上記従来の洗眼器は、電動式であるため、又構造が複雑化するため高価とならざるを得ない。
本発明は手動の洗眼器であって構造が簡易であり、操作も又容易であるよう設けたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第1の手段として縦筒部2下端面を、下方へ張出す逆ドーム状弾性底壁3で閉塞すると共に、該弾性底壁中心部から、上端部内面に係合突条5を有する保持筒4を起立する基筒1と、
上記縦筒部2の上部内面へ水密に嵌合させた差込み筒12上端から、上外方へ拡開する当て筒13を起立すると共に、上記差込み筒下端の底板14中心部から下端を膨大部15とした連結棒16を垂下させて、その膨大部15を上記係合突条5下面へ係合させて保持筒の筒孔下部内へ抜出し不能に嵌合させ、
又上記底板14の外周部に数箇の長孔17をほぼ等間隔に穿設することで、底板中央部14a の外周面と、差込み筒下端の内周面とが、等間隔をおいて同一周方向へ突出するほぼ同長の弾性螺条片18両端で連結された形状に設けた主部材11とからなり、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面について説明すると、本発明洗眼器は、基筒と該基筒に組付けた主部材とからなる。
基筒1は、縦筒部2下端面を下方へ張出す逆ドーム状弾性底壁3で閉塞し、又その底壁中心部から保持筒4を起立する。該保持筒は後述連結棒を嵌合させるもので、上端内面に係合突条5を周設している。

主部材11は、上記縦筒部2の上部内面へ水密に嵌合させた差込み筒12上端から上外方へ拡開する当て筒13を起立し、又差込み筒下端の底板14中心部から、下端を膨大部15とする連結棒16を垂下させて、その膨大部を上記保持筒4内へ、該膨大部上面を係合突条5下面へ係合させて抜出し不能に嵌合させている。該嵌合は強制押込みにより行えばよい。

上記底板14は、図2が示すようにその外周部に複数の長孔17を穿設させることで、その底板の外周部を除く底板中央部14a と差込み筒12下端の内周面とが、同一周方向へ突出する、ほぼ同長の数箇の弾性螺条片18でほぼ等間隔に連結された形状に形成し、よって底板中央部14a は、各弾性螺条片18の弾性に抗して、差込み筒12下端に対して上下動可能に形成する。図示例にあっては三箇の長孔17と三箇の螺条片18とを有するが、それぞれ二箇宛、ないし四箇宛であってもよい。
既述基筒1と主部材11とは、弾性を有する合成樹脂材で成形している。

上記の洗眼器は、例えば次のように使用することが出来る。基筒1および主部材11内に洗浄水を入れ、当て筒13上端を眼の周囲に押し付け、弾性底壁3中央部を上下動させると、連結棒16が底板中央部14a と共に上下動することで洗浄水全体が攪拌され、よってその攪拌された水により眼を洗浄することが出来る。尚弾性底壁3押上げにより洗眼器内は加圧され、又復元によりその加圧状態は解消されることとなるが、当て筒上端一部に通気溝19を穿設しておくことでその加圧化を防止できる。その溝を設けない場合は顔面への当て筒13上端の圧接を、一部離して行うことが出来る。その溝を設けた場合はその溝から洗浄水が漏れないよう注意し乍ら上記洗眼を行うこととなる。

【発明の効果】
本願は既述構成とするものであり、縦筒部2の下端面を、下方へ張出す逆ドーム状弾性底壁3で閉塞すると共に、主部材11の差込み筒下端の底板14の外周部を、該外周部に数箇の長孔17を穿設することで、底板中央部の外周面と差込み筒下端内周面とが、等間隔をおいて、同一周方向へ突出するほぼ同長の弾性螺条片18両端で連結された形状に形成したから、縦筒部2の上部内面に差込み筒12を水密に嵌合させておき、底板14中心から垂設した連結棒16下端の膨大部15を弾性底壁3中心から起立させた保持筒4内へ抜出し不能に嵌合させることで、上記弾性底壁3を介して上方の底板中央部14a も共に上下動させることが出来、よって洗浄水全体を効果的に攪拌することが出来る。
又当て筒13上端面一部に通気溝19を設けることで洗眼器内の高圧化を防止して洗浄効果を高めることが出来る。
