Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas stove such as a table stove, and more particularly to a gas stove that is provided with a gas amount adjusting mechanism and adjusts the thermal power during cooking.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the stove burner has been equipped with a heating power adjustment means to adjust the heating level, improving the ease of use during cooking, and the gas stove that prevents the burner's flame from scorching the handle of the cooking pan and the user's sleeve Roro is known.
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a front operation panel 37, a push-type operation button 36, a magnet safety valve 32 for opening and closing the fuel gas passage, and a main valve for opening and closing the fuel gas passage downstream thereof. 33, a spindle 38 that passes through the main valve 33 in the middle and pushes the magnet safety valve 32 at the tip, a needle valve 34 that adjusts the flow rate of the fuel gas to the combustion section 20 further downstream, and the needle valve 34 is operated. Then, a heating power adjustment lever 35 for adjusting the heating power of the burner flame 14 is provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional gas stove, the user may inadvertently hurt the pan handle or the sleeve of the clothes using the stove with a high heating power. In other words, since the adjustment of the thermal power is left to the user's visual judgment, it is erroneously determined that it is not necessary to notice or reduce the amount of gas, even though it is a small-diameter pan that originally needs to reduce the amount of gas. Then, it was used with high heat power, and the handle of the pot and the sleeve of the clothes could be broken.
An object of the gas stove according to the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a gas stove that reliably prevents the pan handle and the user's sleeve from being burnt.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gas stove of the present invention that solves the above-described problems includes a burner that burns fuel gas,
In a gas stove equipped with a thermal power adjusting means for adjusting the thermal power of the burner in a range from low to high ,
A pot diameter detecting means for detecting the size of the cooking pan is provided, and when the cooking pot is detected to be not more than a predetermined diameter by the pot diameter detecting means, the maximum value of the adjustment range of the heating power adjusting means is lowered to adjust the heating power. the range is summarized as further comprising a thermal limiting means that limits the range of up to a maximum lowered the from the low heat.
[0005]
The gas stove of the present invention having the above configuration detects the diameter of the cooking pan by the pan diameter detecting means, and if it is equal to or less than the predetermined diameter, the thermal power limiting means lowers the maximum value of the adjustment range of the thermal power adjusting means to Limit the adjustable range from low heat to the maximum lowered. For this reason, since a flame larger than necessary does not occur and the flame does not protrude greatly from the side of the pan, it is possible to prevent the handle of the pan and the sleeve of the clothes from being damaged.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to further clarify the configuration and operation of the present invention described above, a preferred embodiment of the heating cooker of the present invention will be described below.
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a gas stove as an embodiment.
The gas stove according to the present embodiment roughly includes an ignition unit 10 that performs an ignition operation and a combustion unit 20 that combusts fuel gas.
The ignition unit 10 includes a front operation panel 17, a push-type operation button 26, a magnet safety valve 12 that opens and closes a fuel gas passage, a main valve 13 that opens and closes a fuel gas passage downstream thereof, A spindle 28 that passes through the valve 13 in the middle and pushes the magnet safety valve 12 at the tip, a needle valve 24 that adjusts the flow rate of fuel gas to the combustion section 20 downstream, and a needle valve 24 that operates the needle valve 24 to control the burner flame. A thermal power adjusting lever 15 for adjusting thermal power is provided.
Further, the heating power adjustment lever 15 is provided with a stopper 22 for lowering the maximum value of the gas amount adjustment range, and the stopper 22 is interlocked by a pan diameter detection sensor 19 and an interlocking rod 23.
Further, the pan diameter detection sensor 19 is biased to a position above the virtues 11 by the spring 25, and is pushed downward at the bottom of the pan when the cooking pan 7 is placed on the virtues. Then, a pan diameter detection sensor 19 is connected to one end of the interlocking rod 23 that is pivotally supported by the fulcrum 3, and a stopper 22 that can be rotated is connected to the other end, and the vertical movement of the pan diameter detection sensor 19 is rotated by the stopper 22. Has been converted to dynamic.
[0007]
The combustion unit 20 includes a burner 29 that mixes fuel gas and primary air and burns it at the flame port, and a burner head 27 that is placed on the burner 29 and forms a flame port in the gap between the flame port of the burner 29, The nozzle 21 which injects fuel gas to the burner 29, the electrode 16 which ignites a mixed gas by applying a high voltage and discharging, and the thermocouple 18 which monitors the flame of the burner 29 are provided.
[0008]
The operation of automatic heating power adjustment when the cooking pan 7 is boiled will be described.
When the cooking pan 7 is placed on the gas stove and the diameter of the cooking pan 7 is larger than the predetermined diameter, the pan diameter detection sensor 19 is pushed down at the bottom of the cooking pan 7 as shown in FIG. Since the stopper 22 interlocked via the rod 23 is released from the thermal power adjustment lever 15, there is no restriction on the range of thermal power adjustment. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the heating power suitable for the large-diameter pan.
Further, even if the flame power adjustment lever 15 is adjusted to the maximum and the flame 14 of the burner 29 is increased, the pot 14 has a larger diameter than the predetermined diameter, so that the flame 14 does not overflow to the outer periphery of the pot.
[0009]
When the diameter of the cooking pan 7 is smaller than the predetermined diameter, the pan diameter detection sensor 19 is not in contact with the cooking pan 7 and is biased by the spring 25 as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 5, the thermal power adjustment lever 15 is in a state where the range of the thermal power adjustment is limited by the stopper 22. Accordingly, the heating power does not increase more than necessary, and the flame 14 does not overflow greatly even on a small-diameter pan.
[0010]
According to the embodiment of FIG. 1 described above, the pot diameter detection sensor 19 that detects a predetermined pot diameter and causes a predetermined displacement, and the stopper 22 that limits the adjustment range linked to the pot diameter detection sensor 19 are heated. It is possible to prevent the flame from overflowing to the outer periphery of the pan with a simple mechanism such as the adjustment lever 15.
That is, the adjustment range of the heating power adjusting lever 15 is normally limited by the stopper 22, and when the cooking pan 7 having a predetermined diameter or more is set on the stove, the pan diameter detection sensor 19 is pushed down at the bottom of the pan for the first time. 22 is released.
[0011]
Further, since the spring 25 only returns the pan diameter detection sensor 19 and the stopper 22 to the initial state, a small load may be used, and an automatic return type configuration as in this embodiment is possible. Therefore, it is safe because the user can save time and effort for resetting the next use, and the user can be surely prevented from inadvertently making mistakes.
Also, when the large-diameter pan during cooking that is burning strongly is removed, the pan-diameter detection sensor 19 is pushed up by the spring 25, and the stopper 22 interlocked with the interlocking rod 23 is rotated to automatically activate the thermal power adjustment lever 15. Therefore, the flame 14 is small and safe because it is focused on medium-fired combustion.
Further, it goes without saying that it can be used without difficulty for fried foods such as frying pans by providing a manual release device (not shown) of the stopper 22 manually.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. For example, the pan diameter detecting means may use an optical sensor or a magnetic sensor. Needless to say, the present invention can be implemented in various forms within the scope of the above.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the gas stove of the present invention, the pan diameter detecting means and the heating power limiting means are provided to eliminate the overflow of the flame and to burn the pan handle and the sleeve of the user's clothes. It has an excellent effect that can be reliably prevented.
