本発明は、自動車用空調機器に使用する、ヒーターコントロール伝達装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のヒーターコントロール伝達装置としては、図3Aに示すカム方式、図3Bに示すラックピニオン方式、図3Cに示す傘歯車方式がある。

これら従来方式にはそれぞれ下記の欠点がある。

(1)縦置きのコントロールとしてのカム方式は、ケーブルストロークがリニア性を欠いでいた。

(2)横置きのコントロールとしてのラックピニオン方式、傘歯車方式はいずれもスペースが大きくなり、場所をとるという欠点があった。

(3)実公昭57−46648号に見られる揺動片7は揺動軸13を有するので装置の小型化が不可能である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来例の欠点を解決することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のヒーターコントロール伝達装置は、上記目的を達成するための手段として下記の構成を具えている。

(1)ダイヤルノブ1とパネル2を介して係合されるシャフト部1aの先端に外歯車4を形成し、該外歯車4と係合する揺動片5を設け、該揺動片5にケーブル8のケーブル取付け部5aを設けたこと。

(2)ダイヤルノブ1とパネル2を介して係合されるシャフト部1aをランプボックス3により支持し、前記シャフト部1aの先端に外歯車4を形成して該外歯車4の垂直な座面4bをランプボックス3の爪3dにより係合支持し、また前記外歯車4と係合する揺動片5を設け、該揺動片5は揺動軸の軸点を持たないでランプボックス3のガイド3e上を揺動し、かつ該揺動片5にケーブル8のケーブル取付部5aを設けたこと。

図1Aは本発明実施の1例を示す縦断面図、図1Bは組立状態を示す分解図、図1Cは要部裏面斜視図である。また図2Aは本発明実施の1例を示すパネル正面図、図2Bは同じくパネル側面図、図2Cは同じくパネル背面図である。

図中1はダイヤルノブで、パネル2を介してシャフト部1aと係合される。シャフト部1aはパネル2に固定されるランプボックス3の筒状部3bにより支持される。ランプボックス3の一部に軸方向のハウジング3aを形成してスプリング7を介してボール6を内蔵する。シャフト部1aの先端には外歯車4とクリック4aが形成せられていてクリック4aはボール6と対接して外歯車4の回転時にクリック感を発生する。外歯車4の垂直座面4bに係合する爪3dがランプボックス3から突設されていて外歯車4を係合支持する。5は揺動片であって前記外歯車4とかみ合いランプボックス3のガイド3e上を回転してケーブル取付け部5aにおいてケーブル8を取付ける。5b,5cは揺動片5の爪でランプボックス3の凹所にそれぞれ係合して内歯車5の回動を規制する。

上記構成において、ランプボックス3のハウジング3aにスプリング7およびボール6を取り付け、筒状部3bに外歯車4のシャフト部1aを差し込み、揺動片5を組み合わせる。次でケーブル8をケーブル取り付け部5aに取り付け、ダイヤルノブ1を回転させることによりケーブルストロークをコントロールし、空調システム装置のリンクを作動させ、風量調節又は風向きを調整させるものである。

なお、必要に応じて、揺動片5の歯車部は円弧状でなく直線形状とすることもある。

【発明の効果】
本発明により奏せられる効果は次の通りである。

(1)ケーブルストロークがダイヤルノブ1の回転に比例してリニア性が得られる。

(2)揺動片5と外歯車4を組合わせ、揺動片5をランプボックス3の垂直面3cに取付けたので、縦置きのコントロールになり、スペースは小さくなり、場所をとらない。

(3)コントロールが小型化され、重量も軽くなり、コスト低減につながった。
