Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a massage machine for treatment by mechanical stimulation such as hitting a living body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a massage machine of this kind, there is a massage machine that gives a mechanical stimulus to a human body shoulder, back, waist, etc. by holding the main body by hand and performing treatments such as stiff shoulders and back pain. For example, it is a “massage device” described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-1929. 7 and 8 are schematic cross-sectional views of the main part of such a massage machine.
[0003]
In FIG. 7, a yoke plate 51 is attached to the frame 50, a coil 52 is disposed in the yoke plate 51, and a core 53 is fixed to the frame 50 inside the coil 52. A plunger 60 is movably inserted into the inner space of the coil 52, and the yoke plate 51, the coil 52 and the plunger 60 constitute a solenoid. A hitting ball 70 as a treatment member is attached to one end (tip) of the plunger 60, and the hitting ball 70 is covered with a cushion 71. A locking plate 61 is attached to the other end portion (rear end portion) of the plunger 60, and an elastic body 80 having a plurality of protrusions 81 is attached to the end portion of the yoke plate 51 facing the locking plate 61. Yes. A spring 55 is inserted into the plunger 60 between the frame 50 and the hitting ball 70.
[0004]
In this massage machine, normally, the locking plate 61 of the plunger 60 slightly contacts the protrusion 81 of the elastic body 80 by the urging force of the spring 55. When massage is performed, the main body is held by hand and the hitting ball 70 is applied to a predetermined part. Then, the plunger 60 is retracted into the solenoid, and the state is as shown in FIG. When the power is turned on, a pulse voltage is applied to the solenoid. When a voltage is applied, the solenoid is excited, and the plunger 60 jumps out of the solenoid by electromagnetic force, resulting in a state as shown in FIG. When no voltage is applied, the hitting ball 70 is pushed by the human body part, and the state returns to the state shown in FIG. By repeating such an operation, a mechanical stimulus “tapping” is applied to the human body part.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, an elastic body 80 is interposed between the locking plate 61 and the corresponding end portion of the yoke plate 51. This is because the locking plate 61 is attached to the yoke plate 51 when the solenoid is excited. This is to prevent the impact sound and impact from being generated by directly colliding with the end portion, and in order to effectively relieve the collision between the locking plate 61 and the end portion of the yoke plate 51, the elastic body 80 has a protrusion. 81.
[0006]
In order to further enhance the buffering effect of the protrusion 81, in the “massage device” described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-76152, the protrusion amount of the protrusion 81 in the axial direction is set to three or more steps, for example, a protrusion having a large protrusion amount. 4, 4 middle protrusions and 8 small protrusions. According to this, the locking plate 61 first comes into contact with the protrusion having a large protrusion amount, and the impact force is quickly relieved. Then, the impact force is further relieved by the protrusion in the protrusion amount, and then the protrusion having a small protrusion amount. The movement of the locking piece 61 stops.
[0007]
However, since the collision between the locking plate 61 and the protrusion is stepwise, the hitting operation of the hitting ball 70 attached to the tip of the plunger 60 is also stepwise, and the feel during treatment is that of the masseur. There is a problem that is very different. Even if the protrusion amount of the protrusion 81 is three or more, the metal sound when the locking plate 61 collides with the end of the yoke plate 51 can be eliminated, but the unpleasant striking sound generated during treatment is fundamentally reduced. There is a problem that cannot be solved.
[0008]
This invention was made paying attention to such a problem, and it aims at providing the massage machine which can make the touch at the time of treatment approach the masseur's thing, and can suppress an annoying striking sound.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the object, a massage machine according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a plunger having a treatment member for treating a predetermined living body part at one end and a locking member at the other end, and the plunger. A plurality of electromagnetic mechanisms that reciprocate the actuator, and a plunger engaging member and an end of the electromagnetic mechanism facing the engaging member, to alleviate the collision of the engaging member with the end of the electromagnetic mechanism. A projection member provided with a plurality of protrusions, wherein the protrusion of the buffer member obliquely intersects the axial direction of the plunger, and an inclined surface that is formed by the ridge line and obliquely intersects the axial direction. It is characterized by having.
[0010]
In this massage machine, since the protrusion of the buffer member has the above-mentioned specific shape, that is, the protrusion has a stepless protrusion amount, when the plunger locking plate collides with the end of the electromagnetic mechanism, The movement of the plate is continuously received, and the locking plate stops smoothly. As a result, the operation of the treatment member at the tip of the plunger becomes smooth, the treatment feel is equivalent to that of a masseur, and the impact sound when the locking plate collides with the end of the electromagnetic mechanism is also effectively absorbed. Uncomfortable striking sound during treatment is suppressed.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments.
A side view of the massage machine according to the embodiment is shown in FIG. 1, a front view thereof is shown in FIG. 2, and a plan view (top view) is shown in FIG. This massage machine is composed of a main body portion 1 that also serves as a grip portion held by a hand, and a head portion 2 that performs a treatment operation of hitting a predetermined part of a human body. A hitting ball (treatment member) 31 that reciprocates (striking operation) is attached to the head portion 2. The main body 1 is provided with a strong / weak / off switch 5 and a speed switch 6, and the switching force of the hitting ball 31 can be switched by the switch 5. It can be adjusted slowly.
[0012]
The head unit 2 incorporates a hitting mechanism as shown in FIG. A yoke plate 11 is fixed to a frame 10 attached to the housing of the head portion 2, and a hollow bobbin 13 around which a coil 12 is wound is disposed in the yoke plate 11. In the hollow of the hollow bobbin 13, the core 14 is fixed to the frame 10, the plunger 20 is movably inserted, and the forward movement of the plunger 20 is restricted by the core 14. The yoke plate 11, the coil 12, and the plunger 20 constitute a solenoid.
[0013]
An attachment 30 having a hitting ball (treatment member) 31 is detachably attached to one end (tip) of the plunger 20, and the hitting ball 31 is covered with a cushion 32. A locking plate 21 is attached to the other end (rear end) of the plunger 20, and a buffer member 40 having a plurality of protrusions 41 a and 41 b is integrated with the locking plate 21. A spring 15 is inserted into the plunger 20 between the frame 10 and the attachment 30. Under normal conditions, the plunger 20 is urged forward by the urging force of the spring 15, and the protrusion 41a of the buffer member 40 is connected to the yoke plate. 11 is lightly contacted with the end portion (see the state of FIG. 4).
[0014]
The buffer member 40 has a form as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, for example. The shock-absorbing member 40 of FIG. 5 has a plurality (four in this case) of triangular trapezoidal protrusions 41b and a plurality (here, twelve) of conical protrusions 41a in order to enhance the impact absorbing effect. The protrusions 41b are provided at equiangular (90 °) intervals from the center of the buffer member 40, and three protrusions 41a are provided between the protrusions 41b and 41b. The protrusion 41b has a ridge line 43 that obliquely intersects the axial direction of the plunger 20, and a flat inclined surface 44 that is formed by the ridge line 43 and obliquely intersects the axial direction. In the form shown in FIG. 5, there are eight ridgelines 43 with different lengths and inclination angles, and there are six inclined surfaces 44 with different shapes, areas, and inclination angles. In addition, the hole 42 for inserting the plunger 20 is formed in the center of the buffer member 40, and here, the protrusion 41a slightly protrudes from the protrusion 41b (see FIG. 4).
[0015]
Similarly, the buffer member 40 of FIG. 6 has twelve conical protrusions 41a and four triangular trapezoidal protrusions 41b '. The protrusion 41 b ′ also has a ridge line 43 that obliquely intersects the axial direction of the plunger 20, and a flat inclined surface 44 that is formed by the ridge line 43 and obliquely intersects the axial direction. Here, there are five ridge lines 43 with different lengths and inclination angles, and there are four inclined surfaces 44 with different shapes, areas, and inclination angles.
[0016]
A massage machine with a built-in hitting mechanism as shown in FIG. 4 holds the main body 1 by hand and applies the hitting balls 31 of the head 2 to a predetermined part (shoulder, back, waist, etc.) of the human body. Then, the plunger 20 in the state of FIG. 4 in the normal state moves backward against the urging force of the spring 15, and the protrusion 41 a of the buffer member 40 moves away from the end of the yoke plate 11.
[0017]
Here, when the changeover switch 5 is turned on (strong or weak), a pulse voltage is applied to the coil 12 and the solenoid is excited. That is, when a pulse voltage is applied, the plunger 20 moves forward by electromagnetic force and comes into contact with the core 14, and the protrusions 41 a and 41 b of the buffer member 40 collide with the end of the yoke plate 11. At this time, since the protrusions 41a and 41b are recessed, the impact of the locking plate 21 on the yoke plate 11 is reduced. Further, the hit ball 31 hits a predetermined portion by the plunger 20 moving forward with maximum force.
[0018]
When the pulse voltage is not applied, the solenoid is not excited and the hitting ball 31 is pushed by the human body part, so that the plunger 20 returns to the state before the pulse voltage is applied. Next, when the pulse voltage is applied again, the plunger 20 moves forward as described above, and the hitting ball 31 performs the hitting operation. By repeating such an operation, the hitting operation by the hitting ball 31 is continued.
[0019]
Since the protrusion 41b of the buffer member 40 has the specific shape shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 during the hitting operation, the movement of the locking plate 21 of the plunger 20 compared to the conventional case where the protrusion amount of the protrusion is three or more. However, the protrusion 41b and the protrusion 41a stop more smoothly due to the synergistic action. Thereby, operation | movement of the hit ball 31 of the front-end | tip part of the plunger 20 becomes smooth, and the massage feel equivalent to the feel of the massage which a masseur performs is obtained. Moreover, since the movement of the locking plate 21 smoothly stops, the impact sound between the locking plate 21 and the end of the yoke plate 11 is effectively absorbed, and the continuous striking sound generated during treatment is suppressed.
[0020]
In the massage machine of the above embodiment, the buffer member 40 is provided integrally with the locking plate 21 of the plunger 20, but may be provided at the end of the yoke plate 11, or the locking plate 21 and the yoke plate 11 may be provided. The location where the buffer member 40 is provided is not limited as long as it can alleviate the collision.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the massage machine of the present invention, since the protrusion of the buffer member has a specific shape, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The movement of the locking plate of the plunger is continuously received by the protrusions of a specific shape, and the locking plate stops smoothly, so the operation of the treatment member at the tip of the plunger is also smooth, and the treatment feel is massaged It will be equivalent to that of the teacher.
(2) The impact sound when the locking plate collides with the end of the electromagnetic mechanism is effectively absorbed, and unpleasant impact sound during treatment is suppressed.
