【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、化粧品原料として有用な、ビタミン類を含む生理活性物質の安定化に関するもので、特にこれらのカプセル入りジェル化粧品としての利用に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、化粧品にはその用途、趣旨に応じて種々様々の態様のものが存在するがその保存性、配合成分の共存性、商品体裁などから、その主成分に加えて界面活性剤、香料や着色料などが添加されており、化粧品本来の有する用途、趣旨から外れる成分添加が成されており、好ましいものではなかった。
また、ビタミンＡ、Ｅ、Ｃなど化粧品として有用なビタミン類は、空気や紫外線の影響により分解することは周知の通りであり、化粧剤成分としてのその使用においてその防止に腐心を施す必要があった。
なお、特公平５ー８５５２２号公報には、油溶性成分とその溶媒を含む油層を包含したカプセルおよび該油層を包含したカプセルを覆う水溶性成分とその溶媒を含む水層からなる化粧料、あるいはその逆からなる化粧料から構成されるカプセル状化粧料を、圧搾ノズル機構を有する容器に充填されている化粧品が開示されている。また、特開平８ー１７５９３２号公報には、ファンデーション用粉末材料を有効成分とする組成物から成り且つ表面部のみが皮膜となった小キャビア状で易擦壊性のカプセルと、保湿剤を有効成分とする組成物からなりかつ表面部のみが皮膜となった小キャビア状で易擦壊性のカプセルと、ジェル状粘稠液との混合物を容器内に収容したファンデーション化粧品が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明者らは、上述に則りビタミン類の一つであるレチノールをカプセルに含ませ使用したが、空気や紫外線などの影響を受けて壊れ易く、このままでは化粧品として問題があること認めた。
本発明者らは鋭意検討の結果、レチノールをカプセルに入れ、ジェル成分にプラセンタエキス及び紫外線吸収剤その他成分を配合すれば、レチノールが壊れることなく、安定に存在することを知見したのである。
本発明はレチノールのみではなく、空気酸化や紫外線に弱いビタミンＣやビタミンＥなどにも応用できる。
ここに使用するプラセンタは、カプセル表皮を完全にすりつぶし、残渣が無くなるので、ザラザラ感の残らない、使用感の良い、フレッシュな化粧品を提供するのに役立つばかりか、芳香族アミノ酸に由来するＵＶ吸収すなわちλ_max＝２７５ｎｍ付近に極大吸収を有し、ＵＶ−Ｂ領域の光をカットし、ＵＶ−Ｂに由来するレチノールの分解や肌の炎症を防止できるので、他の紫外線吸収剤（ＵＶ−Ａ領域に吸収を有する紫外線吸収剤）との配合によって更に効果が高まるのである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的達成のため、請求項１に記載の発明は、少なくともレチノール、プラセンタエキスを主成分とし、当該レチノールをコラーゲンより成るカプセル内に封入し、一方当該プラセンタエキス及びビタミンＣ、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムの内１つ以上の成分をジェルに配合し、これらをエアーポンプ及びディスペンサーを有する容器に密封して成ることを特徴とする。
この発明においては、カプセル内に閉じ込められたレチノールとジェルに配合されたプラセンタエキス及びビタミンＣ、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムの内１つ以上の成分とが、使用の度に容器のディスペンサー部分でカプセルがはじけて成分が混合され、当該成分の安定化が図られ、常にフレッシュな化粧剤が使用し得る。
また、当該プラセンタエキスにはＵＶ−Ｂ吸収作用が認められるので、レチノール成分の安定化の一翼を担い、紫外線吸収化粧品としての作用効果が高まる。
なおまた、上記ジェルにはビタミンＣ、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムの内１つ以上の成分を含むので、抗炎症作用、抗アレルギー作用、コラーゲンの生成・皮膚色素の異常沈着の抑制作用効果などを増加させることができる。

また、請求項２に記載の発明は、前記ジェル内に、ＵＶカット及び／又はＵＶ吸収剤を混入して成ることを特徴とする。
この発明においては、ジェル内に、ＵＶカット及び／又はＵＶ吸収剤を混入したので、当該レチノール成分の安定化が図れるばかりでなく、紫外線吸収化粧品としての作用効果が高まる。

また、請求項３に記載の発明は、前記コラーゲンより成るカプセルに上記レチノールを充填し、プラセンタエキスを含むジェルに２０日〜４０日エイジング後に使用することを特徴とする。
この発明においては、レチノールを充填したカプセルをプラセンタエキスを含むジェルに一定時間エイジングしたので、プラセンタエキスの成分と相まって、当該化粧品使用時に、化粧品を手や顔で強くこすらなくとも、カプセル表皮が残存せず、手に馴染みザラザラ感が残らない。これはプラセンタエキスに含まれる種々様々な酵素などに起因するものと思われる。

また、請求項４に記載の発明は、前記コラーゲンより成るカプセルは、液体及び／又は気体を遮断することを特徴とする。
この発明においては、カプセルによりカプセル内成分の空気酸化などを防止し、カプセル内のレチノールとカプセル外のジェルに配合されるプラセンタエキスなどの成分とが使用直前まで混ざり合うことがない。

また、請求項５に記載の発明は、前記プラセンタエキスは、蛋白分解酵素処理し、抽出して得られることを特徴とする。
この発明においては、前記請求項３に記載の発明と相俟って、当該化粧品使用時に、化粧品を手や顔で強くこすらなくとも、カプセル表皮が残存せず、手に馴染みザラザラ感が残らない。

また、請求項６に記載の発明は、前記レチノールは、酢酸レチノール、パルミチン酸レチノール等のレチノール類の内の１つであることを特徴とする。
この発明においては、レチノールを幅広く使用し得る。

また、請求項７に記載の発明は、前記カプセル内に、上記レチノールに加えて油溶性甘草エキスを成分としたことを特徴とする。
この発明においては、油溶性甘草エキスを加えたので、抗チロシナーゼ活性作用（美白作用）効果、活性酸素除去作用効果を増加させることができる。

この発明は、上記主要成分にこれらの成分を加えたので、本発明の目的をより具体的に達成することが可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の好適な実施形態を詳細に説明する。
尚、以下に述べる実施形態は、本発明の好適な具体例であるから、技術的に好ましい種々の限定が付されているが、本発明の範囲は、以下の説明において特に本発明を限定する旨の記載がない限り、これらの態様に限られるものではない。

本発明の要旨は、化粧品成分の一つに小じわへの効果が期待されるレチノールを使用し、その安定性を確保したものである。即ち、ビタミンＣやビタミンＥと同様に空気や紫外線などの影響を受け易く、不安定で壊れ易いレチノールをコラーゲンから成るカプセルに閉じ込めることにより、その安定性を確保し、さらにまた当該カプセル周りに配したジェルには、紫外線をカット・吸収する成分を混入して製品化したものである。レチノールは角質層の保湿性を高め、肌を柔軟にして、保水能力を高めるもので、結果的にシワの改善につながるものである。なおまた、レチノールにはアンチエイジング（抗老化）作用があることにも着目したものである。

上記レチノールはビタミンＡ類であり、粘膜の異常乾燥と変性・角化・損傷・眼球乾燥症及び角膜軟化症を改善し、疾病に対する抵抗力を増す作用効果を有する。また表皮組織の代謝に重要な役割を有しており、皮膚や粘膜の表皮細胞の保護作用を有する。この欠乏は、皮脂線・汗腺の萎縮を来し、脂肪の分泌が抑制され、発汗も低下するので、皮膚は乾燥し、表皮は肥厚し硬くさめ肌になったり、皮溝が深くなってしわがよって見えたりする。ビタミンＡ類には、ビタミンＡアセタート、ビタミンＡ酢酸エステル、ビタミンＡパルミチン酸エステル、ビタミンＡパルミタート、ビタミンＡ油など各種あり、乾性又は角化性の皮膚、特に毛のうに同様の変化を持つ一連の皮膚病の治療に用いられる。即ち、角化症として魚鱗癬、掌蹠角化腫、毛のう変化として、毛孔性苔癬など毛のう性角化と共に、ニキビの治療などにも用いられている。従って、このレチノールを配合する本化粧剤は、皮膚の改善を初めこれらの改善作用がみられ、またアンチエイジング作用も見られる。

前記のコラーゲンから成るカプセル内には油溶性のレチノールの他に、抗チロシナーゼ活性作用、即ち美白作用や活性酸素除去作用を有する油溶性の甘草エキスを封入し、その周りのジェルには水溶性のプラセンタエキス、ビタミンＣを配合している。このプラセンタエキスは、蛋白分解酵素処理し、抽出して得られるプラセンタエキス（３）（化粧品種別配合成分規格追補ＩＩ、平成１１年４月発行）を主に使用するが、その他のプラセンタエキスも使用し得るものである。この成分作用により、当該化粧品使用時に、化粧品を手や顔で強くこすらなくとも、カプセル表皮が残存せず、手に馴染みザラザラ感が残らない。また、当該プラセンタエキスは、保湿効果、色素沈着防止、メラニン形成阻害作用、皮膚柔軟化作用、シミ・ソバカスの改善作用、小じわ・肌荒れ改善作用、しわの予防、抹消血流障害の改善作用などがみられる。

前記コラーゲンより成るカプセルに上記レチノールを充填し、プラセンタエキスを含むジェルに２０日〜４０日エイジング後に使用する。これにより当該化粧品使用時に、化粧品を手や顔で強くこすらなくとも、カプセル表皮が残存せず、手に馴染みザラザラ感が残らない。

また、前記コラーゲンより成るカプセルは、液体及び／又は気体を遮断させてカプセル内のレチノールとカプセル外のジェルに配合されるプラセンタエキスなどの成分とが使用直前まで混ざり合うことがないようにする。

また、ビタミンＣには、ビタミンＣジパルミチン酸エステル、ビタミンＣステアラート、ビタミンＣパルミチン酸エステル、ビタミンＣパルミタートなどの各種があり、コラーゲンの生成、皮膚色素の異常沈着の抑制、即ちメラニン除去やその生成防止作用などがみられる。なおまた、ビタミンＥには、ビタミンＥアセタートなどがあり、光感作による紅班抑制などが見られる。

人体に有害な紫外線の態様としては、皮膚の黒化に関するＵＶ−Ａと皮膚の炎症に関するＵＶ−Ｂがあり、一日の地表到達量はＵＶ−Ａの方がやや多いものの、年間各月毎に上記ＵＶ−Ａ及びＵＶ−Ｂ共にほぼ比例的にそそがれている。上記プラセンタエキスには、このＵＶ−Ｂ領域の光を吸収し、ＵＶ−Ｂを防止する作用が認められ、単独でまたはこれにＵＶ−Ａ防止成分、例えばジベンゾイルメタン誘導体たる、４ーｔｅｒｔ−ブチルー４’ーメトキシジベンゾイルメタン（商品名：Ｐａｒｓｏｌ１７８９、五協産業（株））やベンゾフェノン誘導体たる、テトラヒドロキシベンゾフェノン（商品名：ＵｖｉｎｕｌＤ−５０など、ＵＶ−Ｂ吸収作用効果もあり）を有する成分とを併合して使用する。
なお、またＵＶーＢ吸収剤の代表的な成分である、桂皮酸誘導体であるパラメトキシケイ皮酸２ーエチルヘキシル（商品名：ＰａｒｓｏｌＭＣＸ、五協産業（株））などを、上記プラセンタエキスに加えて使用すれば、より効果的である。
これらＵＶ吸収剤は、上記レチノールに対していわば生贄的に犠牲となり、これによりレチノールのＵＶカット効果が増大するものである。
なお、紫外線吸収剤としては、上記のものの他に、ＵＶ−Ａ及びＵＶ−Ｂ吸収剤として、ベンゾフェノン誘導体たるヒドロキシメトキシベンゾフェノンスルホン酸、ヒドロキシメトキシベンゾフェノンスルホン酸ナトリウム、ジヒドロキシジメトキシベンゾフェノン、２ーヒドロキシー４ーメトキシベンゾフェノンがあり、またＵＶ−Ｂ吸収剤として、ＰＡＢＡ誘導体たるパラジメチルアミノ安息香酸２ーエチルヘキシル、パラジメチルアミノ安息香酸アミル、パラアミノ安息香酸グリセリル、桂皮酸誘導体たるシノキサート、サンガードＢ、サリチル酸誘導体たるサリチル酸オクチル、サリチル酸ホモメンチル、サリチル酸フェニルなどが周知であり、何れも使用し得るものである。

添付の図１において、１は本発明の化粧品容器を示し、２は１の化粧品容器１内の下部に設けられるエアーポンプであり、また３は同様に化粧品容器１内の上部の化粧品供給口近傍に設けられたディスペンサーである。上記の化粧品容器１内に封入される化粧品成分は、コラーゲンから成るカプセル４内には本化粧品の主要成分の一つであるレチノールが封入されており、またその周りに施されるジェル５には紫外線吸収剤が混入されており、また一方の主要成分であるプラセンタエキスおよび甘草エキスが配合されている。
なお、図中、６はキャップを、また７はスライドする仕切り円板を示す。なおまた、本発明における上記カプセル４は、ほぼ真円状の球体であるが、カプセルの形状は問わないものである。

本発明の上記構成により、これらの主要成分は、上記カプセル４で分けられることにより、上述のように化粧品原料として有用な生理活性物質の安定が図られ、使用の際に初めてこれら成分が混合され、肌にすばやくなじみ、初期の目的を達成することができる。上記これらの成分は、エアーポンプ２とディスペンサー３を内蔵する容器１内に封入されており、使用の毎にディスペンサー３部分でカプセルがはじけ壊れて、混合されるものである。
本発明においては、上述のように成分の安定化に成功したので、界面活性剤を含まず、紫外線を防止し、また香料や着色料も使用せず、無添加自然化粧品として、人体に極めて安全な化粧品である。
なお、本発明においては、上述のようにコラーゲンより成り、液体・気体を遮断するカプセルにより主要成分を分けたので、主要成分が水溶性の物であったり、油溶性のものであっても不具合がない。
なおまた、本発明における技術は光や空気酸化に弱いビタミンＣやビタミンＥなどにも応用できるものである。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、本発明によれば、主要成分をカプセルにより分けたので、化粧品成分が安定し、使用の際に初めて容器内のディスペンサー部分でカプセルがはじけ壊れるので、いつでもフレッシュな化粧品を使用し得る効果がある。
また、本発明は紫外線カット、吸収成分を混入して成るので、化粧品成分が安定するばかりでなく、紫外線吸収化粧品としての作用効果が高まる。
さらにまた、使用時にカプセル表皮が手や顔に残ることがない。

また、請求項１に記載の発明によれば、少なくともレチノール、プラセンタエキスを主成分とし、当該レチノールをコラーゲンより成るカプセル内に封入し、一方当該プラセンタエキス及びビタミンＣ、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムの内１つ以上の成分をジェルに配合し、これらをエアーポンプ及びディスペンサーを有する容器に密封したので、カプセル内に閉じ込められたレチノールとジェルに配合されたプラセンタエキス及びビタミンＣ、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムの内１つ以上の成分とが、使用の度にディスペンサー部分でカプセルがはじけて成分が混合され、常にフレッシュな化粧剤が使用し得る。
また、当該プラセンタエキスにはＵＶ−Ｂ吸収作用が認められるので、レチノール成分の安定につながり、紫外線吸収化粧品としての作用効果が高まる。なおまた、上記ジェルにはビタミンＣ、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムの内１つ以上の成分を含むので、抗炎症作用、抗アレルギー作用、コラーゲンの生成・皮膚色素の異常沈着の抑制作用効果などを増加させることができる。

また、請求項２に記載の発明によれば、前記ジェル内に、ＵＶカット及び／又はＵＶ吸収剤を混入したので、当該成分の安定化が図れるばかりでなく、紫外線吸収化粧品としての作用効果が高まる。

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The inventors of the present invention used retinol, which is one of vitamins, in a capsule according to the above description. However, the present inventors have found that it is easy to break under the influence of air, ultraviolet rays, etc., and there is a problem as a cosmetic product as it is.
As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have found that retinol can be stably present without being broken if retinol is put in a capsule and a placenta extract and a UV absorber and other components are added to the gel component.
The present invention can be applied not only to retinol but also to vitamin C and vitamin E which are susceptible to air oxidation and ultraviolet rays.
