【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明請求項1記載の防護柵は、地表に立設された支柱の上端に取付具を介して水平ビームが左右方向にそれぞれ取着された防護柵に於いて、取付具は、支柱の上端に取付けられたキャップ部とこのキャップ部の上部に枢着された載置部とから構成され、載置部は、幅に対して左右方向が長くなされ、その左右両端部に透孔が穿設されてボルト孔となされると共に、載置部上面に水平ビーム外形と同形の稜線が幅方向に形成され、且つ前記ボルト孔はその中心が前記稜線上に位置するようにして穿設され、この稜線から載置部の左右方向中央と左右の縁部に向かって凹部が広がるように載置部の左右方向中央と左右の縁部とに至る勾配がそれぞれ形成され、この載置部の稜線上に左右の水平ビームのそれぞれの端部が載置取着されたもので、水平ビームと取付具が水平方向垂直方向ともに角度を変えて取着できるので、隣合う水平ビーム同士を角度を付けて接続することができ、平面視非直線状に、又、勾配を付けて防護柵を設置することが容易にできる。
