と回転軸4とを連結している。つまり、前記一対の連結材25,25は、支持部材3及び回転軸4夫々の前記ネジ挿通穴24が対向するように支持部材3と回転軸4とを連結しているのである。

前記挿入部材28の一端面には、前記ローラー5を取付けるネジ穴29が穿孔されており、他端部近傍の外周面には、前記支持部材3及び回転軸4のそれぞれに蝶ネジ34で固定するための固定用ネジ穴30が前記挿入部材28の軸心と直交するように穿孔されている。
前記ローラー5は、回転自在な車輪31と、該車輪31が水平方向に回転自在に取付けられた回転座32と、該車輪31の回転軸と直交して前記回転座32に接合された取付用ネジ33とで構成されている。そして、かかるローラー5は、前記挿入部材28の一端面に穿孔されたネジ穴29に、ローラー5の取付け用ネジ33が螺嵌されて前記挿入部材28に取付けられている。
上記構成の一対のローラー体19,19の夫々は、前記支持部材3及び回転軸4である一対の筒体のそれぞれの一端開口から該筒体内に、該ローラー体19の挿入部材28が挿入され、前記支持部材3及び回転軸4のそれぞれの一端部近傍に穿孔された長穴23を介して、蝶ネジ34が前記挿入部材28の固定用ネジ穴30に螺嵌されて前記支持部材3及び回転軸4に固定されている。

かかる係着材37は、弾性を有する棒体をU字状に湾曲させたものである。詳しくは、棒体が前記回転支持体18の支持部材3の外径に対応した曲げ半径でU字状に曲げられ、さらにU字状に曲げられた棒体の両端部を小さな曲げ半径で外側に湾曲させたものである。
前記固定片38は、板材をL字状に屈曲して形成されたものであり、一方の片が、天板の裏面に当接して固定される当接固定片45となり、他方の片が前記係着材を支持する支持片43となり、前記当接固定片45には、木ネジ44を挿通する穴39が穿孔されている。そして、前記係着材37の軸心と前記固定片43とが平行をなすように、前記係着材37のU字の頂点近傍が前記支持片43の一端の一部に溶着されている。
図1に戻り、上記構成の位置決め部材8は、係着材37のU字開口の中心が前記回転支持体18の支持部材3の回転軌跡上に位置し、且つ前記掛止部材1側に位置するように、前記当接固定片45の穴に木ネジ44を挿通するとともに、天板2の裏面に螺嵌して該天板2の裏面の長手方向の中心線上に固定されている。
