【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、取引システムに関し、特に取引の予約を取り扱う取引予約システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、取引の予約を行うときは、例えば、予約券等の券片を発行し、券片と引き替えに、本来の契約内容の履行が行われるという手法が行われていた。
また、他の手法としては、クレジットカード等を用いた信用取引の手法が行われていた。これは、クレジットカードの番号を、例えば金融機関の特定の口座に対応付け、契約の締結から所定の期間後に、その口座から代金を引き落とすものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述の、券片を発行する手法は、コンピュータネットワーク上での契約には用いることができない。
その上、この手法では、物理的に管理する必要がある券片では紛失の危険性が高いにも拘わらず、当該券片が紛失され、契約の存在を証明する証拠が他にない場合は、契約の履行が事実上期待できなくなり、契約が履行されない危険性が高くなる。
また、券片が不正に取得された場合は、商品の不正取得も容易に行われ得るし、券片が盗取等された場合は、盗取した者等が容易に商品の不正な給付を受け得る。

また、クレジットカード等を用いた信用取引による場合は、代金債務者の匿名性を保ち難いため、匿名性が求められる取引には用い難い。
すなわち、クレジットカードの番号は、上述の通り、金融機関の特定の口座等に対応付けられており、該口座自体を匿名の口座としない限り、代金債務者は容易に特定される。

上述の問題を回避する方法としては、例えば、暗証番号に所定の残高を表す点数を対応付けて、該暗証番号を記録したプリペイドカードを流通させ、契約の際に、各暗証番号の点数を管理するホストコンピュータ等に該暗証番号が送信され、そのとき該商品の対価等に相当する分の点数が減らされるようにする、という手法を考えることができる。

プリペイドカードの取引は、典型的には売買の形で行われ、該取引の当事者の匿名性を保つことが容易であるので、このような手法によれば、暗証番号が電子的象徴として送信される際に、匿名性が維持されるようにすることが容易である。

しかし、この手法によった場合、その暗証番号が該取引の当事者以外に知られれば容易に盗用され得る。このため、代金債務者の財産の安全が図り難いという問題がある。

この発明は上記実状に鑑みてなされたもので、代金等を支払うべき者を特定する情報を知った第三者等が商品等の給付を不正に受けることが防止され、また、代金等を支払うべき者の匿名性が保たれる取引予約システム、及び、そのような取引予約システムを実現するためのプログラムを記録した記録媒体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、この発明の第１の観点にかかる取引予約システムは、
ネットワークと、前記ネットワークに接続された予約管理手段と、前記ネットワークに接続された予約受付手段と、前記ネットワークに接続された予約申込手段とからなる取引予約システムであって、
前記予約申込手段は、契約締結の予約を行う権利を表す予約権情報と、前記予約の申込を行う申込者を特定する情報と、前記予約に係る契約の対象である商品を選択する指示とを入力し、前記ネットワークを介して前記予約受付手段に前記予約権情報、前記申込者を特定する情報及び前記指示により選択された商品を示す商品情報を出力する手段を備え、
前記予約受付手段は、
前記予約申込手段より前記予約権情報、前記申込者を特定する情報及び前記商品情報を入力し、入力した当該予約権情報を前記予約管理手段に出力する手段と、
入力した当該予約権情報が有効であることを示す承諾許可情報を前記予約管理手段より入力したとき、契約の予約条件を表す予約内容情報を生成し、当該予約内容情報を前記予約申込手段及び前記予約管理手段に出力する手段と、を備え、
前記予約受付手段は、前記予約申込手段より入力した商品情報が示す商品、及び、前記予約申込手段より入力した、前記申込者を特定する情報が示す申込者を表す情報を暗号化することにより前記予約内容情報を生成するものであり、
前記予約管理手段は、
予め生成された前記予約権情報を記憶し、当該予約権情報が表す権利が過去に行使されたことを示す情報を記憶するための記憶領域を備えており、前記予約受付手段より前記予約権情報を入力し、当該入力された予約権情報を自己が記憶し、且つ、当該入力された予約権情報が表す権利が過去に行使されたことを示す情報を自己が記憶していない、という条件が満たされているか否かを判別し、当該条件が満たされていると判別したときに、前記承諾許可情報を前記予約受付手段に出力する手段と、
前記予約内容情報を前記予約受付手段より入力したとき、当該予約内容情報と、前記条件が満たされていると判別された予約権情報とを、決済のための決済用装置に出力する手段と、を備える、
ことを特徴とする。

このような取引予約システムによれば、前記予約権情報と前記申込者を特定する情報とは、前記予約内容情報が生成されるまで相互に対応付けられない。このため、前記予約の申込を行う者の匿名性が保たれる。
また、前記承諾許可情報が、予約権情報が有効であり従って前記申込者が前記予約を行うことが許されることを示すものであれば、前記予約内容情報が、前記申込者と対応付けられる。このため、前記予約内容情報を提示した者が何者であるかに拘わらず、商品等の給付は前記申込者に行われる。このため、前記第三者等が商品等の給付を不正に受けることが防止される。
なお、本発明において、商品とは、役務（サービス）を含めた概念である。

前記決済用装置より構成される予約照合手段を更に備え、
当該予約照合手段は、
前記予約管理手段が出力した予約内容情報及び予約権情報を入力し、互いに対応付けて記憶する手段と、
外部より前記予約内容情報を入力して、当該予約内容情報に対応付けられた予約権情報を自己が記憶しているか否かを判別し、記憶していると判別したとき、前記予約履行が許される旨を表す情報を外部に出力する手段と、を備えるものとすれば、前記取引予約システムにより、予約の履行の可否が確認され、虚偽の前記予約内容情報の使用が防止される。

前記予約管理手段は、自己が記憶する予約権情報のうち、前記予約照合手段より入力した予約権情報に合致するものを消去する手段を備えるものであってもよい。
これにより、前記予約を行う権利（予約権）の行使が重複して行われることが防止される。

前記予約受付手段は、
外部の装置より、契約締結の予約を行う権利を表す予約権情報、当該予約の申込者を特定する情報、及び当該予約に係る契約の対象である商品を表す商品情報を外部のネットワークを介して取得し、当該予約権情報を外部のネットワークを介して前記予約管理手段に供給する手段と、
前記予約管理手段より、前記外部の装置から取得した当該予約権情報が有効であることを示す承諾許可情報を取得し、当該承諾許可情報に応答して、前記契約の予約条件を表す予約内容情報を生成し、当該予約内容情報を前記外部の装置及び前記予約管理手段に出力する手段と、を備え、
前記予約受付手段は、前記外部の装置より取得した商品情報が示す商品、及び、前記外部の装置より取得した、前記予約の申込者を特定する情報が示す申込者を表す情報を暗号化することにより前記予約内容情報を生成するものであり、
前記予約管理手段は、
予め生成された前記予約権情報を記憶し、当該予約権情報が表す権利が過去に行使されたことを示す情報を記憶するための記憶領域を備えており、前記予約受付手段より前記予約権情報を入力し、当該入力された予約権情報を自己が記憶し、且つ、当該入力された予約権情報が表す権利が過去に行使されたことを示す情報を自己が記憶していない、という条件が満たされているか否かを判別する手段と、
当該条件が満たされていると判別したときに、外部のネットワークを介して前記予約受付手段に承諾許可情報を供給する手段と、
前記予約内容情報を前記予約受付手段より入力したとき、当該予約内容情報と、前記条件が満たされていると判別された予約権情報とを、決済のための決済用装置に出力する手段と、を備える、

前記取引予約システムは、前記決済用装置より構成される予約照合手段を更に備えてもよく、当該予約照合手段は、前記予約管理手段が出力した予約内容情報及び予約権情報を入力し、互いに対応付けて記憶する予約照合手段と、外部より予約内容情報を取得して、当該予約内容情報に対応付けられた予約権情報を自己が記憶しているか否かを判別し、記憶していると判別したとき、前記予約の履行が許される旨を表す情報を外部に出力する手段と、を備えるものであってもよい。
前記予約照合手段は更に、予約権情報を自己が記憶していると判別したとき、当該予約権情報を消去する手段を備えるものであってもよい。
前記予約管理手段は更に、前記予約受付手段より入力された予約権情報を自己が記憶し、且つ、当該入力された予約権情報が表す権利が過去に行使されたことを示す情報を自己が記憶していない、という前記条件が満たされていると判別したとき、当該権利が過去に行使されたことを示す情報を前記記憶領域に記憶する手段を備えるものであってもよい。
あるいは、前記予約照合手段は、予約権情報を自己が記憶していると判別したとき、前記予約管理手段に、当該予約権情報を出力する手段を更に備えるものであってもよく、この場合、前記予約管理手段は、前記予約照合手段が出力した予約権情報を取得し、自己が記憶する予約権情報のうち、前記予約照合手段より入力した予約権情報に合致するものを消去する手段を備えるものであってもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態にかかる取引予約システムを説明する。
図１は、この発明の実施の形態にかかる取引予約システムの構成の一例を示す。
図示するように、この取引予約システムは、予約管理サイト１と、予約受付サイト２と、予約申込サイト３と、決済サイト４と、ネットワーク５とより構成される。

ネットワーク５は、例えばインターネット等からなり、予約管理サイト１、予約受付サイト２及び予約申込サイト３相互間の接続を媒介する。

予約管理サイト１は、コンピュータ１１と、外部記憶装置１２と、ネットワークアクセス装置１３とより構成される。予約管理サイト１には、ネットワーク５が予約管理サイト１を特定するための固有のアドレスが付されている。ネットワーク５がインターネットである場合、該アドレスは、例えば、ＵＲＬ（ユニフォームリソースロケータ）である。
コンピュータ１１は、ターミナルアダプタ等からなるネットワークアクセス装置１３を介してネットワーク５に接続されている。そして、ネットワーク５を経由して接続した予約申込サイト３より後述の識別符号７１を入力し、後述する予約管理プログラム６２と、予約内容照会プログラム６５ｂを実行する。
外部記憶装置１２は、ハードディスク装置等からなり、コンピュータ１１の制御に従って、データの記憶、消去及び記憶内容の出力を行う。

予約受付サイト２は、ネットワーク５に接続されており、コンピュータ２１と、外部記憶装置２２と、ネットワークアクセス装置２３とより構成される。予約受付サイト２には固有のアドレスが付されている。
コンピュータ２１は、ターミナルアダプタ等からなるネットワークアクセス装置２３を介してネットワーク５に接続されている。そして、ネットワーク５を経由して接続した予約申込サイト３より識別符号７１を入力し、後述する予約受付プログラム６３を実行する。
外部記憶装置２２は、ハードディスク装置等からなり、コンピュータ２１の制御に従って、データの記憶、消去及び記憶内容の出力を行う。

予約申込サイト３は、制御部３１と、外部記憶装置３２と、ネットワークアクセス装置３３と、表示装置３４と、入力装置３５とより構成される。予約申込サイト３には固有のアドレスが付されており、更に該アドレスは特定の操作者に固有のものとして与えられている。

入力装置３５は、キーボード、マウス等からなる。入力装置３５は、操作者が入力を行うために用いられ、入力された情報を表す信号を制御部３１に出力する。

決済サイト４は、後述する予約内容リスト７４を記憶し、ネットワークアクセス装置を介して外部より予約内容コード７３を入力する。そして、ネットワークアクセス装置を介して入力した予約内容コード７３を、予約内容リスト７４に追加する。
また、決済サイト４は、商品の受取人等が入力部を用いて予約内容コード７３を入力し、予約の履行を要求したときなどに、後述する予約内容照会プログラム６４を実行する。

そして、予約権が行使された結果として締結された契約が履行されると、後述する処理により識別符号７１は消滅する。

（予約締結の処理）
以下では、予約締結の処理、すなわち、予約申込サイト３が予約を申し込み、予約受付サイト２がこの申込を承諾して、予約を締結する処理を説明する。

予約管理サイト１において、コンピュータ１１が起動されると、ネットワーク接続プログラム６１ａを起動して、自らをネットワーク５に接続する。そして、コンピュータ１１は、図３に示す予約管理プログラム６２を起動する。
予約管理プログラム６２が起動されると、コンピュータ１１は、他のサイトとの接続が確立されたか否かを判別する（Ｓ１０１）。
確立されていないと判別されると、コンピュータ１１はステップＳ１０１の処理を繰り返し、確立されたと判別されると、後述のステップＳ１０２以下に処理を移す。
