本発明は、種々の電子機器に用いられるトランス用コア固定ホルダー及びトランスに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種のトランスの構造は、矩形板状の両端に一対の略直方体の凸状の磁脚を有し、中央に円柱状の中央磁脚を有する断面略E字形のコアを一対対向させて使用し、平板状の端子を設けた一対の直方体の端子台と銅線を巻いて環状としたコイルを埋設したリング部を直結したコイルボビンを、前記中央磁脚に挿通し、前記磁脚と中央磁脚により形成された空間に収納した後、対向している一対のコアをテープで固定するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、コア寸法が小さくなると、テープでのコアの固定がきわめて困難であり、作業効率が悪く、又、テープの厚さが外形寸法より大きくなり、薄形化の障害となっていた。又、コア固定用テープとして用いられるテープは、リフロー半田の熱に耐えられる耐熱性の高いポリイミド等が使用されるため、高価となる欠点があった。

従って、本発明の技術的課題は、作業効率がよく、安価で、かつ薄型化に対応できるトランス用コア固定ホルダー及びこれを用いたトランスを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、矩形状の基板の両端及び中央部に磁脚を有し、かつ四隅に山形状の突起を具備する一対のコアの磁脚側を合わせて形成される空間に、コイルを埋設し端子部に溝を具備したコイルボビンのコイル端子がコアの開放部に位置するよう前記中央部の磁脚に挿通して係合し、前記四隅に設けた山形状の突起部を固定してなるトランスにおいて、前記コア固定ホルダーは、前記形状の突起部に合う様に成形した1対のコア固定ばねが側面の継部で一体に成形され、該コア固定ホルダーが前記突起及び溝に係合してコアの保持及びコイルボビンの位置決めを行うことを特徴とするトランス用コア固定ホルダー及びそれを用いたトランスである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態について、図1〜図4を参照して説明する。

本発明のトランス用固定ホルダーは、図1に示すように、ばね性材による2個のコア固定ばね部1a、1bと湾曲した継部2を接続した構造となっており、コア固定ばね部1a、1bは、図4に示すコア7の山状の突起部3に合わせたコの字型成形部4とツメ部5及びM字型成形部6より構成されている。

図3に示すように、コの字型成形部4は2個のコア7の突起部3a、3bをツメ部5により加圧固定及び保持する事を目的としている。また、M字型成形部6はその突出部8により、モールドコイル9に設けた位置決め溝10の位置で、モールドコイル9を下方向におさえながら保持固定する。

又、コア固定ばね1a、1bをつなぐ湾曲した継部2でコア7の位置ずれを矯正して保持することとなる。

本発明によるコア固定ホルダーを使用してのトランスの組立は、▲1▼継部2を広げてコア7の側面部にはめ込む、▲2▼▲1▼と同時にコの字型成形部4のツメ部5を外側に広げコア7の突起部3a、3bに挿入しはめ込む。▲3▼▲2▼と同時にM字型成形部6の中央部に形成した突出部8を上方向に広げ、モールドコイル9の位置決め溝10に突出部8を合わせて固定して行なわれる。
